Michael’s style is very direct and makes it easy for the reader to understand what he is saying. I have found the forgiveness techniques to be very helpful. Because of Michael I catch myself when making Judgements and am able to defuse it and forgive both the judgement and myself for making it. Thank you for writing this book and helping me understand such an important topic.
