Lessons in Christ Consciousness: Luke 6

oh wow kind of trancing like music huh great sacred reading and opening thank you for being with us everyone um i've not done this before but i was sitting there and i thought you know i'm going to read something from the bible that doesn't mean i have a thing about the bible you know against them it's just that uh i've never been the chapter verse kind of teacher but something has come to mind that i wanted to share based on a couple of you this morning giving me some ideas on what you wanted

to learn so today feels like you know just lessons from or lessons in christ consciousness so i want to share a couple of things first before i i get rolling on that a lot of us know einstein proved he really basically proved that matter is made from energy that all matter has energy behind it right however most of us know and it's been proven that thoughts are a form of energy therefore thoughts are what create matter thank you if it's can i hear an amen yes if if energy creates matter and thoughts are a form of energy

thoughts do affect matter then why did they ever think thoughts cannot change even genetics why did they ever think there was a limit it's so strange fortunately after you know a billion years science is catching up to what we know spiritually you know the vedas and ancient civilizations they they knew these things and it's funny because what considers themselves to be superior civilizations are telling you you're not allowed to believe what ancients know until we validate it or invalidate it so strange

but they're they're they're disturbed so they're getting it and what what causes us to be in science religion politics it's fear you know for them to say no no no no constantly be our our politic our religion and our science it's it's just fear it's the trinity of fear and inside those there are people that are waking up unfortunately their colleagues tell them they're not allowed to and shame them well isn't that what happened in families for some of us light workers so really the the disturbance in the

force the disturbance is everywhere it's not a group that i'm like criticizing i'm just saying those are just groups that are too so excessively mass illusion it's where fear has decided to amass itself or group together so there's a statement jesus made and today i'm gonna there's a passage i'm gonna share from luke that that's why i brought this up here but this one isn't necessarily from luke i'm just sharing it anyway jesus says if i be lifted up from the earth i will draw all mankind unto me

wow that's so spiritual loving wow if i be lifted what's he talking about though well there's several layers if i be lifted up also means in part if i be lifted up on the cross and killed i'm giving myself in love to all of you so you all will be crucified and resurrect with me beautiful but it also means if i be lifted up in consciousness you'll all be gathered with me so if i'm lifted you're lifted because if we raise the tide all the boats will go higher see but he's not saying if i jesus

he's saying if i anyone who chooses to raise the bar of consciousness you can count on yourself being raised with me and everybody made it very special jesus doing jesus jesus you know the person the main brilliant thing about jesus is that he made the choice to do that he made the choice to awaken the christ and he assures us that we're all the christ just having not yet made the choice however matter comes from consciousness when my consciousness chooses the christ all matter will rise with me what we're doing on earth consistently

is fighting matter we're fighting economy we're fighting bad guys you fight terrorists which really comes from the word errorist you fight nazis which means they do not see you keep fighting people and you kind of look schizophrenic because in the heavens they're going how you all doing today oh we're just fighting who you fighting bad people but everything's one so you're fighting yourself i don't like that i want a different god you know i want a god that validates my ego that i'm a good guy and those are bad

guys and that's why jesus just rolls into town and what we found in in luke 6 you know it's like he starts off luke 6 with people that don't get it so he starts off the chapter starts off with we're gonna we're wandering the countryside and the pharisees are fear the religion politics science they're always standing around to find fault with people waking up so jesus is wandering with his you know his band of people and they decided you know the the apostles they're they're hungry and they started

breaking open some wheat to eat some of the grain and the pharisees are like hey tell them to stop doing that that's called working on the sabbath and jesus says hey you guys like king david don't you do you remember king david he did the same thing and yet you love him you're just looking to find fault with me lighten up so they're like you know well we don't like this guy you know he's breaking the rules so then then and he says you know king david not only did they work he said we broke up they

broke open the storehouses and ate the pharisees food the temple sacred you know temple foods because they were hungry so it happens again where they're complaining again and they're they're saying jesus heals a man and they're going there you are again you're working on the sabbath so the moral of the story becomes jesus saying hey you know what to do good on any day is the right thing to do i'm not going to give you a law to follow because then you mess up the law you start following it so strictly you

use it to condemn people that's not why god gave you laws he gave him for you to come out and thrive not to look for little things or you know like man lighten up so he says you know look yes i healed because it's the right thing and one of the morals of the story is you are the ones that have to decide what's right on any given day not just on the sabbath or not on the sabbath you have to find that inside yourself and follow what you know to be right whether it's against science religion or politics

you know you follow what you know to be right never in a way that overtly harms people and then tries to justify it of course religion has started wars saying this is what's right gets very tricky because with the ego infiltrating everybody's minds it's really hard for anybody to know anymore the thing called right from wrong now all we have is the egos version of right and the ego's version of wrong and we never seem to come out ahead got to drop it and go for a different opinion you know the voice of god that speaks

directly to us so then jesus shifts gears he kind of takes everybody off to the side sits down in an area that feels appropriate and the people gather around so that he can share and talk and this is where he gives the beatitudes pretty cool man you know beautiful and the the beatitudes are basically summarized into four you could say gifts and four uh like four blessings and four warnings so he says you know this is where you hear blessed are you who are meek blessed are you who right remember all that the blessed are

what he's really saying consider yourself blessed when your soul aches physically and emotionally that's how you summarize all the blessings consider yourself blessed when your soul aches physically and emotionally for something that this world cannot give you that's how you summarize the beatitudes and beatitude means to be this attitude so have an attitude that you are blessed when you realize the world now don't make yourself a victim that's not what i'm saying but when you come to realize

this world doesn't seem to be able to take to give me ultimate things that my body or my soul are crying for i'm blessed you know you think you're missing you're lacking you're a victim nobody will give me love nobody this is this world it's designed to not support your being a holy child of god it's designed that way by who the ego how do you break this well release your ego and you wouldn't have that kind of an experience ready go you done is it all gone so we have plan a do it right now boom

but it's not done oh darn let's go with plan b this is going to take a while because as soon as i go you know what i get it i'm going to i'm going to release my ego the ego's going okay did you do it perfectly yet well no oh you never do you know you've never been perfect your mother was right oh you know and that was me trying to release my ego like this is no good man when even when i go to do it it ends up back with that again okay so it's called a day at a time a day at a time everything just

patience man patience and forgiving myself when i try and slip and so on so he says you know if you really get it the day is going to come when all of your apparent needs the things you thought you physically emotionally needed that this world can't supply the day is going to come when you realize the only thing that is within your grasp those needs physical and emotional needs is yourself awareness of who you really are that's what jesus meant when the 40 days and 40 nights fasting in the desert and he confronts the ego or evil whatever

you want to call it and that voice says hey you know turn the the stones to bread hey if you do this if you do this and so on and jesus's great reply man does not live by bread alone so when you think you have physical and emotional needs you are convinced by your ego that you are flawed therefore empty therefore needing and therefore wanting always and you'll never be filled that's you'll never be filled that's the whole point that's why buddha said life is suffering because this world cannot will

not and cannot fill you and offer you anything why first of all because it isn't there it's a hologram secondly even if the world were there solid for real there you don't have a problem for them to fill but you don't remember that which is why buddha said the number one issue is amnesia ignorance forgetting who you are so here we are being told blessed are you who recognize that you ache you're really not in trouble when you ache for something this world can't give you rejoice because when you get it when

you realize your identity is the answer you are going to dance and dance and dance with joy the four woes are simply the opposite woe to you i'm giving you a warning those of you who think you've already got everything you need you know meaning not your soul but stuff now that i have a child i'm forever now that i have a soul mate i'm forever okay now that i have money all the things this world makes you think makes you complete whoa unto you warning because the day is going to come when you're going to realize

you weren't missing anything in the first place they never did fill you nothing of this world filled you it's like the description of going through the dark night of the soul that everybody goes through one of the main lessons with the dark knight is the recognition that this world cannot give you anything and it breaks your heart the person you thought was gonna forever be perfect and and faithful or whatever you know that's just that's just signing for uh you know something that's inevitable now

i'm happy as long as you stay there and always look cute you know that look at me man i got the trophy partner yeah you know you go to places and party the family see you guys said i would amount to nothing and look at this see whether it's money or whatever look at me wow you know and and all that does is put pressure on the divine mother who says honey the only thing that can fill you is the presence of god within yourself and you're like i can't hear you i'm happy as long as i have them and she's

like oh honey i have some ideas you know and unbeknownst to nobody knows why it happens out of the blue your trophy partner starts you know aging and looking like you know like the hunchback of notre dame and you're like honey you're letting yourself go what they should be saying instead of oh i'm trying i'm going to the gym every day what they should say yes for you so that you'll stop objectifying me you know have some answers for for these kinds of things in life parents that act out on us and then we

take it personally like we're now flawed the world that doesn't give you a raise at work and we somehow think we're flawed am i doing something wrong they won't give me a raise you're either gonna think that it's you know that it's you that don't deserve it or you're gonna think it's them that just don't get it neither of those is healthy man does not live by bread alone my happiness does not come from my boss giving me a raise my body birthing a child my being birthing a

soul mate attracting a soul nothing of this world warning to you who believed that this who believes that anything of this world can give you anything because your day will come when you'll lose those things and that's not the lord giveth and the lord taketh away that's how it looks you know superstitious people said the lord giveth and gosh the lord taketh away which makes everybody sit around going oh god when is the lord coming to take my fun you know it wants us to be miserable no the lord giveth the lord take it that's

our projections god doesn't say here and just when you fall in love with it i'm going to take it just to bother you that's not the god that it's the real god the truth is everything's that that concept of attraction and repulsion when i draw things to me and get attached to them they're naturally triggered to go because the god in me wants no attachments to illusion because the god in me has no value based on illusion it's only rooted in reality so why would it want that so it's really

all for our higher good that things go the yin the yang the tied in the tied out this is this is all beautiful this is beautiful laws of the world that people associate with god a tribute to god there's the tide in the title that's all but god has nothing to do with duality so we think god gives and god takes away god has nothing to do with it god only gives the perfection that we are when we forget we start drawing in and drawing out we start doing the world of duality so jesus then shifts gears and starts talking about love and that's

where you heard about love your enemies always do good even to those who hate you or persecute you this gets very challenging because he's not suggesting that you be naive and a victim that's not what he's saying love those even those who persecute even those who hate you love them that doesn't mean he said stay married to them that doesn't mean he said and your parent that you know wounded you hurt you as a child hang out anyway go for christmas carols you know on at christmas time oh come holy faithful you abused me you

know it it's it's not real you must take care of yourself and if being around certain people wounds and wounds and wounds and wounds step back get safe get clear that doesn't mean i'm enabling running from challenges you have to face them eventually but you don't have to live with them again to face them it's it need not be this way there's another way of looking at all this i definitely um i've done this many times where people that triggered and they didn't like me the the love you know and

patience and whatever wins them over however i've done this at times where i wouldn't suggest it to you one of you might say in a counseling sessions michael i you know my ex and they did a b and c and and now they want to get together and have t and i'll say don't do it but it sounds hypocritical i would do it and it sounds hypocritical because i know what i can handle and you need to know what you can handle and if you're freshly wounded or freshly accessing wounds it's not yet time for you to be

able to endure that if i've been an alcoholic and i've been clean and sober for 40 years i might be able to handle sitting with you while you have a drink maybe if that feels right for me however if i've only gone into recovery an hour ago it's probably not cleaned up yet for me it's probably like i'm going to be you know each sip you know watching just corner of my eye oh i'm so thirsty i don't know what it is i think past life i was parched in a desert and died how's that drink you know i mean that's

that's not right for you so it'll sound hypocritical but it isn't because each instant each circumstance needs to be dealt with on its level more human beings have to know themselves well enough to know when it is okay to say yes i've definitely put myself in those odd circumstances sometimes too far but the circumstances where it's okay um the circumstances it's okay um where where i made decisions and said you know i yeah i think i can it's okay i'll do this and there's times

where i went oh this is a bit much you know but my job in life all of us is to become immune to the stuff of this world that may not be today for you but you're going to be tempted to prove how spiritual you are put yourself in harm's way get slammed and then go god why did this happen god dude i warned you remember the dream you had last night i warned you don't go there so be careful take great care love didn't mean action of hanging out with them it meant can you practice the concept of refuse

to hate them learn what you needed to learn from whatever it was you went through with them and affirmed that somewhere in that person there is a light made in god's image those three things you got to get that's it if you can pull that off you're getting really nicely clean there energetically so you know it's it's you know it's an interesting thing because this concept of love that we could go into for hours and hours just on that concept go into friendship love going to romantic love etc

but something's changing in the world um there are individuals who are still able to reach enlightenment historically we know this guy you know out of like 100 000 and this one out of 5 million it's it's been rare but people have reached what we call enlightenment throughout history people have reached an awakened state of mind that doesn't mean completely christed simply awaken become almost like ascended masters jesus became what the ascended masters called the master of masters and there's

a reason and the age we're going into pisces and age is so amazing in so many ways but every age has its lessons too well now we're shifting now obviously into the aquarian age and people are thinking oh you know this is an age we're evolving to we no longer need to groups and we no longer need teachers that's not true at all people that say that do not understand the aquarian age is humanitarianism it's groups so those who sat in caves contemplating their navel and somehow became enlightened good

but that's going to become more and more rare now because christ is saying we no longer want an individual waking up now and again we want groups waking up groups meaning instead of me waking up individually the plan the dispensation coming to us now exactly the plan that's coming to us now is this no one will enter the ark of peace to go home this ship that's going to take us home without someone else standing with them used to be you know the individual but the individual only became earthly enlightened they became awakened

based on earth awakening now we're going to go into complete cosmic divine awakening and what christ is saying there is you got to go two by two like the animals in noah's ark who else are you bringing with you today and that is what the whole soul mate trend is about even though it's been twisted into romanticized it's something else love and forgiveness and that's why jesus goes into you know love one another this isn't like that would be nice this is how you're going to get home more quickly and more directly is

through the law of love and forgiveness not through how much study how much meditation and detachment from everybody they can only go so high in consciousness those who rise to that level and the heavens say how you doing i'm great man i'm awake got anybody else with you no okay then stay right where you are you're allowed to be this enlightened but until you bring somebody with you you're not going all the way home that may sound challenging for some people that believe in the other i'm not

dissing the other it exists and thank god we wouldn't have had the buddhas and the individual the ascended masters throughout time without this teachings that we still use to lift us today lifting the tide and all boats higher but in this case where we used to be lifting our own boat in consciousness the real movement of the tide is seeing ourselves as in this together i'm not going home alone it has to be with at least one other and of course we're all one so when i work on my stuff with one i'm working on

my stuff with everyone what i work on who it is that i who partners with me and this soul mate thing of life and i don't mean romantic partners i'm talking about whoever i see choose to see as holy when i lift with them if it's a male i'm probably lifting with all male triggers i've ever had if it's a female all female triggers i've ever had if they're a patriarch or matriarch to me if their father image mother image i'm probably lifting that consciousness not just for myself

all motherhood fatherhood issues all child issues that's when you really realize you're getting it is instead of just i'm just chanting myself into bliss here when we realize we're all in this together there's one over there crying out today how can i help you because also when i help you i'm helping me it's us we're in this together see the soul mate look hey and yet this is just a homeless person it doesn't have to be like somebody i partner with that is my partner right

now love you got it but that doesn't mean you move in with them or them with you it's interdependence it's clear and clean as much as is possible i've even seen it happen with you know sometimes with board members where over time you see a you know because it's like a spiritual family so over time i've seen sibling stuff happen you know and when it happens what do i do i do not even though i might tell you if you were in charge of a business that that was happening in i might say tell them to leave

with me oh man months and years sometimes i've allowed that because i'm working on it and i hint and i hint i don't just cast them i hint you know but sometimes you see it you can just see when one person walks in the door there's another who you know rolls their eyes and i think wow we're in this together what's that about you know and if you ask them oh i had something in my eye yeah it's called hate you know the fires of hate and the smoke backed up on you come on you know this is your sister your spiritual sister if

you can't get this sisterhood holy brotherhood holy familyhood or if you can't get this how are you going to get it with someone who cut you off on the road you know i mean we're given what we're given and we have to work on it because that what which we're given is where our stuff is so we do our work so this is interesting to me because the next part where jesus goes next he says this is about the laws of consciousness by the way if you judge you will be judged if you're forgiven you know if you forgive

you'll be forgiven and you know what it sounds like if you judge god's going to judge you this is what fundamental religion tells you be careful not to judge or you will be judged by who god that's not good so i'll definitely never judge judging judging no i'm not judging judging no i'm not that's you know that's behavioral modification and you're lying to yourself here's what it means judge and you will be judged forgive and you'll be forgiven what it means is this

judge the energy will boomerang back to you it's not god it's your own judgments but here's what's interesting it's not just linear karma okay i'm judging that person for what they're wearing and now i'm going to get judged someday from somebody you know who judges what i'm wearing that's true to a degree that's karma the law of karma there's something more it means that as soon as you are judgmental to anyone or any group or anything else you're putting out a

judgment that reflects your thinking it's already you are already judged when you judge you're already judged my judging you just shows you that i'm already judgmental so it's mirroring not just boomeranging karmically it's mirroring believe it or not how i feel about myself when i judge you for not being attractive enough deep deep down inside i have my own insecurities about me any judgments i put on you are reflections of my relationship with god and myself reflected in others when i harm you as a child i brutalize

you and you know harm you in ways that i won't specify but you know what i mean i have to be not just sick it tells you how much i hate myself but then why don't i take it on myself instead of you because deep down you're reflecting innocence for example that i lost and now you're mirroring me you know how sometimes people reflect something that agitates you behaviors and attitudes exactly exactly see there's a child here in case you can't hear online it's going yeah yeah tell them michael yeah thank you

now she's looking at the mom going what's he talking about i never said a word to that my guides are telling me honey that that's what you're saying when you when you're chanting over there so if we if we learn to see our stuff and forgive ourselves the world will reflect it looks nicer to us when i'm judging the world will look harsh it's and it's like that because this is where you hear in the bible if you live by the sword you'll die by the sword it means the consciousness if you don't

believe you're valuable worthy of prosperity the world's going to show you all kinds of lessons about that now i know there seems like there's exceptions oh no i read prosperity books all the time and i still don't have i know and there's nobody's calling you a lie or anything like that nobody's dissing that because it'll look like there's exceptions but your struggle with the world if you struggle with government or money or whatever it reflects struggles you have inside they may not be overt

but they're there somewhere if you don't own them no progress can be made obviously if you own them you might not like it but you're opening the door to progress is going on why do i keep struggling why do i why why do people always betray me there are parts of myself that have betrayed myself why do people treat me like i have no value because we all think we separated from god and aren't deserving something better so the world's reflecting it but when you start forgiving yourself the world

starts showing you a nicer world and you go from having the harsh world the the nightmare world mirroring to what of course in miracles calls the happy dream the happy dream replacing the other it's still an illusion it's still a dream but i get to have a happy dream for a period of time on earth it's called heaven on earth it's the the new you know the new order the new things coming to this world and we're all shifting to that place but it's still a dream but we get to have a happy dream before we

do the ultimate return home and the happy dream allows you to say well a body's an illusion why should i you know worry about my body because you dream for now that you are a body the old dream was you abused your body the happy dream is you now have a healthy body if you obsess on your body you're going to go back to the lord take it away let's call it and you're going to go back to challenges with your body so it's okay sexuality have a happy dream but many of us took vows in another lifetime oh no that's naughty

no if there's anything that's naughty is that when you shamed yourself so it's okay come out and play it's okay don't get stuck like it's the answer you don't even have a body it's just a dream but have a happy dream prosperity we took vows of poverty but we have to forgive ourselves for those vows because beneath the vows that look like i'm so dedicated to god i'm going to be broke then god will really like me and god's like nope god's like i like solomon he was the

wealthiest person in history so who's making this stuff up the church that wanted you to give him all your money you know it's evil to have money so give it to us we'll take care of it like how weird how weird and and yes you give to them because it helps them go another day you give to your children because you helped them out a little bit today or whatever you're inspired to give to we take away the judgments and we realize hugs are really nice prosperity it's really nice actually to be able to pay your bills it's really

cool it's really it's pretty cool to you know have the air or or heat it's an illusion but in the illusion i'm not going praise god praise god oh i really love god i'm proving it by being freezing you know praise god the temperature in the place is so beautiful i can dance and i have heat so i can dance naked and deal with my nudity and sexy shoes and all that too it's a win-win anyway except for the neighbors of course um and then he starts coming to a close and he mentions the need for us to work on our own

issues this is still part of the judgment but he does specify you know with judgment and forgiveness he ends that speech with you know guys how much good does it do to judge others anyway they're just mirroring you that's why he says why don't you work on the board the veil of judgment in front of your own eyes instead of the speck in somebody else's now why does he call it a speck what if they're major hurtful rude people don't they have the board and i'm just suspect no what he means is the board

the veil the judgments are in your mind consciousness the spec means theirs is just a mirror to you what they're doing thinking feeling acting out they're just mirroring they might look hurtful but there's a spec there of a lesson for you can you figure out what it is and then you know free at last free at last he then moves on and says you know what you give you receive is his next point give and it will be given good measure pressed down shaken together and running over it'll be poured into your lap for

with the measure you use it it'll be measured to you as you give you receive just like the concept of karma and then he goes into all building building you know one point to another no good tree bears bad fruit nor does a bad tree bear good fruit each tree is recognized by its own fruit people do not pick figs from thorn bushes or grapes from briars instead a good person will bear good things what you know and evil people will bear evil things he's talking about you know why do you keep waiting for your edgy

sexy partner to be faithful if you're in a relationship with a total space cadet artist why are you waiting for them to get a job let everything be what it is and stop judging and getting all upset i've had people say oh i'm i met this guy oh you know he was you know muscles and he's you know real real sexy and physical but he just doesn't know how to commit to you know and of course not there's a vibe with that there's a reason why he's like you know when you see born to run think about it

just think about it rose bush it's thorn bush or whatever and you're like oh this is daisy's no it isn't just be clear you know when you see people being hurtful you have to pause for a moment i've known people who said i saw signs before i married the person and i didn't listen because i wanted something else that's when you went this is roses man this is beautiful and it turns out to be anything but you know it's a venus flytrap and you're the venus you know that's going to get caught in

the trap you know you're the other flyer whatever so here he's saying you know use common sense guys and it includes myself if i if i notice that you know i wake up you know i'm in bed oh money pod and him and i get on the road jerk jerk jerk jerk you know people cutting you off and all that all of that is showing in a sense i won't say my true colors as in i'm nothing but the wicked person i'm just saying i'm seeing things i need to work on if you're still marrying or partnering with people that that are unhealthy why

it's a sign of something being off in you but if you're the one who's leaking out negatives and hurtfulness you've got some work to do heaven help you if you're the one that points that out to somebody you know when your child says for the 100th time this month i'm in a problem or my relationship and you say honey it's not going to change you you have to change your circumstance oh no you're bad now as a parent i want your support you know it's nice when you you know if you've been the

type to enable your children you need to have a speech and write it rehearse it a few times and give it to them email it so they can't talk okay you know i mean sometimes just put them on notice guess what i woke up you know you think they're gonna like it no please go back to sleep and enable us you say no no i'm not gonna do it and then blame luke luke six okay so he closes off he closes off this section of the bible telling his students you are not being real if you tell me you respect me but do not do what i ask you to do

it's also contradictory to try to do what i ask but not respect me he's saying love me love your teacher love your guide love god but also be congruent be consistent let your actions match walk the walk don't just talk it walk it so he's closing off luke 6 with this message hey guys by the way and he's not talking about just himself like as an idol of some kind he's saying don't say that you love the concepts of forgiveness and not do it don't say you love the concepts of joining with others

and going home if you're not doing it don't say you believe in forgiveness if you're not doing it you see what i'm saying he's talking about anything that represents christ as a consciousness don't say you dig it and you don't do it don't try doing it and not really get it let this be through and through totally clear clean so he's suggesting that we all hear his teaching and and do our best to also live this doing our best and forgiving the rest okay be careful i'm not encouraging monks and

nuns again we're going to all do our best to they'll think it walk it feel it no because i'm going to slip now and then and when i do i'm going to look at my lessons and i'm going to forgive myself because you're more enlightened if you're a person who owns that you really aren't doing a great job living it and yet you forgive yourself every day you're better off being that person than one that claims to be doing it and isn't really doing it is that clear all right and this is why he closes with

the analogy this is just like a home being built on a good foundation if you're really walking the walk if you're really saying i love the ways of god the ways of love the ways of forgiveness and you practice it you're a house built on a good foundation and the storms will come and you will be unmoved by them okay instead of those moments where you're living too much conflict you're not walking it you're not living it the forgiveness is talked but it isn't really lived practice then you're gonna have those moments

where um you know your ex leaves you for some pretty younger girl you know that's typically what they do um and um you know some some guy in midlife crisis you know he reaches 50. you rarely hear him go back to his 45 year old wife saying i met somebody over at the senior center you know and and there's just a way about her you know instead i was at the beach and wow you know um but that's just a reflection of my insecurities she makes me feel better about my no she doesn't she just seems to she's really

just distracting you from your own fears that you two are getting older and they call it a midlife crisis but it's all an illusion so what can i learn from this i'm so sorry that i pulled you younger girl into my scenario to go wow now i really have value again and honey my wife i'm really sorry that i put on you all of my stuff retire everybody from the rolls like we did in our opening prayer with even with our with the children of life retire everybody from the rolls because the roles we put them in is transference

the people we think we dig and projection the people we think we don't dig retire them all there's only me and you're all a mirror of my experience therefore i'm looking forward to every day rising in love with more and more people i love you and i love you and i love you know my signature line and my emails is typically love and light michael my dad when i moved to sedona i had some people going you know that tends to make people think that you're in love with them love and light michael mirdad so for a while like

a year i stopped writing love and light because of what transference people are oh he loves me no it's my signature line it's just it's like love and light to all and somebody's like oh stop just stop so i i stopped for a while because it was okay to to sort of answer the concerns some people at that time had and then i woke up and said okay i played the game i did that but you know it's how i feel love and light to all and without shame without you know and any kind of projections around it it's a good thing to wish upon

people it's great to say you love people i know what people might do in their heads but it's right to love people if it's going to mislead them by saying that maybe be respectful to where they're at but it's right to love and the day will come the day will come and it is coming now where we can all look at each other and say i love you so much and to a wounded person there's oh my god i have value and you're helping them there's a person who's strong and they're going i'm fed by that

and i get it it just takes one thing responsibility be responsible when you say it be responsible when you hear it and nobody will have triggers around it please take a few centering breaths i'll have john join me again for the wonderful musical addition to our meditation centering breathing a couple of times breath in i am breath out relaxed [Music] think the words hear the words feel the words believe the words

somatically i am i really am relaxed [Music] [Music] whether you do this with your hands physical in front of you or just in your mind please hold your hands in front of you again in your mind imagination or literally palm to palm like you're holding a ball like you're holding a ball think about all the harms that have ever been done to you or that you've done to others bring them to your consciousness for a moment don't deny or minimize them just let them come

[Music] any in your head any in your heart the most mild the most gruesome just bring them to mind one after another if there's several could be lifetimes ago it could be childhood could be yesterday today [Music] bring them to consciousness and let them float down from your head through your arms to the ball [Music] [Music] pack into that ball all of the hurts all of the grievances resentments wounds traumas physical traumas like accidents the pain the inflammation from it let it

go down the arms to the ball things you've done things done to you things neglected and not done for you people and things you neglected to do [Music] pack it into that ball [Music] you can do more of this later but right now come to completion for now and imagine jesus christ standing in front of you [Music] imagine that you're going to hand him that ball of all the stuff but know that when you do he's going to ingest it

and watch how you feel about that note your feelings you're going to hand this to him to ingest if you think it's too much for him to eat it means you think your wounds are too much for you to heal if you think it'll make his stomach sick it's because you think your events are sickening if you think he'll judge you it's because you're already judging yourself take a personal moment to talk with him honestly about how afraid you are to give this thing to him because it's actually what you believe

it's doing to you [Music] it's not really what you think he'll do or feel part of you must know that the divine is immune to all that it's you take a moment to view that take a moment to apologize for being so afraid to give this up apologize for the distrust you had in the divine [Music] know that god has no struggle with what you're handing over try to imagine the effortlessness with

which christ can disperse your fears and wounds try to imagine the total love that's receiving what you hand over take just one moment to do the same thing with things you've seen in this world not just to you personally hurtful people events download them to this ball in front of you all the stuff all the hurtful people the megalomaniacs the tyrants bosses partners yes maybe family but outside the world all around aliens or whatever you see or feel these triggers with moving down your arms to the ball [Music]

once again giving this to christ to ingest looking at your fears or reactions or triggers about handing it over [Music] for your opinions that it's too much even for god [Music] [Music] it's gone it's handed over close with a feeling of gratitude relief renewal
