Spirit Versus Dust

The world, the the ego-based world, and our ego thrives on an identity crisis. If you know who you are, it's over. Nobody can get to you. Nobody can penetrate the minefield ,the the consciousness. There's no insecurities. There's no anything.

Someone comes on to you, there's, it's not enough, it's not even an option. Whether you're single or partnered when people come on you it's it's not even an option which starts to eventually part the sea and there's just not even people bothering because they can sense you just don't mess with them you know there's not you know that that that thing that hello I am Lance LaRue you know I am the quicker picker-upper you know there there's none of that stuff that people use these lines I don't know where I get these things but

there's not there's nothing this world can tell you that can threaten you to make you choose less or marry somebody because your mother said so that just doesn't happen when you know who you are or divorce somebody because someone else that's it's there's there's no that just doesn't exist because you know who you are now when I say it doesn't exist it means it pairs down because even Jesus had people attacking him but he responds to it from a different place Buddha

taught people to respond from a different place so identity is what everything is about and I talked about that the last week or two it's you know it's just really a beautiful core knowingness of who we are one of the questions that was asked it had to do with forgive me forgiving old wounds and so forth now forgiveness is a process it's not like you go okay I'm supposed to forgive so fine I forgive that if that's not a real process that you just did you're just kind of flippantly saying something cuz you think it sounds

better looks better whatever true true levels of forgiveness do take you to the place where it's not even worth having anything you would need to forgive because you can hit it from fifty different angles in all of them when they're truth related they don't hold water the reason to hold a resentment doesn't hold any what it doesn't it's there's no value to it it's you know it's it's like if I love myself why would I want to hate anybody or hurt over anybody if I love others why would I want to do that to others if

I want to be one in God how could I possibly want to hold something against others as it was once said it's like drinking poison and expecting someone else to die it doesn't make any sense I I'm gonna hate you I'm gonna resent you I'm even gonna gossip about you to try to assassinate you characteristically you know your character but I'm the one dying the whole time because I can have resentments for you and you and I could have a struggle you could actually go somewhere and do your own healing work around it and be done if I carry it it

doesn't mean I get to drag you back into another life with me the universe is going to go well the other party in them then the michael hate drama they've cleared it do we have any volunteers that would you know and you'll get a volunteer I I don't like him either and they'll step up you can't make other people be there in your hate dramas so forgiveness means retiring yourself your part your role and also it means wishing that upon others that they can accept peace if they don't they get to continue it in their own way somebody else has to

step up and incarnate as their actors on their stage but it's important to remember this because forgiveness is not what people have you know led us to believe it's not really this hard thing or a gratuitous thing it's really something that comes the more you grow and get insights to me revelations and forgiveness are the same as I practice forgiveness I start to have revelations about what forgiveness is as I have revelations it takes me into deeper levels of forgiveness what are revelations moments of Epiphany

God moments God epiphanies how do you have God epiphanies when you're resenting that's mutually exclusive it doesn't make any sense whatsoever so as much as we read the books and do all the things that we try to do and eat healthier and do yoga and all that nothing works for us like forgiveness because if I go and do my yoga and eat my pumice humus or whatever you call it you know if I do my yoga and eat my hummus hummus I'm still not doing any better if I die tomorrow with a spoon of hummus in my hand I'm actually coming

back with the same problems they don't go well you since you were since you were a vegan you're fine you don't even have to incarnate again they're gonna say let's check your heart no no you better check my spoon no let's check your heart still holding resentments hmm will set you back you know and with that send you back with that person you know and you can vegan out together or whatever you know I'm not making fun of diets I'm just saying it doesn't matter how much you do on the

outside I could just as well said you know yoga you could be absolutely absolute expert at yoga if you're resenting you're not even understanding yoga cuz it means to yoke with God how are you yoking with God while you're hating someone God says I love my son it's a figure of speech I love my child of God well thank you because I'm I'm that I really like that you love me have you heard lately any of the rumors about that person and that doesn't work God's saying you cannot speak about love for me God when you still hold something

against others because we're all one you can't say you love me and hate your neighbor he even says in Jesus's terminology that makes you a hypocrite strong terminology but it's the truth because you're contradicting what you're saying I love God it's people that I have a problem with people are the reflections manifestations and projections of what we perceive God to be there's not just people that have let you down you think God lets you down and you'd like to think you don't think such thoughts but you do how could you not

think that we're sitting in this world they of hate and limitation there's gross things that happen on this planet there's abuses that you don't even want to know about that are just so gusting and there's a part of us that thinks and some people verbalize it if there's a god how could this be happening that's what we all think on some level which means we're having doubts about God we have faithlessness that people would never want to own if you truly have faith you're back to the level of forgiveness and understanding

I'm gonna forgive this person for what they did no wait let me go to a higher level hmm I'm gonna forgive this person because at some point they're gonna clear this anyway that's faith in who they are at some point you're going to get over this you can have a person who's a real jerk in your life and you might subconsciously be thinking you know and one of you asked about divine observations and so forth this idea of I'm going to see the light in another person is profound but it can't just be something we say it means I actually

believe it's there and I'm the one with the issue who can't see it yet instead of if only they would clear themselves I would see it this is what the Hawaiian prayer ho oponopono means it's basically saying sorry not you're such a bad person it's sorry that I haven't yet stepped up till the level of consciousness it takes to see your perfection how do I know because you look like a jerk look like it - who moi because Jesus gave us such challenging examples forgive them they know not what they do I mean you can barely do that

with the phone company try to do it with all of humanity you know you can barely get past an electric bill and think that and hold that thought you know somebody just you go out on one date and they end up choosing someone else to continue dating and it's like you know it's it's it rubs up against my inadequacies and and my hurts from the past and memories and programs I've got that's projecting all that stuff on that person for all you know they were on their way to the second date they got hit by a car they're dead

and you're the only one holding onto so it does us no good whatsoever to hang on to these odd little yeah they probably didn't do the second date because they oh I know it there and you make up these stories I bet they're at a cafe right now talking about me and what a terrible first date I was you know and we make up these stories forgiveness is gonna inevitably lead back to you how is it that I made up all these stories I know how and why my own lack of identity identity meaning I capital identity I the word identified when we talk about

identity it's related to what you identify as and we identify always if you make it just the general story you are spirit or you are dust which one are you are you a spirit or dust and there's ways to kind of tune in figure that out ashes to ashes dust to dust really and we identify with that when people die you know well they're from the ashes and back to ashes they go you are not from the ashes your illusionary body was made up of an illusionary dust but what's really interesting is the dust of the earth the mineral kingdom that your body

is made up of is actually part of the earth dust minerals which is actually part of the sun's dust minerals which is that part of the Great Central Sun so in other words even the dust that I'm made up of is a manifestation or crystallization of the sun's original essence and then behind the Sun is the son of God the holy child of God me so I'm the light of God not the dust sediment at the end of this linear story because I'm not a linear story it's better for me to know who I am instead of identifying with us which I'll come

back to and and it's related so much to like you know us to Stardust and ancient civilizations and Lemuria and Atlantis and all these different civilizations some with really high memory end points and some with some really low point civilizations and so on modern ones ancient ones very ancient ones it doesn't matter where you've been we all originated that we are the light of God and we say in some scriptures and so on the light of God the Word of God that was made flesh you can't actually make light flesh you can believe so much

that you are not light that you start to densify your consciousness and then you can't wear a light body anymore because you're thinking densely so you're gonna need a dense body to put on to match your dense mind how do we get out of that start identifying with my light again how do you think that if you gossip you're identifying with your light do you think that if you hate even if you justify hates that you're identifying with your light you're not you're just identifying with your dense body if I make you afraid of the next

disease that you might catch I'm pulling you into dust ashes to ashes dust to dust I'm gonna I'm gonna in my density I'm gonna work your mind and say things about you oh you're aging you know Michael life I've got this ache oh that's cuz you're aging what I'm saying is I don't know how to identify with light therefore I don't know how to see your light so what I'm going to do is make up a reason you know it's cuz you're aging it's like saying it's your fault that you have an ache it's your

fault that I can't see you hole and heal you in this moment that's what you're really doing it's the same with prosperity when when a parent doesn't know how to teach the child to fish and only gives them another fish give writes them another check and we all do that to varying degrees but when all you do is enable people when all you do is even the word forgive lowercase F when you forgive somebody who's harmed you so many times and you keep giving it because you think that's loving you're actually not being

loving at all because hidden behind well because I'm so loving I'm gonna forgive you really is an agenda because I don't want to be alone I'm gonna make it look like I'm gonna forgive you for what you've done that way you don't leave and make me be alone it would be better for you to say even at the risk of facing my fear of being alone I have to say goodbye to you because you symbolize unhealthy patterns in myself that's responsible that's cool and of course you're gonna have a moment of oh you

know I'm afraid you're you're better off dancing alone than dancing with a demon it's just the better thing to do and at the end of that decision you've made which oh gosh I know for a day-and-a-half you're gonna have to be alone big deal well what if it goes on for you're what if I have to be alone for 10 years 20 years when you know who you are you're not alone you're all one you're good you got it together there's an amazing thing this concept of immunity you're immune to this stuff of this world look how many different

questions came up even being graceful with transition karmic agreements these are all consistent with issues that we all have how do we dissolve karmic contracts well you can you can work at it if you ask the ego it's going to say you can't but of course when the ego sees that you can't gonna tick you off and make you try harder it's gonna try another tactic from bad cop to good cop they it's a game they play the ego so the egos gonna say well since you're really gonna be tenacious about wanting to heal your old contracts here's how

you do it you have to live them out you've done naughty things and now you have to accept people are gonna do not eat the back you should sit there and just go I guess I deserved it that's still not an answer it still means someone's bad and wrong which means I'm identifying with dust because death is dust is equivalent and synonymous with death death so I'm either gonna be dead because you get to choose the light you are infinitely alive I mean it's bizarre the more we tap into the light of God we feel God we just

feel immune to things of this world more and more and more that's how to know how do I know if I'm identify its number of books you read or it's no it's how are you feeling do you still react the same do you want to know if you're getting your act together how defensive are you there's a good a good barometer how defensive are you when people say things do you scream back at them how dare you speak to me like that what do you do you realize as much as you sound like you have conviction I am not that the more you you know sweat and furrow

your face and get all upset about it the more you stomp your feet in your hands do you know what you're really saying dammit I agree and I hate that I look like that stop reminding me that's what you're saying and on some level they know they're like oh I got you man you know on the outside they might rear up to and get angry on the outside they might you know shrink up because of your rage and the way you're acting you know reacting to them but deep inside deep inside their ego knows that it got you deeper than the ego is your soul that

says dang it I was hoping we would come up with a different answer today when someone screams at you that you're a terrible person we all know that it must mean there's probably something that's unhealthy and uncomfortable inside that person no matter who it is gonna be Hitler yeah and I'm not trying to give you they hate Heather it was just a little bit troubled you know I'm not trying to minimize this person but if you go back into the history of the person there was there was a person developing a boy somewhere in that

individual long story short there was a point where that individual the historic character saw poverty saw his nation destroyed by other nations it did destroy his nation it's true there was some really messed up things that we left everybody with in World War one and they were ticked off about it so now now there's an anger seeded in that country then they're dealing with poverty that that would make you just if you were thrust into that kind of poverty we don't hear about that so much

because we helped cause it but there was intense poverty and that led to all kinds of problems including resentment towards people that were a little wealthier and we know where that went resentment just keeps breeding more resentment but still as a boy he swore I want to be he had this love for the mother of all things for the mother the mother is God the mother earth and the mother country as he called it so he had this real strong thing towards the mother and his mother he also had this love and loyalty

for his sister because she was a female expression of the mother all these things are going really well and also one time he sees a child bumped their head on a table and start crying he went over and played and acted like you know he bumped his own head on the table to get the kid to laugh and he did it too that's that's a healer do you understand that that's a person of compassion in dugouts when he fought in the war in dugouts he would even use his little bit of brethren rations he was given to feed even rats any Livington Birds there was

something of Hope that could have been there but the hate can destroy just about anything it can destroy everything except who we really are and that's a choice that he made oh yeah because he's a bad guy no no you and I have made the same terrible choice several times in our life it's just not nationally every decision we've made dating someone that didn't reflect healthiness was just as foolish any time you choose fear and hate instead of love it's the same just because one's in the papers it doesn't make it worse I need to own my own

mistakes missed missed opportunities miss takes I blew it oops nobody should you do about it just bounce back and get the lesson certainly not hate yourself or dwell on this but I'm gonna try again take two and work it again and the nice thing is I don't have to if I make a mistake in dating I don't have to date again to get it I can get it in here I'll just see it differently I'll just ask to see what could I have done differently you might have pasted yourself in that relationship yeah you

might have pasted yourself you know sessions I have all the time talk about these irrational decisions we make a job we took that we hate why did you take it well I had two job options that this one paid more so so you knew you might not like it but it paid more and it's still paying you see you're paying the Karma of having made a poor choice there is no God in the sky that's actually designing this for you beloved beloved Hall beings I want you to go through hell today there it doesn't make any sense at whatsoever there's absolutely no God

saying listen I know that there is healthy kind of soul mate waiting for you over there but I want you to meet this person instead it's gonna be terrible but I just want to see how you do it it's it this isn't God that there isn't a god that doesn't know and needs us to be it's experiment it doesn't work like that this is your welcome this these are our choices the hell we have is the hell I've chosen and you could say but I didn't choose certain abuses and I didn't you again I don't mean you consciously chose X Y & Z but every time

you and I forget who we are you just made a choice because when you forget who you are everything that reflects not knowing start stand to your life and all the not knowing is it's like saying you know calling all cars calling all humans anybody out there that could easily reflect me not knowing who I am please bring it on and there's all kinds of people I mean the dating websites are filled with them they're not you know there's not like a who I really am dating site comm you know everybody's looking for love in all the wrong places yes that's right I went

there country music so yeah but the graceful transition that was brought up about this concept of death is it really ashes to ashes that's like an ego statement saying I won you died not knowing who you were I won and that's the ego and you don't die just at the end of your mortal life you die every time you choose death and you're choosing death every time you identify with dust dirt mortality limiting beliefs even just limiting belief system I don't mean the ultimate like a form of an ending or a death even just a limited

thing is still not God and if it isn't God it's the opposite you don't have like half God and then half dust every decision I make is identifying with one or the other and every decision I make is actually taking me in that direction in other words I'll have the karmic repercussions of that particular decision one of you asked the word God compass that's your God compass Who am I any decision I make that brings me more of a feeling of God like love peace joy that is your God compass it sits right

in here the problem is as most of you know like the way the inner ear works you know the inner ear is an interesting thing because it it's kind of like synonymous with our equilibrium which is not an accident if we use that metaphor as being God our God compasses our life's equilibrium the problem is the inner ear will adjust when you start steering off course like in a plane or wherever else it happens to be when you steer off a little it starts adapting to the illusion you're choosing and allows you to forget

your Center so hence the the a plane crash can happen because the pilot their inner ear adapted they didn't know they were heading downwards and that is an example of the ego what it does to us it can get us off to even slide and off slightly in a long enough trajectories going to end up in a bad place is that making sense so I need to override even my inner ear I need to use my god compass feelings the inner ear is another expression of fear I need my god compass to the best of my ability does this decision resonate with

peace or happiness or love feelings not ego feeling not my version of love it's going to give me what I want because you could then justify every date well I thought they loved me you know you know and you're dating jump Jack the Ripper or whatever you know well I thought they loved me yes I don't mean some twisted version of my version of love I want some immediate gratification all that is is addictive again I really want to know what love is you know song foreigner saying I want to know what love is and it's a funny story

behind it because the guy who wrote the song which the guitarist from the band he just one middle of the night then it came to him this is not a song a revelation came to him I want to know what love is and he runs to his bedroom his wife's sleeping cuz it's middle of the night honey I got a new song I want to know what love is she's like what do you mean you want to know what love is what do you think we've been doing you know like that's your first reaction he needed to kind of go wait I'm sorry wait I mean I want to know what love is and

one version of the story is even when they went and sang that in the studio they realized we want to back a background choir so they hired a choir cut to come in a choir that was a completely different race than himself they came in they sang the background but they couldn't get it right because there was this racial tension in the studio you're trying to sing I want to know what love is and everybody's hating each other who do you think you are you know singing and you know we're just background are you you know you think

you're this back and forth and you know what the leader of the choir did all right it's so palpable hatred in this room let's all band members choir members you know the pros that are millions millionaires and the others that are struggling to be singers so I'll get in the middle of the room we're gonna sing the Lord's Prayer when that was done everything came together everything gelled everything came together and that's why in the rock video they made you see a scene of them all hugging and laughing they were

replicating and showing you what had happened it wasn't like it started that way it's like yeah I don't know what love is you know with this weird thing happening when we come together churches workplaces house you know homes you're not there just to get something you're not there to get that relationship everything on earth is nothing but a test for us when we get it we don't need to come back you've turned a light again but did you identify with like did you choose to identify with like not did like come to you from God

you're already this perfect life did you choose to identify with it today did you choose to know who you really are and when you do I in my opinion the trajectory starts to change I don't steer way over here and then eventually learn the hard way and come back and again and again and again I find that my trajectory doesn't go as far off it stays closer and when I steer off I come back quicker it's like really micro adjustments of in the zone and it is challenging in my opinion at times to live on a world of dust to live with

people whose minds are nothing but dust and you're talking love and light you're going to be the musician who scoffed at the painter who scoffed at you're going to be the person that's scoffed at there's everything on this planets going to try and jab at you to say what do you mean like come on seriously look around get over it and get get to the dust like we are be the Living Dead like we are that's what they're asking for you're only allowed to be dead or the Living Dead to be acceptable in this world and that means you bought into their

fears about health disease and even politics soon as you get hooked in it's like oh I just died that's what you should do you know practice saying to yourself Wow I just I just died for a moment I fell in love I need to rise in love not fall in love what the heck is this all about you know I fell in love with somebody how do you fall in love and it's an interesting you know term choice of words but how do you fall in love when you are loved well they took me to a place they did this they made me feel so

how can anybody make you feel anything you either are that thing or you're not so I I do believe that romantically things are a challenge on this earth for people that are lightworkers people that are working to manifest more light in this world it is challenging because in my opinion you start becoming for lack of a better word more choosy but you're not being choosy like you're better than it's just nothing makes sense if it's not healthy you just kind of you know I can't settle anymore and you'll have all kinds of lunatics around

you telling you you should settle you know why not we all settle look at us you know and and you need to know I woke up even if it's just romantically I got it oh my god I woke up I see that this thing that's been happening that I used to be upset about this is a pattern yes they did this this this actually we know that perhaps but why was I there how did I not see it and when I saw it why did I not say wow this is no way done deal like I'm done I'm good thank you without even hatred resentment you just

feel done where's that immunity at when you start coming from that place it first it does scare and disturb people because it's unusual then it starts to disturb them because it reverberates into their soul saying would you like to go here would you like to join me in healthy that's frightening to the ego of a person so there's first the wait wait this is different secondly it reverberates in and becomes like a revealer of my malfunctions now I'm really not liking it we're here to not get things from relationship so romance or a raise at

work and we're not actually here for that everything here is a test simply to reveal to us are you getting it or not are you light or are you dust are you spirit or are you matter how do I know if I'm at ur because everything seems to matter to you spirit spirit I just feel immune it's the inner most interesting thing I look about and I'm not cold to things because I'm spirit but there's phases of remembering that your spirit the absolute knowing is the final step the first step is to recognize your part of matter part of

the illusionary world the second is that you still see the illusionary world but now you're awakened to spirit you're not completely gone so you still have stuff to deal with on earth so first it's I'm caught up in the stuff I see it now second is I'm waking up now this is pretty cool and I still have a tire to change then it's gone I'm one with God again but before that final stage happens the second stage is where we're going now more and more of us and that is I still am here I'm in the world not of the world of the world

means I'm stuck in the matter so yes I still see that I might need to take a warm bath when I'm kind of stressed you take care of practical things but you see them very differently you don't sweat them you don't fear the out you know the outcomes or or even the things that people throw at you it is what it is you you understand that you want you come from a place of it's somehow yes here's what seems to be happening and if it's somebody is short of money at the checkout stand I might help them do you know that it sounds like oh it's so nice

to help people guys it's light or it's dust when you help the person at the checkout stand what you said to them was I actually love you enough to help you because that's affirming that I believe that there light why would I say listen let me help out the dust part of you the mortal part the part that can't afford that doesn't deserve good that's not a healthy thing to do when I help you out it's because I'm affirming something better for you make sense I'm affirming your goodness when I help you you get up it's it's not poor

pathetic thing I'm helping you and it's all love love and light are synonymous so I'm seeing you in that place but what's going to be challenging is not the people that you extend love to in those forms it's going to be the ones that don't look like they deserve it now it's going to be tricky because if that person that has fallen has fallen because they keep kicking people when they walk by do I help them up immediately and they keep doing it at some point it's also sick healthy to say tell you what I won't help you up this

time why don't we start talking about why you're kicking people while you're still down and sometimes that's the right thing to do does that making sense that's a challenging notion to think about you know but you know sometimes I'll help you up I'll help you up you know but sometimes I help you and you kick someone again and fall down again and you get up and do it again and again and again it's like being on ice you can't keep your equilibrium while you're kicking someone it's the same with consciousness you can't kick in love at

the same time so instead tell you what just why don't you stay down there for a minute I'll just sit right over here and let me help you don't jump in and become part of the problem you don't enable seeing light in people does not mean enabling but the ego will lie to us and tell us if you're not doing what it tells you to do somehow you're always wrong and it's kind of beautiful to know sometimes saying yes is light but sometimes saying no is light and how do I know right here we learn to have a relationship with love right here the

piece right here joy right here and even then it gets tricky some a client called you know and we had a session with he was last week that someone in a session said well yeah Michel and I appreciate your feedback and all that because because it's sometimes it's hard to know about anger you know because even Jesus got angry and you know and I so it's hard to know when it's okay for me that's a wait so you're assuming Jesus got angry how do you assume I'm not defending Jesus I'm just saying why is it you think Jesus

got well you know cuz he chased the money changers out of the temple okay now understand that anger means I'm triggered anger means I'm usually typically I'm hating someone but it means I'm triggered if I'm triggered I have issues and if I have issues the reason I'm reacting is because you rubbed up against them so what you're saying is that Jesus who's identifying with his Christ self simply missed the mark on that one you know he loves everybody except moneychangers and the reason we think he got angry is because

this is important is because anybody watching him raise his voice would not have known how to do that without hating someone so they went over here because they they're saying well if I was yelling like that I would have to be angry and then they right so with Heath became angry if you know in the Bible because they don't know how to do it it's easy it's really it's not that challenging like people would think you just know what's right and healthy and say no to something that seems hurtful it's not like you always do that but if

that's what seems to be needed in the moment boom you just assert and you didn't feel lose like you lost your Center when you did it hey it's okay child about to touch a hot plate as they always say you know hey you didn't hate them because you raised your voice in fact it was love that made me raise my voice I didn't go okay now they're three inches away from that Hunton and now they're two inches wait let me breathe into this and just check in and see if I shall do anything and then

beloved you might want to take your hand off the hot skillet you know that's that doesn't make any sense at all I don't hate a dog when I say no if it's gonna do something it in fact it's out of love it's actually the greater good for everybody to know so Jesus to say and I'm paraphrasing what is wrong with you people you know he wasn't saying there's anything wrong with a craftsperson is selling something and a musician is accepting donations for their beautiful music he was talking about people that

were doing day trading in a church and making money off of it they weren't doing anything of value where they were giving and receiving they were just making money so it was something that was purely selfish and his point was to say how can you be in a place of selflessness and doing the exact opposite he wouldn't have gone into a building where they were trading if a building was for training and tell them they were doing the wrong thing it wasn't even money or trading that he was saying was the problem

hypocrisy was what he was saying was the problem you're saying that you're of the light yet you are clearly of the dust it's dangerous he's saying to them in his own way it's it's dangerous and then as we're gonna start coming towards a close one of the astounding things in the teachings the life and teachings of Jesus is notice again because your defensiveness is very telling how much you get passionate or defensive in your defensive 'no say things now I'm not going to call anybody out on it I'm asking us to just watch ourselves the

more you need to defend yourself it means the more likely there's a possibility that you already have doubts about yourself you see it's whatever the case may jealousy you know I mean I remember being a kid and liking someone and if someone else I remember feeling that you know kind of jealousy kinds of things now III it just doesn't seem to matter to me I can't even a matter V I'd I've had close intimate friends of mine where I've said if anybody because we're enjoying each other's time that's great it's beautiful

it's very love based but I still said and if ever you come to that place where you need that to become a completely committed monogamous marital partnership I actually will be with you praying that that come to you it wouldn't be me for no bad reasons other than this this this isn't what I'm doing I'm here I might work I'm married to I'm this is my work that's number one for me so you probably could get to a place where you say I don't want someone whose work is first

and I'm second and I think that's beautiful because you know what you want it just wouldn't be me so I'm being true to myself and it would be a lie you know for me and I did that when I was a kid got married and it was very evident I'm gone all the time it just doesn't make any sense so you know at some point we realize okay the more I get defensive and attacking attacking is the same as defending believe it or not because when you seem to attack me you're actually reflecting my own doubts about myself when I defend against it all I did was

confirm your slash my suspicions about myself when I Know Who I am it's gonna sound more like an echo than a thing it'll be more just like an echo out there like what does that sound Oh someone's reflecting some doubts I'm having and if it was something like an insecurity you know no I want you to like me more and I want to be prettiest tonight you know and I remember saying that to a person in high school where I heard them on the phone with somebody exchanging something and I and this part of me thought that and felt that and

said wow because we're like kind of getting together you know a relationship and I thought might my response was I I would like to be that for you and and that's you know that's just human stuff it's okay and now for the most part I kind of you know I can't imagine that so like I said with these friends I was like you know you know if that comes to you how could how could I not want you to have these other things in your life if that's what you feel like you need and look for and it doesn't change the love at all one

one person when we parted ways I was talking to them for at least a half a year maybe a year but at least a half a year on the phone counselling them with dates Michael here's what they're doing now what do i do well tell them this and tell them you I was like Sarah no you know I was like okay you know hiding in the bushes giving them relationship guidance and we were together for a year or two you know pretty close and here I went over night it just shifted and the love is still here if I couldn't help them and said you want some advice hmm

you know that would have proven that I'm a hypocrite because I'm talking love and I'm there for you as long as you're here with me see so you learned to see through those bits and and you learn to see through them sometimes through lessons and challenges of course and learning to heal from those but Jesus was taken before Pilate he was taken before Herod notice he's answering questions but notice that at some point he stops answering because he was basically teaching you and I how to know when you're defending yourself one

way is that if others are still talking you know and they're attacking in the zone and they can't hear you you better think twice and step back and breathe another thing is if you keep defending and they're not hearing you which is part two the same thing they're just two sides of the same coin when I'm still talking trying to convince you of something you don't hear it when you go into a courtroom and you're being attacked for something the prosecution is going to try to say and you did this this this have you ever seen the Perry

Mason are you old enough like me do you have you ever watched any movie about a courtroom or heard of one or been to one let me just inform you in case you don't know the prosecutor has no intention of listening to you they don't care what's true they'll get paid more if they win that's the bottom line the prosecutor is going to ask you questions looking for things they can feed off that's the ego furthermore when you do say well we know and you want to correct them and tell the truth they're gonna take the conversation somewhere else right why

because they don't want you to accidentally leak out what was true and that's this world if you keep defending yourself at some point you have to stop and say wait a minute I'm defending and they're not even hearing me so why am I wasting time it's because I'm so insecure I'm actually sitting here trying to convince myself okay it's dangerous territory this world is is a world of dust and you and I have to learn to start saying I'm gonna do you want a water and feed there's a saying whatever you want to grow that's what

you should water and feed what is it you want to grow had somebody you know what a beautiful soul say just to me this week Michael I was going to another spiritual center don't really like and agree with what they're teaching they don't even live here there's somewhere else far away and said I'm gonna just start sending donations to you why because I want to water and feed that what I want to see grow which is your ministry as they're saying I want to see that grow now I'm not like an ambitious ministry like I want to have a chapter

and you know Indonesia that you I don't have any kind of ambitious stuff like that I'm not gonna start a religion that's not what they meant by support they meant these kinds of teachings and they're saying I want to water and feed that I want to feed what I love so if you want to feed a relationship if you have one that's worth saving then you have to feed it water and feed it now you can't just do one because the guy can work himself to death feeding a business with hard work and not have a good spirit about it the water is the

waters of life metaphorically you need to bring spirit into the thing you want to feed as well don't just write checks there's you know and I appreciate that like to me or to unity of Sedona I think is wonderful thank you because we the support believe it or not that's how we live like anybody else that's how we survive the the income but if all you do is write checks and there's not a feeling with it it's different see it's different I've had people in my life offer things like that with odd agendas and it's just different I'm not

interested in that and that's why some people that say I don't have a lot to donate but I want to say how much I appreciate that still feeds the soul do you want to feed your spirit or the dust it's very simple math if you want to feed your spirit if you want your spirit to grow if you want to identify with spirit water and feed it if you want to identify with dust very simple either die or be part of the living death because that's how worthless and dense dust is dust all we are is dust in the wind or as Bill and

Ted said it dust wind dude seen from a funny movie anyway anybody see that dust to Socrates dust wind dude Socrates brilliant you know how to use that someday you know or whatever but dust do I really do I really want to equate with that do I really dissipate become nothing that's what the one world's telling you so if it tells you when you die you actually cease to exist that's that's not just a belief system guys that's an affirmation it means I am nothing when I die I disappear means I am nothing and that's a strange

affirmation how could God which is everything that is become nothing and I'm an expression of God I am as God created me I'm an expression of God I am God and I'm made in God's image how could I just disappear okay well that you can get that philosophically if you know at the end of life you you become part of something else that's greater that's fine but that's really powerful and philosophical how about just each incident in our lives did you have to die when someone left you did you have to lose heart that badly even if someone

just abused you even as a child that doesn't mean you are that thing they abused the dust of that which I thought I was now I'm born again and it's not me yet I'm not in denial that something seemed to have happened I'm not pretending I'm not hoping and wishing it hadn't happened it happened to the dust and the dust will disappear I'm actually just borrowing this dust a being to be seen by you a being can be spirit right here on the stage and that being can materialize how's that done

it's it's not that the matter becomes visit house them how to earth spirit how does the spirit become visible to you believe it or not it actually attracts denser particles to form around it to become ether and eventually matter so you can see it that's what spirits can do when they materialize Jesus popping in and out of rooms you know without using the door it's it's like it's amazing but it's it's a metaphysical truth so you materialize you show up and if you've ever seen a light projector showing up

you know beaming up onto a screen you ever see the dust that's in the beam of light right that's what's happening to you and I the beam of light is you and the dust particles start coming towards us except the difference is they accumulate around us materializing us so we can be visible to somebody it if it accumulates dust vibrationally compatible to to her consciousness then you wouldn't see me if I were the one trying to do it it'll be compatible particles to my consciousness but also because that's what you expect to see hi

I'm Michael mere dad I'm going to appear now and if all of a sudden I was you know a four foot nine year old female it wouldn't be conducive it wouldn't be congruent my consciousness will attract particles that look like me for you that's what happens and would happen if somebody materialized however I'm also saying that's exactly what happens every lifetime we already are attracting particles that do represent our consciousness and the one that manifested and says I feel the confidence there's an air about me

there's some vibration about me and everybody has it but not everybody has it in a grand kind of a way so many times there were individuals that said I remember one in particular they said you know this was I think the producer of the Beatles and he said you know was an interesting thing any one of them had this aura about them as did Elvis and a certain actor and a politician there's that there's an aura and they're not always fantastic beautiful ORS but there's something there's a vibe and this guy said you

know any one of them you get to it it's like exponentially it starts changing and then a third one it's like whoa he said but when you added the fourth of them something happened in the room you couldn't describe something happened it would be less apparent when they were in their dust ego selves arguing but something happened now that's not just like a music lesson history whatever try to get the essence of what that sounds like like the magic of that there's this perfect boom in the room and nobody else you know for years and years was allowed

to be part of that and penetrate that but there was this vibe the only problem is they believed they needed four of them to hold that vibe they weren't quite the same individually and I'm saying you and I are that the four of them combined the four of them and even more far far more when we own who we really are but it's kind of weird because part of us thinks if I walk in a room and everybody who notices it's it you know it makes you kind of shrink and kind of it does it's a little intimidating to hold a high vibe yeah I

just want to kind of blend in sometimes you know that's what you'd like and and it is odd it's uncomfortable but why the god-self is going what's so odd about this I am I am that I am I am as God created me that's how that's the vibe we should be putting out what we do is go I am not so sure you know like shrink down this world has taught us to live small if you want to get by this world will crucify you if you get to grand and it's a lie get too grandiose ego-based grandness yes the problems being who we really are

in our day-to-day love and respect for each other and our day-to-day acts of kindness there's not gonna be a negative recourse that comes from this it's just goodness and if once and so many people won and so many people get triggered by it let them get you that's fine a part of me just thinks you know the human me and the spiritual me combined kind of I kind of think gosh you know it's kind of a bummer you know because I would like them to not have gotten triggered and and really heard what I was trying to say instead of

coming from a trigger place there's a part of me that kind of wishes that they didn't get triggered because it would be beautiful if everything were just perfect right but the fact that they do we have to accept that I mean I've had god I've had people who who don't listen to me don't camera because someone else told them not to he's a jerk you know and then just go with it but I understand it part of me once got more hurt by that now I understand it I and I love having the understanding that if someone else is going to listen to

someone else's feedback gossip or whatever it is I don't think they're a victim of that naughty person who was gossiping I say they chose to listen to that they opted to listen and they didn't have to so whatever happens in this world and whoever seems to do and whatever towards you see it for what it really is and no it doesn't really affect who you really are keep in mind also to look at yourself because the attacks are tests on so many levels but on one level the attacks are their insecurities testing you to see if

you two are just as insecure react rage defend and you've said yes I I have the same issue you have because dysfunction knows how to find dysfunction my insecurity is attracting yours and yours is attracting mine it's true dysfunctional people I shared this with his person on a session yesterday a great quote from the the famous of John Bradshaw you know he did so much with inner child work and codependents work and he said and I've shared the quote before but he said I always know in a party

who's the most dysfunctional person is it's the one I'm most attracted to it hope so hum like begets like you know it's just this odd thing that doesn't mean when somebody's horribly attacking you that you're equally acting horrid but it does mean that a test came your way the louder and more obnoxious they are you know what's amazing is it must affirm that's how grand you are because they would only use little sniping if you were a little person if you were just a little self you know barely awake at all they they wouldn't need to go

that far out when they go that far out and you take big hints there's a likelihood that somehow something is reflecting to you you're starting to hold this vibration you see and you better think twice and so a volume that big comes your way and it's an interesting thing by nature I'm fairly shy as a person I'm a fairly shy person so having been on stage and doing things like this and was terrifying for the first many times I talked him in I'd feel you know butterflies and nervousness that isn't

the god self and so what am I going to identify with the fears the little kid that was abused enough that that I became insecure and shy right if that guy comes onto the stage oh my god any one of those people is my family again and this and that you see that's what you're doing you're portraying all your stuff again so I had to choose identify with spirit not dust identify with spirit that says when you see me you see the father mother God I'm here just to represent that which sent me here's the message you might like it

you might not and stay somewhat clean and objective so do that in your romance do that in your parenting do that in whatever you do in life do your best to identify with spirit bring as much spirit as you can bring love bring happiness bring gifts of peace to people do your best and not everybody's gonna dig it all the time when they challenge you with them not liking it it's a great test for you to decide what can I learn from this keep reacting and defending and you're affirming your small

illness and affirmation not only in my actions but even affirmations in my words when I start to doubt I am as God created me something like that it brings me right back to Center let's please take a few centering breaths on the inhale here the words I am on the exhale hear the word relaxed know that believe that choose that and with every one of those breaths your back relaxes more your shoulders relaxed more your still held up vertically your still held

up supported but there's a peacefulness that starts overtaking you in a good way I don't have to be tense to sit up my mind can be at peace I don't have to think to know I don't have to analyze to discern looking back over our lives today or this week or this month an honest observation in what ways have I recently affirmed that I am the dust did I become afraid of my health did I react to aging did I feel alone unlovable was i manifesting fear around prosperity or lack issues in what ways was i

identifying with dust every time I think I'm not good enough the only way I can not be good enough is to not be who I really am have I done that I don't make enough money I don't have a nice enough car observe all the different ways and be honest that I identified with the dust every form of addiction is an affirmation that I am unlike God created me to be if I affirm and live that I am as God created me what could there be an addiction for why would I need anything twice or more going over the same old

lessons in life betrayals or Hertz or backstabbing or people ruining you financially whatever it happens to be we take responsibility and we see it it's a pattern that's not part of my real self and then take just a minute go back and imagine if you identified with spirit your real self how would you have managed or dealt with any of those incidents differently and if you can see yourself doing it differently it's then programmed into your mind and the next step is that the universe will help

demonstrate it in our lives but let's get it in our minds what would it look like if I had responded to any of the same things that I just thought about if I responded with a knowingness of who I really am how would it have looked different and let's take a moment with that and all the unlike God moments would include any time we judged any time we acted hurtfully or selfishly and in this we choose to forgive ourselves and all the people we saw

ourselves encountering wrestling with dealing with verbally mentally or whatever else we also choose to see them in the same light that we're choosing to see ourselves we wish upon them the same peace and happiness that we're choosing for ourselves it would be incorrect factually and truthfully incorrect but it would also be apocryphal but hypocrisy to say we want this peace love life you know this joyous spirit life and not wish it upon the people that are around us so to them equally so we wish the peace and

happiness of God if there's any residual stuff left for those people you don't know what to do with then just recite the words as you look at them forgive them they knew not what they were doing it doesn't justify what they did it just affirms the truth which is they could not be God and know what they were doing or choose to even do it and then a few centering breaths anchoring in this as true and permanent let it shift us permanently and then rest and so it is nice very very cool very beautiful nice tranquil energy thank you
