Lower Self Versus Higher Self

ah so thank you for joining us you know we've had some i mean i've been here i don't know about 10 years and it seems like we do a great job always having just wonderful sharing wonderful teaching you know find you know musicians and song and experience it just has felt great i can't remember a week where where i said to myself or others said oh this was a really downer week you know um not much to get out of this week um it's it's but it's a lot for folks to attend week after week with you know as all that we do um

and um just such levels of multi-dimensionality you know and i really appreciate the respect that people extend to me and to unity of sedona for what we do in this world this is not just a this is not just a thing this is not like just a a church a church or a teacher or a group or it's so much more than that this is this is a group of children of god who have decided to take things as far as we can take them every day that we get together it's like let's let's launch it's not like let's just go a little bit

you know jesus even told his his closest students right now i'm just i'm giving you milk meaning you know the initial spiritual understandings eventually you'll be able to eat more solid foods that was a metaphor he was giving of you know there's going to come a time where really the mind will not need to put a limit on what it can receive and that's why this this is what it is it's hard to even put it into words what's unity of sedona you know it's is it a unity no is it a sedona thing no

it's it's that and and a trillion times more it is what it is partly because of the consciousness and the intention that somehow even if this is your first time with us you'll know in your heart whether or not you want to launch to higher levels and the main way you'll know that is you'll go you know you feel like you're having an aneurysm this is too much all this love all this peace this happiness this oneness no i want to go back to the old you know god shameful vindictive and he's going to kill me

someday you know you'll know if that's your thought system this won't make sense to you which is great you know i'm glad that there are different paths out there for people um i uh i believe that i love seeing the good in all things and i love seeing even the value of religion there's a time when it was important there are people there's an age where people very much worshiped their teachers prophets or teachers or whatever they would would be healers even and that was appropriate for people at

the time that that needed to find goodness in the world but not have it come too close do you get what i just said there it's in their teacher it's not here it's there that's better than nowhere so there's a time when it was religions just telling us whatever we don't have to think about it we don't have to integrate we just as long as you show up on sunday you won't go to hell which never worked all right and for some showing up on sunday was hell you know um you know if they didn't want to be

there so so we went from the being told by religion we went from being told by teachers there's another step happening and it's experiencing it that doesn't mean this is an age of not being in groups that's not true at all the age of aquarius has to do with more greater collectives it's not individuality as much as some people think and it's not beyond teachers this is an age of beyond worshiping teachers but don't not respect teachers healers counselors you know they deserve respect for the

walk they've walked for dedicating their lives to waking up and and know that that's not always a easy peasy thing you know to do your best to have a different level of integrity a different level of knowingness you know prayer and meditation living this more and more consistently it can be a bit of a like wow you know a bit of a challenge for lack of a better word if we enjoy it it doesn't really come across that way at all so it but it's not about worshiping those teachers and that's where people

made a mistake before uh to think that you know projecting too much and then not allowing and being shocked when you find your religion once upon a time that you worshipped let you down and now 50 lifetimes later you still haven't gotten over that you know yeah they burned you at the stake i know i know but that's not happening right now so goodbye to them they a lot of churches and systems in this world were messed up thank you for providing any good that you may have provided say goodbye to the rest teachers worship

worship worship a little too much see what you can extract from what they offered no longer needing to worship and thank them healers counselors whatever they are because it's all really all of us are a reflection of you the religions are a reflection when we didn't want to own who we really were and we left it to the religions to tell us is it fully their fault that they got carried away with you know grandiosity and power no everybody's handing it to them and it's the same with teachers healers and

so on so now even though we're in a group and even though there's somebody standing here i would hope that not just me but other teachers get this we're here as a reflection of you and you as a reflection of us we're in this together i mean that's the thing so you know i i don't really agree with some teachers that that that do that um convey that thought feeling uh you know you folks are just lucky to be in my presence because i'm so enlightened you're probably feeling a difference already

you know you know it's it's just kind of weird and silly it's it's just not my thing at all we're in this together we cry together we hurt together we've all felt wounds you know we've you know we this is what martin luther king was saying in one of his speeches there's when people realize we're in this together we walk together we cry together we go to jail together as he put it we're in this together and more and more people you'll know you're really getting more and more the aquarian age

concept when you realize we're in this together so yes respect to a teacher or a counselor you know you should respect the electricians that are working in your house if you don't respect them why do you have an electrician doing your electrical wiring better pick another one humans love to fault find so they never want to be too honoring of other people and i'm an odd well i'm an odd individual but even when it comes to teacher student if if i see a student who gets too tangled up inside whether they're going to respect me or

not and then they there you can tell but sometimes they even say it i'll respect michael as long as he doesn't do such and such i could either try and comply and walk a tight line of tension to never let them down you know let's say that they say well i really respect you as long as you're not one of those teachers that would say a cuss word it's coming i just have to do it now because i want you to decide you you dig what i'm doing or you don't i don't want to walk on this tightrope for you you see

so let let people off the hook let people you know just you know just to re respect what good you see in them because if you do you're respecting the good in you if all you do is look for a snag a fault finding they do too much this or that be careful it takes a very mature soul to be able to say no i i can maintain love even if you've had a partner you parted ways with or parents family members you part ways with be careful it's very easy to find fault and condemn people it's very challenging but very rewarding

and powerful if you can be done with a person and not hate them not let your ego say well if we're tossing them out let's shred them on their way out so that so that it's them that's the bad guy say no what if there's doesn't have to be a bad guy what if i just say uh it's okay bye bye see that's maturity that's called responsibility so what i'm going to talk about more extensively you you've heard this concept higher self right higher self what is that people ask me so michael

is the higher self your soul or is it you're this or you know what is your higher self as is typical humans you know they they twist the meanings of things they kind of mess it up so you've heard of higher self and lower self agreed but but you have three parts how come you only heard about two of them i'm getting guidance from my higher self really where's that at and which chakra because i like the metaphor of the body the chakras so you you have three parts you have a spiritual part which is your upper three

chakras you have a heart and soul which is your middle center chakra and you have three lower chakras three one three one and three three sets the upper set is your spiritual self the middle item chakra is your heart and soul spirit soul the lower three chakras you could say is the body but it's your human self i'm a spiritual self i'm a soul and i'm a human make sense so the lower self is called my lower self my lower three shockers my human self lower self not lower bad first of all lower vertically speaking

but also lower in that it follows the dictates of the senses and your thinking and your human emotions and needs that's not a good leader this is your human self all it does is sit around needy the god self has nothing to do with needs i mean there's perfection and there's neediness that's kind of weird but that's not your higher self in your lower self there's a third it's your highest self and people don't talk about that because technically people don't know their highest self

they don't know the god self but that's fine as long as you and i now know but there is one i have a god i am presence it is my si my highest self so when when people when you hear people say i'm going to go to my higher self and check in don't correct them but you can know i like to go to my highest self is that making sense don't even just go to your higher go to the highest why not so this human part of me in a sense has two attributes the human that is wicked and hurtful so my lower three chakras my lower

self has two parts it's not just wrong bad wicked there's half of me that is that is hurtful and broken because i have forgotten my soul and my god self i've lost track of my heart i live in this down here in this neediness and all it knows is neediness but here's the problem it's not like passive it knows that it's in need it thinks that it is you and you are it so it makes you think you're in need and yet it's just the ego messing with you so the ego says you know we're missing something we we're needy

and you go we are who's the we that we're talking here and it says well you're me i am yes so you're saying i'm needy yes you are oh i knew something was wrong now you start walking around all needy god's up here going you got to be kidding me people and you know you don't understand lord we're needy we can't even hear your voice anymore because we need greater clarity and guidance and we don't have it because if i need it i must not have it so half of my humanness is though

actively wicked because if i'm needy it's probably because of something one of you did to me it's got to be somebody else's fault that's the worst wicked part and that's why half of my lower nature is just wicked because it doesn't know what to do with the emptiness and hurt that it feels so it blames others for it but blame would be passive even though it's aggressive blame would be passive you know what it also does is it attacks others harms others takes its emptiness and hurt out on

others that's what i meant by that's the really wicked human part of us it's not in touch with any higher part and it's really running on empty and and screaming about it there's another half of our human nature that isn't quite so obviously wicked but it still has this place of neediness it still sort of feels empty because it's still a human part but it's just not acting out so technically you could call that your higher self because it's higher than the other half of your

humanness so when people say what's my higher self well i don't which answer do you want technically if i got on a step stool that's higher than the one that's standing on the ground so what do you mean by higher technically my emotional center is higher than my physical so my astral body is higher than my physical body see but generally speaking my lower self is my human self lower three chakras that's my intellect my human emotions and my physical body and senses and it's not a good guide because

it has forgotten who it is so it's not a great advisor all it advises is we're needy and we need to figure it out now how to get the needs met and if they're not met immediately we're going to be upset and we're going to blame somebody or worse we're going to attack somebody for it and take it from them right it's really strange sounding and people don't want to talk a lot about you know lower self you don't see people going oh look i had an aura photograph taken look it's really cool lots of lower self

you know you'd be like um i want a refund on my aura photo you know i don't want any lower self so the lower self is that in a sense it is my lower consciousness my lower belief systems about myself lower in it lets for a moment in a negative sense does it have to stay that way no my lower self can become enlightened meaning not awakened completely but it means to where light can shine on it so i'll get to that in a sec the lower self now there's the soul my heart and soul it also has two attributes okay

also has two attributes now when i get into the to the heart and soul i start to realize this one half can choose to be still disconnected from the highest self so your heart and soul can actually still live in a state of uh suffering or emptiness we would like to think that our heart and soul that concept hearts oh wow you know i like to listen to my heart well i'm gonna ask you are you listening to this half or that half of your heart because why did jesus and other great masters say evil originates in your heart new majors

are like that's offensive my heart chakra is wonderful you know and why would that teacher say that they must be wrong yes all the greatest masters are wrong and you're right because you want to preserve your little word my heart center you know no the heart is the root of evil it's where evil is rooted why because watch here i know my divinity here i only suspect it down here i don't experience it here in my heart is where i ruined the descent the the download of divinity hear my beliefs that i'm a flawed person

not the actions the actions come from my beliefs so my outer manifestations are coming their manifestations of this what you believe in your heart and your heart can choose one half i am as god created me the other half i don't know uncertainty so my heart chakra half of it can still be a bit disconnected and then what it does is it decides what is good and what is evil you see even if it's wonderful things i believe i've really come a long way on my spiritual path who's the i that's talking it's still me

my higher self but you're not the highest yet so a higher self it can even tell you how wonderful you're doing which is great better than the lower self but notice that you're still there this is why in some buddhist meditations the exercises if you even open yourself to this when people say i died i went to the other side i saw a light and there was such peace do you realize that's only this much of what's actually there so don't make that your god you know oh there was light peace my relatives they were all there

and they were glowing that's not as good as it gets trust me instead that's just the tip of the iceberg i'm still only seeing what this this half of my soul expected to see oh you know the dog i had when i was a child and you know former relatives and you know it's still you're seeing when you go to the other side at first you're really seeing a lot of what you're ready to see jesus is still wearing sandals they're not even fashionable anymore you know in in heaven i'm saying um it's

not like you know but yet what is he gonna be naked you know he's gonna wear something so you don't get weird on him all right so so the angels don't actually have wings at the highest levels of heaven they put them on for your amusement because you expect them to have wings so that's still this half of my soul with a for lack of a better word with agendas they're not bad agendas but they're just expectations this other half we don't maintain it 24 7.

and if you did as i said your body would burst into light and disappear that's what jesus did in fact teachers of the highest caliber this could be me could be you could be others you've heard of teachers of the highest caliber that are really that awake that they know the light they know the light they know but almost too much because well you know you're so filled with light you're you're about to burst into the oneness with god again but yet you're supposed to be on earth walking around you have babies to feed

or jobs to go to and mundane things so it's interesting because you can know so much that you're ready to burst into light you actually have to take on an anchor to keep yourself dense it could be red meats that you still eat it could be i mean honestly it could be sexy it could be having a beer every so often i've met some really amazing native american elders and they would say i have a reason that i smoke they're aware now you know people make excuses too doesn't mean that if you're a jerk you

go i'm enlightened technically but i come across as a jerk because it grounds me i don't think you should use that one okay i think you should look at yourself get some therapy or something but but it is true you may not even know it you might be and this is what's happening in the ascension today these days people's frequency are they're getting so raised they don't know that they should be countering it to ground themselves a little so they're going yeah man isn't things aren't things weird on the planet you

know and they're like i don't you know twitches and all these things and they just think i think i'm just getting older i they don't realize it's like cheeseburger oh there it is there it is i've never had one of those but you know i know some people that's what they do if i were you i wouldn't judge it below ground vegetables below ground earthing you it's grounding see it do something everybody not just the enlightened everybody should be able to know themselves well enough

to say you know i'm feeling really this today edgar casey would go into his readings and in his readings man he's in the highest dimensionality doing these perfect channelings every time he was done they would have to give him crackers why because it's bread dents carbs it would just not not boxes of him just he needed some to kind of bring him back into his body is that like wicked evil no it's what happens um sometimes i'm teaching and you know and the vibes get so high here on a sunday or in a workshop

the vibes get so high sometimes i just feel the grounding for me is actually to smile at people that i see it's weird but that's what happens for me i just feel so alive the grounding is smiling it's not a food substance but once in a blue moon it'll be that it'll be okay yeah i wanna i'm gonna eat something don't judge it it's countering vibration and it brings it down you know to here i am nice grounded kind of a place makes sense well the same goes for us when we're really plugging into this

light frequency thing you know when we're getting to this half of our soul the more you come from this half of the soul the more you come from that place the more you're going to need to counter it with something and uh jesus mentions and of course in miracles again that he says you know you're you're like this close to bursting into light it might be a teacher like myself but it could be anybody technically um you might know whether this is you or not but the point is you just you're so ramped up and awake um you

you can't be awake and not no forgiveness so if you're thinking well how do i know if it's me if you really practice love and forgiveness the odds increase that this would apply to you okay because forgiveness is the main key that bridges us from this realm to the absolutes of god so i get into this state of frequency and vibe and all this kind of energy and so he says in the course these individuals will need to and we're not just talking cheeseburgers here we're talking they're going to need

to take on some piece of illusion to keep their body intact this is a really strange lesson you don't hear about that very often they're going to need to take on some some illusion now it might be they're so awake but feeling compelled for addiction they might be so awake but they still you know sex or they're so awake but they still deal with impatience whatever it is those things might be the the apple that they bit so that they can be here on the earth again i would not assume that that's you know oh well that that explains why

i'm a really you know i'm a jerk uh it's just because i'm so enlightened i i wouldn't go that route if i were you i'd air the other direction but i am saying my point being not to make you discern or help you discern this piece it's actually to explain that to totally be plugged in all the time is pretty much impossible and i know some of you might not like to hear that some of your teachers might not like to hear that because it might mean the slippage in their donations they receive

you know because you know they told you they were 24 7 masters you know what they may be that's great but they still had to bite something to help them hold a body now here's the closing of what jesus says about that don't fret if your thing is sex or drugs or rock or if your thing is a cheeseburger don't fret he says i need you in a body and if that's what keeps you in a dense body great you know why because there's people that still need mouths to speak because they don't know how to hear invisible

i need you in a body and here's what makes you have a dense body red meat oh but my friend said i shouldn't be you know we'll stop hanging out at whole foods get different friends go hang out at taco bell they're not going to judge you at taco bell for eating meat get away from the judgmental granolas you know so find find your place where you know what i get it i'm allowed i'm allowed now if you're doing 20 beers and you get drunk that's not the same but if one beer for some reason a day or

a week if that's your grounding i can't judge it as wrong this is between you and god if you're a spiritual master and your students say oh you shouldn't have any kind of sexuality but you do that once a week or once a month and if that's your this really helps me integrate great nobody should be able to judge those things for you you decide but again there's half of you that still wants to be the one that says it's right or wrong there's another half that says why don't we ask and listen

that's the one that stopped talking it just holds this you know receiver or chalice or mirror and it just says you know what i don't know and you open it and the light of god beams in so as closing here when the light of god comes in and beams onto your heart that is open the altar half is my opinions half is a mirror when that light hits that mirror i am going to be filled with light now we have the scripture saying let your eye be single and you would be filled with light what do you think it means stop thinking duality right and wrong

even in your heart you do it i don't know let my eye my focus be single on god and then in it comes it warms and and illuminates that mirror in my heart and then it starts shining down even into my humanness i said i would come back to that now even my human life down here starts to reflect the goodness of god it's so cool so instead of me going my friends say i should eat more of this or my conscience said i should stop doing certain things in my life notice that you're still dualistic you're still there you're still thinking

well obviously some things are simply right and wrong mystics have lost their minds trying to behave just right based on what what god wills no guys listen it's what you think god wills there's a difference i don't know but you should because the scripture says i don't know but my pastor said my rabbi said i don't know if i get involved and show up with my own judgments by default you're going to cut off from god's teaching god's mind is that what you want if yes then you're doing exactly what

you should be doing but those of us who are ready can say no actually i don't know you show me no harm will be done the divine mother knows how to weave into your life and into your mind and make adjustments that are at proportions that you can handle so it's not like you're stripped of your humanness and whatever just new insights all of a sudden start coming in you know i just go you know okay you know god what would you like me to talk about today and if it takes you an hour to center in every day if that's what you enjoy doing

do it i will say it can get to the point of taking a split second because in one split second of changing your beliefs that you might know versus you don't know everything changes in a split second i can come in here going well what should i talk well let's see well we've talked about this you know maybe i should i'm still thinking which is fine many a good teachers have gone up and from their mind decided what to talk about and did a good job but an extraordinary job in the true sense of the word extraordinary it's

beyond the ordinary an extraordinary thing for any teacher to do is to say i don't know and we open up this half of our soul to receive and something comes to us so what you can experience of god is reflections of god in the altar of your heart and soul which then can manifest in your day-to-day life a complete beaming of the oneness of god down into material life doesn't work because there is no material in god it's not a dense thing it isn't i know rainbows and beautiful trees and streams and animals

sound god they're reflections of the life of god the absolute oneness of god doesn't materialize per se jesus made a correct correction with scripture that says you know that um the word was made flesh the word is the christ that you and i are that's what the word means so the word was made flesh well scripture is correct in that we seem to have taken on bodies that's what that means in the bible and the word was made flesh some people think that meant jesus the word is the christ all of god's children were made flesh which

means we manifested right made flesh but in the course he's saying there's no such thing as flesh so how could the word have become flesh what he's doing there is putting it back on you you cannot lose your christ self you look like you became dense and if you became dense you also became limited beings how could the unlimited of god become limited even if it's pretty limited cute limited gorgeous limited in great shape limited it's still limited so that which is god doesn't become matter

it becomes reflected in matter that which is whole becomes partialized materialized and that looks like a very strange contrast i want to know the absolute of god but yet i'm sitting here in a body wanting a twinkie there's this absolute oneness with and yet right now you have what's called conflict inside and it will send you to hell because conflict is going to bring you every form of pain physical emotional financial i'm conflicted there are people that care nothing about god they're only focused on money and they

do very well manifesting money they're more successful than spiritual people going oh where's my money home those guys don't have money you know why because they're conflicted they're chanting to something invisible to give them something visible the other guys you're just going no matter matter money kaching and they have all this money they're not conflicted so what do we do then how do we you you become unconflicted you recognize that god and the abundance of god one of the key words of god is

abundance in the material world can be reflected as prosperity don't make them mutually exclusive because deep inside there's a part of us that goes oh no i was a nun for three lifetimes and it taught me to vows of poverty get over that let that go you know let it is that what you want to do this lifetime stay conflicted you know and upset and god wouldn't want me to have so i close with that god wants only your peace and happiness that's all i mean which is everything god is not saying well some money

greenbacks yes but canadian money no it's not like some money yes no canadian money is more colorful that's probably the god one you know it's it's like it doesn't work that way god wants you to heal some diseases not others it doesn't work that way see god wants you to marry this person but not that one god has nothing to do with it god's saying i am that i am and you aren't you ain't i am that i am and you ain't well how do we get there more religion no god forbid that didn't work shaming yourself for

not feeling god didn't work what do we do again you know i'm gonna walk the path and i'll forgive myself when i slip and i'll notice these these moments of contrast in me and conflict see the conflict own it own it for a moment see that it's in you don't pretend it isn't there don't shame yourself or judge yourself for having it own it that's why one apostle said you know it's the weirdest thing the good things that i would do to be spiritual i don't do and the things i try to avoid those are

the things i do that was a perfect prayer of prosperity uh health and so on why because it was a prayer of responsibility he's like eh look at that isn't that weird i talk it i walked around with jesus right i live the christ life i'm totally in touch i can hear jesus voice and yet i'm like jesus you wait here i'm going in for a beer you know and and you you know leave god jesus at the door or whatever just just see it and laugh go go in and you know whatever you're still doing just you know

red meats or whatever if that freaks you out sometimes you know just get that little chunk somebody else you know they're all having red meat at your table and you just get one little square of it and let it become a process a healing for you isn't this weird i i see you as capable of making me unholy isn't that weird you poor thing i need to see you as god sees you and god doesn't go it's not even well done man it's rare that's no god's gonna say perfect light because your perfect light and now the

particles in that red bloody freezer strike that everybody you know the granolas hate it's going to turn to light when it enters your body why because you got in the right mindset right honestly you got in the right mindset so here's what's gonna happen god's gonna say amazing nice job you held light center even while eating something you previously judged i dig this so much god says i dig this so much which you've just pulled off i'm gonna actually send intense light frequency into the animal that

became that little piece of me i'm gonna send light into that animal and bring it to levels of oneness with all the universe and you're like seriously like it's just a piece of it right if it's just abusive then why did you have such a hard time with it you get past it and you'll bring everybody with you everybody involved with you letting go of the judge the piece of meat bring it to the light you know let the light of god bless everything you're going to have your naughty things it's going to happen

you know it's just it's gonna happen everybody goes and uses the toilet every day and it's like well this doesn't feel very enlightening you know you know well you know this is like so not spiritual it's your perception you know it's just perception it's the weirdest thing uh you go to the dentist you go to the colonic therapist you go to the chiropractor you you know these things happen on this planet i noticed this the other day because i went to the dentist the other day um and and it's funny you know the chair

and the you know all that kind of thing and i tend to cross my legs like meditation you know position right and um lotus position you know and then when they came in they're like they made a comment about it you know usually people are like you know in any but you know legs crossed and i did the same thing sorry too much information but at a colon therapy place i went a couple years ago and the lady walks in and goes you know she's like wow michael you know you you you even in when you're getting colonic

you sit in like lotus position you know i'm just like all relaxed you know it probably the first time ever seen somebody getting called in therapy in lotus position but my point being it's like bring light and laughter and levity to everything you can bring lightness whatever form that's going to take it's not always levity bring likeness you go to a funeral you don't have to die with the person that died bring something different you don't overwrite it without external jesting and laughter of course

not but presence in whatever form it's going to take and what i suggest i don't know show me this download comes and then i get it and it downloads to the rest of me my heart becomes illuminated my life becomes illuminated that's how we do it it you're not going to become enlightened by looking at the human self noticing the contrast between what you believe to be spiritual and trying to enforce the your opinion of spiritual down into your life which is what we tried to do i must stop smoking i must

stop drinking i must not have sex i must not do this i must not do that that didn't help it increased your tension level your soul level conflict i don't know what to do i'm a parent am i allowed to still scold my child am i allowed to still you know say no to partner about certain things or is that judgmental see because i'm trying to be so passive you know well hey you know what today maybe a libran but tomorrow maybe you need ares you know and say do i look like a libra no today i'm telling you aries no

and it's okay why do i feel conflicted about it because i need healing so god show me and guidance comes how to say no how to hold presents when you say no or yes whatever you're doing and our lives change the outer life the lower life that was once split off from my higher and my higher that was split off from my highest can all become aligned makes sense i get it by surrendering what i thought i knew i listen and light starts shining into every aspect of my being ah you know what i eat and colon therapy and counseling

that you need to do sometimes family of origin issues dealing with rage and hurts from the past don't shame yourself for him god you know wouldn't want this god wants your tensions to release how is that going to happen if it comes from screaming into a pillow scream into a pillow and if you think afterwards you have to put a pyramid brass pyramid over your pillow and do blessings and smudge it because you put negative energy fine whatever you know your beliefs fine as long as it doesn't cause tension and constriction please take a

few centering breaths let's take a moment to think about just imagine what you think god itself would want your life to look like just just kind of play with this for a moment what do you believe god would want your life to look like but this is again what you believe your your higher self let's even call it what do you believe your higher self wants your life to look like start with your heart center what kind of divine type of feelings peace joy what do you believe you know your higher self would wish

for you to have an experience in your heart to be as honest as you can try not to get all philosophical what do you believe god wants you to feel in your heart will shift down one chakra the mind the intellect what do you believe your higher self would wish for you in terms of your thinking your knowledge your studies your focus things of the mind the lower mind and then note the contrasts

so take a minute observe the differences between what your higher self would wish for you and what is actually happening now real time note the difference what your higher self would wish for you and what you're actually experiencing in your relationship communication finances health higher self says abc but day to day life it's x y and z sometimes notice the contrasts and take a moment to own the possibility not only that these contrasts are there it also means then you have inner conflict from the contrast

because part of you knows that you could and would like to have better but you're not having the better so there's a contrast notice there's a tension around that i'm conflicted part of me wants this and yet i'm manifesting that take a moment to own that see that and what you're seeing is a war between two parts one that's giving you unreasonable demands of how good your life should be and the other is unreasonable actions and decisions experiences notice the contrast but part of the

contrast is that even my what i think is my higher self is asking me to experience things that i'm not yet experiencing that means my higher self is increasing the tension level building up between what i believe i should be experiencing versus what i am experiencing just another ego ploy and that only involved my lower and higher self let's for a moment open the channel to the highest self god has no demands that you should eat or not eat certain foods marry or not marry certain people no demands so this is called the peace of god

i can't figure out what the peace of god is i'm going to stop living the demands and the experiences contrasted and i'm going to simply ask you father mother god i don't know you feel free to shine your light down into my heart so i can let go of what i thought were the demands of my higher self certain beliefs that i needed to do things differently and eat and not eat certain things date and not date and so on those were still my opinions and say to yourself i'm really sorry for putting that pressure on you

i thought it was these things that made you good but i'm asking another voice now and god says i already am i'm made in the image of god that light shines into my heart and it will organically start altering the way i feel in my heart and the way i live in my human self if i stay out of the way and let it happen i'm surrendering to what god really wills for us stay out of figuring out what that is let it speak silently energetically into your heart center and into the lower centers and it'll start turning them in a

different direction for your greater life walking a path of light and will still slip what would that voice want us to do when we slip oops and bounce back it's going to happen i don't need to be trying to be perfect i already am so let me surrender to that perfection before closing just give thanks whether you see this a hundred percent shifting in your life or one percent whether it's a major inspiration you receive or just a feeling of wow breathe it in and let it be yours breathe it in let it become like yes
