Love and Forgiveness
Transcript
Hello everyone! it's not Friday, so I'm not doing one of our Friday afternoon chats, but just a quick sharing with you because tomorrow, I think it is Wednesday, at five o'clock Pacific time I'm going to be launching our new online course. So join us if you can, there's still time and room to get signed up.
It's focusing on love and forgiveness. This is the title and topic of my new book The Book of Love and Forgiveness. So our course starts tomorrow. Please join us! I's it's going to be a free - tomorrow is free, in case you want to scope it out a little bit first. But generally these go very well.
We have about an average of 75 or 100 or something attendees, but it's really really cool. It's interactive. You get - there's there's some homework. It's a deep study and I'm not one to just work on a shallow level I guess, so it's it's beautiful. It's got depth. It's easy and I think you feel support.
Because we also have an online group, a Facebook group, under that topic. So you have to be in the course, I think, to be in the group, but being in the course, signed up for the course, you get to interact. So you're going to be learning for really as much as you want - a little or a lot - but on the most important topic on the planet.
"A Course in Miracles" tries to explain to us that we're really here for only one purpose, and that is to fulfill God's plan for salvation, which is our role in love and forgiveness, practicing love and forgiveness. So, the book - This is the new book. Kind of a beautiful vibe to it and color and all that. People kind of are picking that up, so I dig it that they like the vibes that I put into even the covers of my books. But you know, it's a lot of love.
I mean, it's just its me. It's like art. It's not just a book. So I really appreciate you guys dig that. But that's the topic. That's the book and it's related to the topic and the topics related to the book. So the online course is focusing on love and forgiveness.
So join us if you can and briefly, so that you have a little bit of a synopsis, it'll be an intro so it'll be a little bit of an overview of what we'll be covering. Some of what I cover in the course and tomorrow will not be in the book, and some things will be in the book that we don't get to cover, but oh, my chimes in my yard. I love that.
Anyway, so they say it's when an angel gets its wings right when a bell goes off when a chime goes off maybe it's that a human gets their wings. So some of you out there must be getting the wings. Anyway, the course is very practical, and the exercises are very practical, and it's not taken lightly.
A lot of people talk about love and forgiveness they talk about love now I know we're talking about they kind of are talking about romantic love and that's the last the least important aspect of love. In fact, it wouldn't even be, if God wrote a book on love, it would have nothing to do with romance. There wouldn't be a chapter or even a page on romance, and if there were even a paragraph it would only be to tell you why that topic isn't in his book, it's book.
So it's not to diss the romantic part, well sure we can broach that and talk about that here and there. But it's not about that. This is about getting back to divine love. Being the presence of love not not getting love from people, but learning to be the presence. And what I tried to do in this book and in this course is keep things simple, like I tend to do.
But I tried to keep it simple. I tried to keep it to where I don't go into some hundreds of pages of Channeled material on love. It's been done. It's beautiful. It's poetic, but it just - sometimes it's worthless, because people need to hear something sometimes just simple, to the point. Say it, let them get it, let them integrate it, become it, and let's go on from there.
So that's kind of what I tried to do is get across that idea that we are the presence of love. Love is who we are and forgiveness is what love does. So forgiveness is supposed to be a natural occurrence. I also will explain in the course why every human being at least once a day should do a forgiveness exercise.
I've never heard anybody say that. I've heard people do positive thinking and how to create more cash in their lives or how to every day manifest visualizations to manifest your lover, and that's all nice. So you end up with a new partner for another month or two. You end up with more cash, and yet it goes fleeting through your hands, right? So what we want to do is is get to the real thing, which is how to manifest forgiveness every day, because if we become more forgiving in our lives with all things we relate to. The universe
will will bow to us. The universe, not in an egotistic sense, the universe bows to us because we're children of God that created the universe. It recognizes its creator. The universe doesn't recognize its creator when people sit around and visualize commanding - "I am prosperous." "I am successful.
" The universe will - a lot of those movies and books told you that - it will comply, but it'll do so suspiciously, because it senses that you're sort of in a powerful statement or in a powerful state of mind when you say it, but then it starts getting suspicious, saying "you're not who you say you are.
" That's why it takes it away. Think about this, guys, please think about this. You've heard all the mumbo-jumbo New Age and metaphysical and religious stuff out there that tells you that life's going to go your way if you just do this and that. But notice that it doesn't last. Just notice that it doesn't last, and there's a reason why it doesn't last.
The main reason behind it is what? It's because the Universe gets suspicious and says "wait a second. We're on to you. You're not really authentic. You pretend to be in your power and you're not being authentic." And a lot of people then the stuff goes away and they blame God because inadvertently God is what we're calling the universe and the universe is taking away what it gave us.
So we think it's God that took it away and it isn't. It's that we didn't actually earn it through consciousness. So please remember, forgiveness is the only way to really create and sustain things in our lives, because forgiveness gets the blocks out of the way. See, if we sit around just trying to force it into manifestation whatever it is we're looking for if we try to just force it you know what's going to happen is - even in just forcing it, what that says to the universe is "something's
wrong with me and I really don't get it." You see, and so we're trying to manifest it when we forgive we're actually affirming that it's already there and that we're the ones who imposed a block that now is needing some forgiveness. When we forgive the block disappears and things come our way.
So another way of saying this could be that as we become better people, life becomes better, but that's really really generalizing because a lot of us could say "well I am a pretty good person I still have had challenges." I understand that. Still, become better and better means not just I'm a nice person.
It means clearer and a less judgments less resentment less hurt lots of good people are really great good integrity sweet people but still holding hurts which means a lack of forgiveness so forgiveness is the key. So, keep that in mind. It's about love. The sections of the book and the sections of the course are love, and then judgment, and then forgiveness.
That's important, because love is here and then love disappears when we judge and love returns when we forgive. So we all go through these three stages love, judgment, forgiveness. And forgiveness is what restores everything, okay? I pray this is make good sense, and I send you lots of love and peace into your lives.
I do, I send you lots of prayers of appreciation for who you are and give thanks for your presence in my life and I pray that you do the same for good people in your life, all right? I hope this made sense and try to join us tomorrow. Peace be with you. Bye bye.
