Living in the Flow of God

you know I I I've always used chakras the body and so forth as a metaphor because that's what it is it's a symbol so imagine this imagine we have seven primary chakras which we do seven primary chakras oh this just in thank you for sending in a request we have no help for you just kidding um so we'll address these as they come in but imagine these chakras see and I I do like that lightness and levity it's important for us to remember to not just get into this really constant intensity and depth I love the depth and I love

the playfulness all of these things are part of a dance and so that's the groove we get into at least when I'm involved with speaking that's the groove we kind of play we kind of move and there's song and there's movement and dance and celebration and it's all part of it it's not just a one-dimensional kind of way that I teach so we have these chakras the upper three chakras represent the presence of God in all of us so when Jesus says the Kingdom of Heaven is within you he means it

he didn't say the Kingdom of Heaven is sort of kind of metaphorically within your being if you're lucky enough to find it you know he said it it is the Kingdom of Heaven is here and it's within you oh that's good news then then where is it well it's very easy where do you pray where do people constantly pray they look up to the Heavens to pray to God well where's that up within yourself so does that mean I should pray to myself hello Michael's inner pituitary pineal and thyroid glands

all praise to thee upper chakras within Michael's body no they're symbols of the doorway to the greater I am presence of God so though metaphorically here's that presence now if we all imagine for a moment that that presence is has been Untouched by the wounds of this world it's not touched by the limiting belief systems we've accrued over time in this world what about this perfect and holy presence this symbolizes the presence of God within us now Imagine This that presence is supposed to be able to

flow down into our heart our mind our emotions and all the way down to the naughty bits the root chakra the chakra that new agers and spiritual people would rather avoid oh God fill my heart I have nobody no desires no nothing just fill my heart and we'll be good you probably don't want to see that any more than that you know but no fill me it's like Yogananda says here I am as I am filming you know just call be bold and courageous and say Here I Am fill me so imagine this now the if the heart represents the

intuitive forgiving love-based self how successful are you or would you be if you called God's presence into your heart try to imagine how on a 0 to 10 scale 10 being the highest how successful would you be and be honest about it you know can I really say that God flows from a 10 up here to a 10 here is it still fully God's presence when it reaches my heart or do I have a heart that's been shut down do I have inhibitions and blocks in my heart if so let me just own those evaluate that honestly then what about the presence of God

pouring down into my mind the lower mind the analytical mind the thinking mind how well does that go it pours down further just symbolically Pours Down further how is it for you do you really ask God can you say that it's uninhibited it's a 10 the presence of God Pours and flows into my mind my thinking self uninhibited and it guides my mind on what to think and you know what direction to go and how to organize my life or as most of us we really block God out of that Center our thoughts are usually ego-based

thoughts fear-based thoughts limiting thoughts so red you know take a second think about that rate that how are you doing asking God into your mind and as you ask God not on a I wish I could make this a tan what is it generally in your life what about your emotional Center how well does God fill your emotional Center how thoroughly do you allow Spirit God to pour into that Center how efficiently how effectively how thoroughly that means your emotional self your desires family of origin issues inner child issues relationship romance emotional

stuff how thoroughly do we allow spirit in and be honest really is it a 10 you know think about it it's very important for us to have an awareness of ourselves how are we doing how well does it rate well I bring God in a lot really to my inner child work and family of origin type of work I really do bring spirit in relationships not as much not as successfully be honest at these different parts and see we're looking for what's not quite right another way we can word this is we're supposed to be living in the flow of God

so here's the presence of God and let's just make it visceral let's make it right here right now it pours heart mind emotions now body how thoroughly do you bring God into the body how thoroughly body money sex things of the root Material World level how thoroughly do we bring God in do we stand naked before a mirror and have no issues you know or do we just whatever you know like hey here I am bringing in the present presence of God every particle every cell every organ every gland as soon as we get sick some of us

retreat in shame why shouldn't be sick if I'm spiritual other people immediately decide to become spiritual oh God I know that I never talked to you ever but I'm sick so if you could just find it in your heart to send me a little love I'm sure everything would be all right you know so think about this how did you rate that and then look back at the whole picture here's two ways to look at the whole picture one just look back at all of them how we doing where's the weakest Center is it the thinking is it the heart that

has shut down become kind of frightened and cold from wounds in the world and life stuff limiting beliefs because the heart's all about beliefs yes it's about intuition and creativity what about your creativity how's that doing shutting it down then you might want to rate this a little lower than you had so tune into the heart the mind the emotions the body overall how's it doing which one's strongest good job which one's weakest I can tell you this none as I've talked about before in different workshops none

should be below a seven or higher I would say thank God thank God that's fantastic I'm inviting God into body at least a seven into my heart at least a seven and so on rating anything below that I'd be of concern you know I'd be concerned it'd be like why start checking it out no no or you could just wait for traumas to happen to bring these things to your attention that's what victims and humans do Masters do not do that Masters are aware already what's going on and something needs to be done so why not just be

Masters and what the heck what do we got to lose except our old mind the old mind is not the mind we want so how did you rate now one more thing you can do with that if you were to give a mean average to all of them how would you be doing averaging a nine and a one a three and a five you know where's that all kind of average it's gonna you know somewhere about a five that's not bad it's not where I want to be so where would you like to be so these are just different ways to consider these things

and if you're rating a little low this isn't supposed to be depressing you but it should motivate you you know and if you were hoping you're a nine and a half and you found out you're a two you know I'm sorry because I know that's a painful thing you know a painful thing there's a lot of things in this life that make us do that we think we have a faithful partner they cheat on us we think we've lost you know 20 pounds we get on the scale and we gained three these are these are things that are a

bit depressing they're not where we thought we were we think we've healed an illness we get to the doctor they said now actually it's worse that's what it's like to think we rated really high all the time and we really have some areas that are a bit off so living in the flow of God is what we're looking for living in the flow to me means here is the light of God and it pours on through me what's mostly blocked I need to work on these things but I want this to flow uninhibited through my being

guys get out of this notion the new agers have taught for so long that you're supposed to only float up in the upper chakras the light of God's supposed to fill every part of our being to be sexy and passionate playful and humorous courageous you know just life can be fantastic but we learned year after year generation after generation to live small we've done it two extremes through religion we knew let's just live our upper chakras they didn't call it Shockers but they said let's just live

in favor of the Lord and everything else is naughty shameful sinful just ignore it and then they never did they just did it all you know hidden right just hidden it's not healthy but that's what religion taught us hide it all shame it all just don't do it don't think about it but if you are going to act on it be sure not to tell anyone but we've grown up because now we don't have religion we have spirituality and spirituality is teaching us exactly the same thing it just calls it something

different we don't shame it we just don't need it because we're really up here in our upper chakras you know financers uh finances are a struggle and so forth I think my body while I'm making love but everything's fine you know be here how do I get here how do I bring the presence of God through all things I do and this is going to get tricky as I'm talking because something creepy is going to end up happening in our consciousness when we say okay that's it I want to live fully as much as possible the light of God

there's this part in us that gets instigated and irritated it's the shadow part and then people go okay what do we do with the shadow well there's a lot of thoughts and books and you know beliefs around this idea of what a shadow is I remember when I was going to be hired to come here and be the spiritual leader one of the people on the committee to decide whether I was worthy or not decided on this phone in her conference call they did you know a phone interview and one of them said looking for a way to get rid of me

that's what they were doing they were just looking for we'll catch him on this one Michael what do you think and teach about the shadow you know it's like oh this is I this was perfect because I knew this is it if I tell them what they want to hear I could get hired if I tell them the truth I might not so I was like let's just go for it man tell them the truth you know and because there are other folks that were involved said we like that answer this person just bailed and quit from the committee immediately

you know it was you know they couldn't handle the idea what I said was this first of all I always respect where people are at if somebody says to me Michael I'm a I'm an expert in Shadow work I say congratulations and I love and I have a lot of students and friends that do a lot of this work written books on this work I totally love them and respect them for the work they're doing because that's where some people are at need to learn at that level But ultimately I can't refrain from telling the truth about some of these

Concepts what is the shadow well the Shadows this and that you have to play with it you have to pet it you have to make friends with it you know other people are like you have to kill it and snuff it up so the spiritual people want to pet it and make friends with it the religious people want to kill it snuff it out and I'm like you're all just nuts why would you kill it why would you ignore it why would you deny it why would you make friends with it here's what it is you see my Shadows cast on the wall why

because my hand is between the light and the wall so what is a shadow it's where we cast ourselves between the light of God and the outcome it's just the part of us that's in the way that's another way to call it you don't have to call it and name it something spectacular I call my shadow Mikey you know you don't have to get that clever with it what is it it's a shadow it's not there it's just an appearance of something when I get out of the way my Shadow's gone there's the metaphor right there

when I get out of the way so really Shadow work mainly needs to be work about teaching me how to get out of the way that's why the course in the course of Miracles taoism and so many other Traditions say I need do nothing see I need do nothing it's what it means it doesn't mean literally do nothing there's all these people that want to pretend they're spiritual saying I need do nothing therefore I do nothing at all hi there's a house across the streets it's on fire oh tough for them because I

need to do nothing I'll just sit here and be that's not what this is asking you to do it's asking you to be and then do the next right thing from the beginning how to do from a place of being that's what it's asking us to do so we don't fight the shadow we just learned to love I don't have to do anything with it I wouldn't recommend a whole lot of work on the thing that's cast on the wall I'm not saying don't do it at all it's just that it's done inside not outside now how do I do Shadow work

on the inside I learned to disappear to where there's less of my human self in the way blocking the light we can go God this is sounding brilliant let's coordinate this into kind of a system and steps on how to and you can do that but there's some important things I want to share and that is on Earth you're typically going to cast a shadow on Earth you will because you're in a body Jesus cast a shadow because you're in a body that's what's going to happen but how intense is that

shadow how how in charge is that shadow in other words the more dense I am the more dense my shadow I can learn to cast less of a shadow I'm still a person in a body but I can learn to get more and more of me to be out of the way and gone dispersed there is a point where like a Shaolin Master Shaolin monk you walk on the rice paper and you don't destroy all the paper because there's so much of the ego self that's not there you don't leave these heavy steps everywhere you go when I look at my life and when you look

at your lives ask yourself what is the percentile of people that that like you you know I'm not saying you should base everything on how well liked you are but it's pretty nice when you can say to yourself you know I've got 20 family members and the majority are at peace with me now Family is a tough one to use as a rating system because you can have all of them dislike you and be totally the right kind of person but then take it over to friends then take it over to students take it over to clients take it over you know take a

take it over to listeners if you're a musician making CDs just the general consensus the general feeling is what are you are you nothing but a judgmental angry person everybody kind of tries to hide from you because you're you're intend to be you know judgmental and you're gonna pick on what they're wearing and how their hair looks and you know that's kind of intense and I'm not saying you're bad but I am saying it needs work how can I get more of that stuff out of the way I mean I really feel just so honored

that there are so many people that get what I'm about and there's going to be one in every so many that go well you know I really like what he's about but wait I'm gonna look over there behind him to see how much Shadow he casts oh look a shadow oh now I don't like him there's people like that they're going to kind of pick on that that thing that they call a shadow now Edgar Casey said that the more you're in the role of leadership the more you're going to actually have Spirit beings constantly on you

attacking you so you guys come to a center like this you meditate you do yoga you pray and sometimes wonder how and why anything could possibly go wrong the more you're living in the light the more there's this intensity here's one example Old Testament and in the Torah the story of Moses there's this story where this Spirit comes and has to fight with these other spirits to take the body of Moses to heaven and that's um that's an example of what happens we are dealing with spiritual warfare to

some degree ultimately there is only God and only love but while we're living in dimensionality and in this universe there are people human and people spirits that don't like peace so they want to create conflict so the body of Moses was ready to be raised up and become an ascended Master he was ready to raise up and go to Spirit body and all transforming but why is there this fight over his body because these Spirit beings don't want that to happen Edgar Casey's channeling and he would try occasionally and in the

readings there would be like an interception and in the readings they would say what's wrong the information cannot be given they would ask later why couldn't the information be given because he wouldn't even name the spirits at times the spirit was battling with this other Spirit to keep him from being able to access the information so your soul to put it in the fundamental religion you know terminology your soul is constantly being fought for it's it's not just mythology there is a constant Warfare for your

soul because your soul was made in the image of God and there's other Souls that don't want you to remember that there's humans that don't want you to remember that but there's also Spirit beings that don't want you to remember that you know why because misery loves company they want you to obsess on doubts and fears and shames that's why sometimes we say a person is obsessed by the spirit of doubt there literally our Spirits at times kind of oppressing us trying to kind of you know keep us distracted and

off-center and that's a spiritual battle but the more you raise you know your Consciousness the more you rise to higher and higher levels the more this battle intensifies you could say the greater the light the darker the shadow as one you know phrase that we often use so what we can do is oh well I don't want that kind of trouble I'll just be small I'll just lay low and not make too much of a Ruckus of light on Earth but it doesn't work because once we know that it's our job on on planet earth

once we know that we want to make a difference there's no turning back but if you're a counselor if you're a social worker do not go to work and of yourself try to deal with this every day call in that presence of Archangel Michael and the like to be with you because of yourself you can do nothing do not go in and try to deal with that kind of stuff every day and not protect yourself and I don't mean protect against evil I mean just you've got to remember to hold in that presence so thoroughly that you

could say if God is with me what could be against me I'm here to bring the light of God I'm here to be the light of God you don't have to go oh my God oh my God there's another one I better you know protection protection because then what you're doing is now you're putting too much energy on other people's darkness that you think you need to protect yourself against I'm talking about holding that Consciousness holding that light ancient civilizations developed smudging and crystals and this and that and the

other to keep things clear those things are helpful but they only help nothing can keep us more clear and protected than our Consciousness our alignment our choosing to be in the flow of God so this is something that's very very powerful and when it comes to that idea of Shadows you know these Spirits they know what you're about if us if these Spirit beings and there are there you know whether they're deceased people or whether they're you know spirits that have always been Spirits they can tell they're somebody

who's trying to bring in the light into themselves and for others look they're over there working in a social system look at this person's over here trying to transform prosperity in their lives their Spirits specifically for that now instead of sounding like we're victims to the spirits here's another way of saying it what if you have some Karma around finances in a sense you could say sometimes there's beings assigned to you to help you work on that that's not what they think they're doing

but that's what they'll end up doing if you get it right so if you have issues of finances you could have a deceased being or some doubtful fearful person oppressing you you know if you've heard of uh when you do clearings sometimes you have people energy vampires you know energetic vampires sapping into your energy system healers can remove that stuff the downside is if you don't change your Consciousness they're all coming back anyway so it's a matter of like sneezing and then replacing it with what what do

you do when you sneeze bless you that is a sign that when you sneeze the in the old Superstition was when you sneeze you're you're you it's it's one of only two times you sneeze and all your chakras blast open your aura bursts open everything just poof opens just like when you say goodbye to stuff of the past Kaboom gone for a moment but in that moment that it's gone do something else quickly replace it with the presence of God which is what we always would do when people would sneeze bless you because that was the

Superstition was we knew that people would blast themselves open we would say bless you meaning you've now just opened yourself up before anything gets in bless you gives them a blessing that secures them and seals them again so two times Believe It or Not sneezes sneezes and orgasms are the times when the energy systems burst open for a moment I don't think it would work for you to tell your partner bless you can't fight it is true those are the two times when it would be that the systems last over but if you are never intimate

you never sneeze you're safe all right so there are these what are you gonna do right so despite it all no matter how good you are no matter how spiritual you are what can you do to raise your consciousness because on Earth they're still going to be going to be stuff there'll be Spirits putting that the feeling of Doubt inside your mind they'll be your own there's your own Karma there's there's a a character in the Edgar Casey readings he talks about verifying really what others a few

others have known in history but the time of Jesus's development he was working with the essenes the essenes were an ancient kind of sect of people that were really intensely spiritual the closest we could come to describing them would be they were the the they were called subnostics but they were the metaphysicians of the time so everybody else was really either fundamental religion or no religion at all and these guys were neither of those these were the metaphysicians they were Us in those days and one day the all the and these were

Masters and they existed for hundreds of years they were formed by Melchizedek and Samuel and other prophets over time developing what they call the school of prophets this would be the school the metaphysical school that would bring forth teachers of teachers and these these people lived by astrology and numerology that's how they got an idea of who was coming they followed the Stars like the Magi that went and discovered the birth of Jesus so these people were really Advanced but they got the guidance the a teacher is coming and he this

person's going to be instrumental he is going to be instrumental in changing the world and he's going to be a teacher of teachers not yet the teacher of teachers but this person we're ready for them so they get ready and eventually this birth happens and it's a girl and the essenes are going but this is this is typically even though the essenes believed in female teachers they were the first and only group in history that would do that at this time at this point but especially in that region so they're like wow it's a girl and

they're getting guidance what what are we to do it's not just one of our teachers this is going to be the teacher of the coming Messiah and it's a girl the guidance was from God said this is because it's supposed to be this way for too long people have turned away the female teachers and not allowed them to do this this is going to be the beginning so that people have to respect and remember this kind of this gender so this girl's name is Judith or Judy and Judy is this teacher to to Jesus and

teaches him throughout like the youth and into his young teens but Jesus he was Casey was asked did Judith accompany Jesus on travels no she would buy locate she would appear to him in many other lands wherever he was and have dialogue with him amazing like look how evolved this woman is this teacher is how grateful we are that she's one of those great teachers and Masters that was there to teach the teacher I mean for you to be able to teach Jesus something wow you know um Jesus today's lesson been there done

that you know I'm already intuitive what you're going to say we're good you know like how do you do that you know what's weird though is Casey identified Judith as having reincarnated well why she was wasn't she great wasn't she amazing yeah but she was human still not completely christed yet she was still you know a human so he describes Judy as how did that woman ever get that kind of strength to be a teacher in a place that does not honor such and you know Casey goes into describing

some former lifetimes where she was an absolute Warrior notice how that energy becomes the teacher the the the the the the strength the courage inside the suite loving teacher if she would have only been soft she probably couldn't have achieved it so this previous Warrior energy becomes this for her at that point now in the 30s she reincarnates Casey said and she was a broadcaster she's actually noted as the first woman to ever climb to the top of the Empire State Building she became a very well-known broadcaster

so she's still there speech speaking and spreading the you know she's still the soul is still the soul she's still got the warrior energy and she's got this spiritual energy as well as she got involved with Casey's group at some point but that that woman was also thought to be a bit intense at times in this in the third well if she was Judith and she was aware why did she also have this intensity come back from the warrior side it happens it just happens and I'm leading to a very important Point here about what we

do about this but she was struggling with what to do it you know this spiritual self and then this other that you know really has a hard time getting along with people you know but that's the same exact description of Helen who wrote A Course in Miracles Jesus was trying to talk to her and she was a real piece of work she was very resistant and angry and so forth so there's important things that we can learn about this and that is as follows most of us think there's this Shadow side this Human Side this past life

Warrior whatever it is that peace that comes through we think of as a shadow it's that edgy side of us but what do you do about your shadow you have a couple of options one type of person typically tries to suppress it because it doesn't look good it doesn't sound good you know it's it's an edge I mean you know what what if um you know I'm a musician and I'm singing All About Love and so forth and then I've got to get all my gear to the airport flight gets canceled I'm missing

another gig you know what do I do to sit in the airport but I'm loving the airlines I'm loving the airlines you know it's not easy that other side might come up that says excuse me I have to get on that flight and I know some things you can change and some things you can't but sometimes you get upset scared you know whatever the edge is going to come out the shadow is going to come out so we try to stuff it other people don't they let it dominate their life and personality and they just think

oh well that's how I am there's a third option and in my opinion it's the most difficult option but here's a suggestion what I tend to do is not have a barrier between the the two where one overshadows me or one gets suppressed what I do as we talked about that flow is I try to keep everything open so the light of God flows down shines down on all parts of myself now the awkward piece of that what that means is that when I'm speaking you you kind of see the same person so there's no contrast there's no I talk only like

this with absolute peace and joy and then off stage it's completely the opposite there's going to be listen peace when I'm out off the stage and out in the world and there's going to be an edge when I'm on the stage so it's in other words it's called integrated this is me it's the same maybe a little more something here and something there but generally this is me I can be irreverent out there in the world just as I am here I don't pretend to be reverent here and then act irreverent out there so this is

the tricky part is to ask yourself first of all you have to know yourself you you can't pull this off if you don't know yourself so a very important piece to all this is to get to know do you even have a next do you have a um you know do you have a piece of yourself that's a little bit challenging instead of running from it or letting it dominate let it integrate how I'll explain but how to great so you you have a bit of a humorous side let it integrate don't push it away and don't let it over dominate just

integrate it into your integrate your spirituality integrate all things for the light of God so let the light flow down into all parts parts that are inhibited oh I don't like to really speak up for myself I don't really like to this and that and the other you know uh somebody was sharing the other day they sold something and the it was sold to a couple of people that bought it but they each thought the other had paid so they left without paying so here are these people were like oh oh we don't want to

say anything but we could probably catch them they're oh but what do we say and it's okay why would you be afraid to say hi there excuse me I'm so sorry we might have forgotten to pay you you know do you mind and they you know they might go oh of course and the reason this came up is because it happened with me when they said oh wait because I already left and walked back and they said we don't know if you paid for that I said oh let me pay you they say but we're not sure if you paid I said I don't remember

so let me pay you again and I thanked him I said I want to thank you for asking me to to have the courage to ask me and to for the money you know like don't be afraid so what they just did with this family by accident because it was such a Ruckus and people were shopping all over so it was such a Ruckus it was like look that happened to you and now you were too afraid now it just happened with me I won't allow that let's give it another angle let's try it again let's let's get you to go ahead and ask me and then I'm

going to pay you and show you you don't need to be afraid to speak up it doesn't always go poorly and if it does hold your Center anyway you just do the best you can so first if you want to integrate if you choose instead of hiding the Shadow or letting it dominate if you want to integrate I'm not talking about integrating Shadow and light both get to live together harmoniously it's not what I'm saying I'm saying the light needs to shine into the Shadow and disperse the edges of it but don't shame it nor let

it dominate instead let the light just keep shining it and it starts to dissipate I don't mean we're making it go away I'm saying that as we dominantly become good people the other just gradually starts to fade and not with shame it just has less and less place but the parts of it that are valuable can remain so if you need a little of that past life where you were a warrior to help you because you're a speaker today you don't judge it it's just it integrates but the negative around it the concept

of it being bad and negative Fades and instead you recognize the value of the warrior that I can say yes I can stand up here I mean if you'd have asked me I've been teaching 35 years if you'd have asked me 40 years ago you know I remember being introduced to a friend of a family and and they uh the the the male looked at me and he said God look at him because he said he just I would look down I would not be able to engage you know the upbringing and personal lessons in learning very shy and I you know wouldn't make eye contact very much

and you know that sort of thing that's the different person of today so I had to integrate who I am and let the light and the benefits of what I do become so dominant that the fears and the shadow pieces and the inhibitions and the shyness just start to dissipate but the good parts of those are the parts of me that are still a little shy and I I find them to be fine enough value because the parts that were once overly shot sort of have become like a humility and I'm okay with that I don't say must eradicate all humility

and some you know and tell the world what I think I hope I always have that little bit inside of me that's still that and it's integrated so first if you want to integrate and become just to take this option for dealing with Shadow and edges that we have inside and again the challenge is that it's always happening see if I hide Shadow it only rears up once in a while if you try this technique or if it dominates it's there all the time this technique the light is coming through and I don't throw away that that

edge it can always be there but the light just keeps shining so every day I watch myself every day I try to do the following catch it and release it as instantly as possible release again not shame away but allow it to turn into light even though it could be bring a bit of benefit to the light that I am and that's great too that's perfect but the struggle the challenge is to do this all the time to not pretend there isn't that peace but to let the light keep shining and when the light shines on it it will show up once in a while

because the light hits it so out comes this extra and this extra you know edger this extra whatever and I've had to share with the friends and employees to to be careful and let me know if I say something because I could be saying something very strong and they can go and I had to learn and that they caught it the wrong way and said you know I tell them now let me know if that sounds that way because sometimes it'll sound that way because it's all integrated and I don't segment it so I'm going to say something and

it's going to sound really ooh and oops if it was too much let me know see just let me know that I could go oh that well I'm sorry that's not how I meant that be so in touch that you can see when it's happening be so in touch that if you miss it and someone can bring it to you that you can listen as well as you can that you even know what you're doing and why you're doing it be so thoroughly aware of yourself that's the first piece second piece like I said have some form of process

that when you see this don't deny it don't hide from it you see some form of process you know use some sort of process to heal this as you go each day because if you're going to be that aware if you're going to be that willing to be enlightened then the light's going to shine in be willing to see stuff be willing to see stuff be like the gal I mentioned earlier the Judith or Judy how she had to come to grips and awareness of these parts of herself there are stories of Jesus as a child Lost Books of the Bible that were taken

out of the Bible there are some bizarre stories about him some clearly were probably not real they were probably just stories written made up but there are some intense stories about that dude when he was a kid carrying that power and that confidence you know when you hear the story Jesus where were you tells his mother what do you mean where was I did you not know I'd be about my father's business you know and we go oh how cute that's not cute that is not cute how would you have handled if you have a

child and they were lost and you were running around thinking they were kidnapped or missing or whatever and you go looking all over from you find them and then you go oh my God where have you been they come home late after the lights came on and the street lights remember so they came in late they're just like hello the police are out looking everybody's out looking for you we've got you on milk cartons already it's only been two hours we've already got your smoking oh my God where have you been how would you

handle if your kid said what's your problem did you not know I would be about my father's work you know that's that's pretty gutsy and there were times there were times when he did some things that were seemingly really strange there were stories of all the neighbors thought he was a a witch of the time they thought he was some sort of sorcerer and bad guy because odd things happened around him one time a kid falls off of one of the roofs of their homes they're playing hide and seek kinds of games for that

time falls off and gets killed he breaks his neck and dies and the parents all come running up it was him we know it was him he does all kinds of things like this he causes problems you know watch out get him out of this Village and they're like Jesus was it you he said no well no we know it's him but we have no witness that the boy's dead he said then let's ask him and he brought the kid back to life wouldn't that be weird like oh really let's just ask him play checkers you know wait wait you

moved your piece over there it was over there no it wasn't yes it was no it wasn't fine let's watch the occasion records you know like how do you how do you do that you know where's the fun Jesus so yeah so what we do is we awaken so much light it shines into these places Jesus possibly did struggle as a human child Edgar case he puts it very well Christ was the Consciousness Jesus was the person and he was the person that gradually kept surrendering to the consciousness until you cannot tell them apart and

that's what I'm describing but as he was doing that there's still people that didn't like him and they may not like you but just keep doing your best to disappear into that light where there there is no other voice that tells you what to do there's no shadow that pulls you and I I just I can see this happening in myself constantly to new levels and new levels and new levels and sometimes it can even be it can be instigated from people just getting me and going wow that I don't go oh you know you know I don't get all

rightful when people dig what I do I instead go yes inside it like lifts me to a new level and then it's sometimes that there's going to be the one in a hundred that has a complaint typically I will not shoo away that that complaint I listen to it integrate it and let it take me up as well even if there was no truth or validity to it I still can ask myself what that's what's that about and even if it's false what am I doing that allows it to even seem true and then just adjust it and some things

you will not be able to change there are things you know clearly that you know people will think think things and gossip things that are not true one of the questions that came in was how to you know staying out of negative talk you can't always do that our job is to Anchor the light despite what seems to be coming at us I find that if we adjust our Consciousness enough that stuff Falls away or starts to steer out into la la land where it belongs and I said this on Facebook yesterday we had an interesting little

encounter where I was inviting folks to come and listen in on our service today and one person well intended their Beautiful Soul said well wait because the way I said it was this guys instead of just going welcome you know come on and watch us instead I added something I said and by the way be careful who you invite invite people that you can sense intuitively would be interested like don't just invite everybody because some of your friends are from fundamental traditions and they get more turned off and even triggered by this

kind of thing there's no sense in that and one person had a valid point but if they're triggered so what that maybe they'll learn from that yeah but we just don't need more argumentativeness in fighting on this planet so it became a little um scrap you know in Facebook people exchanging ideas some saying but we we really need to set boundaries and not it you know be inviting people that don't resonate other people saying but we love them all and let them all and it was all true it's true Shine Your Light and yet it's

also true be respectful of other people's place where they're at I don't need to unnecessarily go and invite a bunch of people that are going to hate me on to watch our website why would I want to cause them more hate there's nothing wrong with me saying you know what what brings the greatest good and if someone out there accidentally hears about it and they do watch good maybe they do want and need something deeper but you don't have to go out of your way to get people invited to something that could just cause the

opposite effect so you can maybe check out our answers back and forth if you're interested in that without me spending a lot more time on that but it's important for us to remember that uh you know to respect where people are coming from just because you have greater insights they may be deeper insights they may be more broad they may be less tunnel visioned or narrow-minded but that's not where that person's at so it doesn't really do us a lot of good to try to prove our spirituality to other

people so what I do is just say look you know ambitious people would say you know bring them all you know the more the merrier it could be more sales I'm not like that I'd rather have 10 people in a room that like me than 100 with 90 of them that don't you know I'm just I'm not really that worried about numbers like that I want quality I want the the Consciousness so that we can launch to a new level how do you think this is happening here at Unity of Sedona you know this is planned yet not planned

this is all a guided thing of the spirit of God working through us but clearly we've gotten to a point where I'm allowed more and more to Just Launch into the truth and teaching at the deepest level and it's fantastic and it should be that way but if I wanted to go to a place that had a thousand people in attendance and they come from all over to see the show because that's what happens a lot of time it's happened here when I got here everybody's talking there's a buzz everybody comes to see

the show and they're gone some of those people the people that were most interested in the show they wanted to see what's this guy all about we've heard this Buzz well they're not real therefore they can't stay because they're not real they're coming from a different place so what are you looking for in your life you're allowed to make decisions for yourselves Partnerships family members friendships students you're allowed and if you're really desperate for students you're a new

teacher and you really try to get your first five people ten people in your living room you might accept just anyone or if you're a massage therapist you can get some of the most rude people crude people but at least they're paying clients I'm not the type to do that I will be just as scared as you to say to a client if it's I only got you know 20 massage clients and saying goodbye to a couple could affect me financially I'm just as scared as you would be if I had to do that but there's something in me that knows

whenever I've done that and I stood for the light it takes care of itself oh well that means you might not be able to have a family reunion and have them all show up that don't have a family reunion have fun instead have a peaceful experience with people that get it and if you can only have you know 18 massage clients and two of them you had two to say goodbye to them because you know they were there for the wrong reasons and agendas good let them go and don't get too caught up in it because spirit will take care of you and

reward you for your your commitment to the life but if you sit there and obsess on it you will override spirit's attempt to reward you hang in stay the light stay the course it's it's important for us to remember that I've seen churches where a new Minister comes in and they're all the people are all upset because they're going to go with new principles at that church new principles so they set the course they lose a third of their congregation a third now that's a lot of people sometimes more

and I tell them let them go it's okay but what do we do the money and the dog this and that I understand then close or hang in there stay the course and you'll see a new group of people come in and it happens in waves in our life but most of us don't even do it consciously the more we become conscious of being in the flow of God amazing things happen and we make decisions to say you know what I'm going to need to tell this client I can't work with you find a tactful loving way you don't have to shame them

even uh you know codependent relations always try to heal the things always try to communicate anytime we fail to communicate we're already wrong when we say I'm not going to communicate but they're wrong if you are failing to communicate you're already part of the problem but as long as you've done your best to communicate as long as you've done your best to to try to work on that partnership get to a counselor to work on your addictions to get to a staff group to do what you can to heal things

then you're right on you're totally righteous you stay the course but if I'm in alignment with God I should not find deviations that say yeah look at me I'm totally in alignment but I don't talk to people when there's an issue and I'm afraid to voice myself it's totally incongruent how can I be the light of God in mind body and soul and lastly one of the best things to help you integrate is called The Dark Night of the Soul even though the Dark Knight of the soul is challenging it's a difficult period

it's a Saturn return sometimes astrologically The Dark Knight of the Soul one of its primary purposes that things are falling apart in your life but why because you're sneezing them away and then you ah okay wipe the nose you know do a sniffing and just get ready to roll okay ready to go oh but I have a family member that doesn't like me one of my friends won't talk to me anymore and I've gone through a divorce and I'm not getting the raise at work phew Center and roll but do it in a new way do it with the

presence of God as much as you can and of course pray that those other people also find their version of God or guidance because it can be two people that don't even connect very well can both find the will of God the consciousness of God but to know whether it's authentically the consciousness of God is what we do after that point are you willing to love still even if you don't talk to the person anymore can you still say you can love them send them love are you willing to talk if the person tries to talk and

connect especially if they're trying to make amends never turn anybody away who's trying to make Corrections for wounds they might have caused never and never fail to do your part to make amends that's where you can say when you see me you see the father that's what Jesus said and it's not a father male gender when you see me you see the presence of God no I don't think you should say that to everybody I don't think that's going to go over really well and easily you know but I will say it should be

your truth it should be your truth when you say you know what is the what is God what is the holy spirit of God you have music playing somewhere or it was gone Okay so you have this presence isn't that great you've just got this presence and how nice to to live and be that presence to know that you're integrating all the things possible learn everything and not close your mind to learning and The Dark Night of the soul will try to strip away things that are no longer necessary but what do we do about it

we can run but we can't hide we can try to avoid we can try to beg the heavens for help and it is already sending them by getting rid of things out of your life so that which is a value that's what I'm looking for in my life how can I be a more integrated example of this light of God how can it be that you know what is the holy spirit of God what what is the spirit of God like don't put gender but what is the Holy Spirit what is the spirit of God love peace Joy are you bringing that are you living that

you see more and more and more are you being the presence of God do you want to be the person in the line that only complains or can you be the person in line that makes a difference and lightens things up a little bit you know there's a lot of the other already and I'm not saying that that it never happens that I that edge doesn't come through me because things on Earth are just sometimes too ridiculous but sedona's roundabouts but anyway but anyway no they played with that one but whatever the case may be

what is the holy spirit asking me to do today so I close with remembering this guys reminding you to ask every day what would you have me do what would be the most portrayal demonstration of God's presence to the best of my ability Go For It Go For It Go For It where you block where you get stuck you deviate see it bounce back find a self-correcting technique catch yourself bounce back you can just do it as a quick mental Readjustment or you can do it as a full-on prayer I can see I'm deviating off my Center how do I

know because I'm not feeling peace right now when I feel angry when I feel defensive something's taking me off a little bit how do I recalibrate let me forgive let me release my thoughts and opinions of other people or myself if it happened to have been me that I judged let me recalibrate back to love now I don't have to do anything more at that point I can do some more but right there it's nice to just sit for a moment because what will happen is an energy starts to fill you it starts I don't care if you name it

you know Shiva Holy Spirit whatever term you use the presence of God starts to fill us and it starts to affect us mostly like on an emotional level but it's not really emotion it's really a feeling which is a higher version of emotion but it fills us and something shifts and we just realize God I I feel calmer than I was that's the presence of God that's not just an accident or coincidence it's the presence of God so watch for that and then breathe in more of it just when you think you're done and you're ready to

speak up and do other things pause go back and breathe in more of it breathe in as much of that new feeling as possible before you speak or act again then there's less chance that the ego I am not will be doing the actions and the speaking how much can I come from that loving Center all right thank you let's please take a few centering breaths and have a brief meditation with us once again let's set aside all the stuff of the world ending as we began looking back Imagining the presence of God in the

heavens pouring into one center after another the heart we've already done this and got a bit of a rating but what wasn't congruent what was blocking or limiting the flow from being a 10 in the Heavens to a ten in my heart let's ask ourselves this you don't have to fix it or analyze it just for now note it what is it in my thinking and left brain or analytical mind that inhibits this flow from being a tent even into my thinking processes this is the part of me that organizes willpower Focus study

am I weak in any of these areas and drawing this light into my emotional self where how am I inhibited from this flow pouring into that Center as a 10. how and where does an inhibitor get blocked and then down to the root Center that light Flows In what ways do I inhibit that spirit of God from being a ten all the way into my root chakra how does it inhibit the money and material things in my life be aware of all these things all these

blocks they can cry out they can sigh out don't block it let it be and yet there's a part of me that chooses and longs to be the perfect expression of God in all areas of my life all areas of my being I'm ready to see more and more the light of God just shining through all parts of my being become aware of the heart center and what was blocked there the topics are issues take a deep breath recognizing it all and then let it come out as a sigh good let that stuff move freely if you give it a sound it helps break it up do

it one more time in aware of all that stuff heart Cleary to the mind the solar plexus in what parts are we inhibited let that sound out to the emotional Center the naval Center in out choose to hold none of it in for no reason the root Center in and out in me you see no misalignment no incongruence I am as God created me I choose to allow the light of God to shine through every part of my being and when that light shines it can somehow sometimes have more of a Creative Flair a humorous Flair a focused Flair these are no longer to be

seen as bad just letting the light shine through in my own unique way and if ever that edge that stuff that shadow rears up too much and starts to become dominant too dominant for my peace level I can take it and surrender it again and choose the light of God and the light of God pours from the heavens into my heart now my mind my emotions and my body every particle of my being filled with the spirit of Love Peace joy and abundance I feel the desire to celebrate I feel the desire to smile and shine light I choose to not be conflicted or to be

the presence of conflict all of that stuff those sharp edges Jagged edges their unhealed wounds and I let them be gone to the spirit of God instead I am the light of God on Earth I will to be the Christ on Earth that's my choice and in that this is not to now lay low and do nothing now the light of God shines through my heart as love as peace as forgiveness as joy and celebration that's my heart creativity and I allow the light of God to shine through my mind now I'm more focused I have willpower that I never had before I

have willpower Focus I have just the right amount of organization where I need it my studies are efficient and that emotional Center the light of God through my emotions clearing wounds of the past and allowing me to know healthy desire healthy romance and relations and through the root chakra goodness how beautiful it is to have the light of God shine through this Center I have abundant finances and I keep sharing and giving to others my body seems to have more energy and new levels of light and that light shines so bright it even

Hills cells in my body but also this Center helps all that love that I am take the form of hugs compassion friendship all forms we would ever truly want to see in our lives from others but now we first bring it to others and then of course we're open as it responds and comes back to us a life of goodness and so it is
