God First

human beings have really really messed up priorities and we think that we become better people when we make our priorities to be a little bit more spiritual and that's definitely a step in the right direction but it's not just about going from really dysfunctional priorities are lacking any decent priorities to just better ones that's a that's a good step that's in the right direction but there's nothing more important than having our priority in God and that sounds kind of religious or

preachy but bear with me God is all that actually matters because God is actually all that truly exists and what we think is important is actually either completely our dysfunctional addictive kinds of things or the things that we think are going to fix our dysfunctional addictive things which are still related to our dysfunctions someone said to me the other day you know do you do you feel like we're gonna ascend soon do you I'm like have you watched TV lately oh no it's gonna happen any day now oh yeah

yeah and all the reality stars are gonna lead the way you know we have problems man we have you know and and I know that we're actually going to see an ascension soon I know that which is a contradiction in a sense but not really if we understand it that with man nothing is possible in terms of getting home but with God all things are possible we need a miracle but it's miracle after miracle after miracle all the miracles that can ever happen have to happen and they all add up in A Course in Miracles they call it

the collective of all miracles are called the atonement for at one minute we all become one after experiencing miracles we each you could say become one or we all become one but only through miracles and miracles are only brought about through a state of love and forgiveness so why I wrote a book on the topic of love and forgiveness and it's not thousands of pages it's it's simple we have to learn to walk the talk to live principles of love and forgiveness so when people are saying you know well do you think we're where

are we going home when's it gonna end how's this gonna happen and so on human beings all of us can only learn one of two ways the easy way in the hard way and humans tend to choose the hard way so it could happen that human beings just let's like I could do a talk right now and just go win a breathy kind of voice and hey everyone and we're all gonna go home soon and you you'll all be like I knew it oh that's wonderful and we could all be all breathy when we leave oh isn't God wonderful but how long will it last cuz

this is messed up man you know this is messed up the world does not nurture this yet we don't go home collectively until everybody is focused where their first priority is going home well it is no no no no it isn't actually I mentioned I said look it look it there's the people that are just totally not on the path they're not interested they don't believe and so on I get that there's that group of people remember there's three levels of consciousness sleeping waking and awake too often the

people that are waking think they're awake no they're just dreaming that they're awake because they're still down here in those too low or too which is dreaming you're either having a nightmare or you're dreaming of waking that's great I'd rather you dream that you're waking which would be a happy dream but you're not awake just because you dreamt about it and people are walking oh we're all the week we're all waking up but just because you take a damn drum up on the Red Rocks of Sedona

and beat on the thing if you're still a jerk you're a jerk you know if you still if you still can't get your life together you know you need some changes window you know isn't this amazing full moon and you know what you know and then I'll give me some more drugs and let me have a beer while I'm doing the drumming and it's like this is the human condition see there and we think that we're more spiritual than the people that are just having the beer in the first place in a pub oh look at those

people at least I'm up on the Red Rocks getting drunk it I just don't I'm gonna do a tirade in this talks um well you know it clearly clearly I'm in a mood so I was saying you know to me and I know I can be a bit I can be a bit stringent about this because people are going the world is changing you know there's music videos with spirituality and which is true movies being made about spirituality which is true spiritual conferences which is true with it back twenty thirty years ago let's say all this stuff was

looking good and it's changing but all we were doing was going from having a nightmare to a happy dream because you had people standing around you know mixed colors and race genders and so on holding hands singing we are the world but the person who suggested the video is supposedly molesting children like what's wrong with this picture I've been in the spiritual community a long time I've met everybody that you would imagine to be a spiritual teacher most of them are don't walk the talk at all

you know and it just like it's like wow so love and forgiveness love and forgiveness love that's what you got to come back to because it isn't how many books you've sold it isn't how many places you've talked oh we have to get down to walking a relationship of communion with God because the people that claim to be spiritual are not leading the way like you would think they're supposed to be leading you know and I would sit there and watch this and you know not overly judge it I also

accepted it I even learned some things about it like watching and just going you know spiritual teachers what are they doing and why did they do what they're doing and there were few and far between when I got into this work but I was a kid though and some of them were much older so I was as a kid I was observing them to sort of see you know what what do we do what cuz you don't know I mean I just got on the road started teaching it was just coming through me so I didn't know all the the do's and don'ts of the three-dimensional

world so I'm kind of I always observe the world in people you know it's a very educational thing for me it's also very amusing in so many ways but I'm I watched the world and say well Q what's what is it and I ask people all the time you know when somebody gets married what what made you fall in love with them I asked questions I asked friends questions I love asking questions because it brings people out to find out themselves why they've done what they've done but I also am learning

and sharing and it's this beautiful symbiotic thing that I do all the time but I'd be watching and just huh you know this particular speaker that particular speaker and this one doesn't seem to act with it you know this one's getting like buzzed in-between talks at a conference you know and I'm like wow I'm not gonna call it right or wrong I'm just wondering what that's about I wonder what that's about and I know sometimes I've seen where people are holding such a spiritual frequency they

have to cope believe it or not some of our truly high vibrational doing something that's contradictive like Edgar Cayce was a chain smoker and you would say well you know nothing nothing wrong with smoking well in his own readings he was told stop smoking but he was a chain smoker but why because he was so impacted totally sensitive that the cigarette smoking was his way of coping with what was happening in his nervous system it was a coping okay so be it I don't I don't mind guys I don't mind you tell me oh I still drink I

don't care I don't have any judgments about it but I am aware and I asked myself what's going on when when spiritual leaders when we go too far off I mean I've been spiritual centres for all these years and the politics of them it's it's really kind it can be very disheartening because people come to me and say so when are we ascending take a deep breath and measure my words carefully watch them carefully because I know that spiritual miracle is going to happen to bring us home but I have to be

honest and say humans tend to like to learn the hard way so is it going to need pole shifts and other things to shake people up and wake people up because they don't seem to shift and hold shifts for very long they go right back to complacency so here's an example I mean just just I could go on forever just on that topic I look at like we spiritual conference coming up the global spiritual awakening conference I just think it's cool because there's almost no conferences left guys the only one that's that you see almost

ever any more has a reputation of being run by this they call it the new-age mafia this one particular company that has all these contracts on their speakers that aren't allowed to speak at anybody else's conferences or else you know so it's this really strange grip and you know they'll there's all kinds of things they dude you just kind of monopolize so other conferences all closed their doors as it were and disappeared so there's only like this one main company with a few small things

out there so I heard about the global spirits awakened because I won't participate in the other so it's like wow this is just fantastic and it's an amazing thing to see the number of speakers and some you can just count on like your Alan Cohen's this is a guy who I think just walks the talk I mean he's just cool I I don't care you could say why I I heard he smoked sir I'm making this up mind you I I heard that he likes you know his favorite color is this color and I don't like it you can find

something that you don't like about anyone I'm not talking about that I'm just saying that I've been around all these people and there are certain teachers that really impress me now this conference is taking place and the the conference facilitators you know it's it's the juggling there's one gal in particular the book speakers and other performers and all that but it's like to get the speakers you get speakers and what they keep telling me Michael you know I got to tell you I'm booking all

these speakers what they mostly want to know is how much money they're gonna get and I say well I understand you know you make a living doing this but it's it's that that's their first priority it's not what is the conference about I want to know what the conference is about see we can get to the money later I assume you're gonna pay me something if I'm gonna speak there but I want to know what it's about I want to know the inside now you start telling me the rest you know the details logistics and and

with the focus for so many and and if you have speakers that you love let's say you have a favorite and they're not in the conference I can promise you 90% certainty they were invited and they opted out because even the spiritual speakers and leaders are coming from ego first instead of God first they want to know about money they want to know and you should you should hear some of this it's like oh I don't know how long do I have to talk you know there's these absurd kinds of questions and so it's

this is like it's like pulling teeth to get spiritual leaders to be spiritual that's a summary of it so I just tell folks you know what this conference they're doing great they're coming along they got great line up that David Prem all and all these musicians and so on it's fantastic but still just do know that the people that are leading your New Age movement into ascension are highly messed up something has to change guys so you may not like this or agree with it yeah I don't care the bottom line is the world as Jesus

said to Helen and of course miracles in her diary notes is worsening at an alarming rate something has to give you think you're waiting for the spiritual leaders to lead you they're not going to they're incompetent spiritually their behaviors you guys have to be the one to become the spiritual leaders you guys have to contact your favorites and say I'm looking at this conference and you're not in it I want to know why oh well I didn't have my sketch just call him on it call him on it

someone's got to change something what's the worst they're gonna do not like you for calling on my who cares in that moment you became the teacher you could say I got it we have to make spirituality our only priority first by making it your first priority and seeing the benefits of it don't think I haven't felt a little of the the bummer that you're feeling by this as I'm saying this I tried man I I have tried year after year I've been involved speakers at conferences I was at a conference

once where there was this whole thing about a couple speakers in particular they got together and said let's go up on the stage and take over the stage and do a little like thing about world peace because there was a little conflict you know going on in the world at the time so they went up there they took the mic and they took over the stage the coordinator of the event came over Michael what do I do they've taken over the stage and they're doing this big thing about isn't war terrible we have to pray that that evil

force no longer cause war in our innocent victimized planet and it was completely incongruent with the conference so they had to let them finish they probably hinted there was no giant cane that we could use to get them off the you know in the state but they finally finished they got off she said Michael can you do anything as to church so I went up there first bridging isn't that beautiful Wow you know world peace and all that and I said now let's remember it's in here and I had to tactfully explain that

we're not here to pray for an evil force which now affirms there's an evil force to stop beating up on the innocent victims of the planet but we have to instead heal ourselves now these two speakers got so angry they've neither neither of them have ever spoken to me since you know like how dare you correct us how dare you take over a stage that you are contracted to stay congruent with you stepped out of alignment knock it off and you know they do they didn't like me and what are you which I'm good with

that you know hell for everybody you know if that's what they want to create for themselves but it's like God first man so so I've wrestled with this all my life I mean that's the way it goes I've spoken up I've not spoken up I've steered left I've steered right and the world is worsening at an alarming rate Jesus told Helen and he said something has to happen so he presented to her a Course in Miracles I'm not preaching that you have to read that book I'm saying the concept in the book must be

found by everybody which is love and forgiveness not enabling kinds of forgiveness but love and forgiveness we call things for what they really are but we make God our first priority so try this on for size just like I'm talking about speakers and not having their priorities straight think about this how many times a day do you think you think about food of any kind eating or food or yeah you don't have to confess it here I'm gonna tell you it's at least a half dozen if not ten times that number

without you knowing it how many times do you think about what you're doing today here your your activities your stresses or your problems or whatever how many times do you think about your children how many times a day do you think think about all these things just use any example you want to think of how many times do you think about something you want to by how many times you think about sleeping or needing sleep or rest whatever it is then how many times a day do you think about God and you might think well several almost every other

category will will completely overshadow how many times we think about God now there's two ways you can think about God one is that God's watching over you and like an in a kind of a gloomy way I better behave God's what you know because that can happen for some of us and there's also another way which is happy Communion and celebration none of these neither of these especially the latter of those two happens automatically people don't usually just go it's very natural and easy you know

majority of people I just walk around in a state of communion and celebration with God most of us don't and this is what the Bible in part with the Bible meant by having false idols anything you think about a lot well it could be food it's me I have to use the toilet it could be anything anything you think about more than God is a false idol and the fact that you think about it so many times during the day tells us you must actually think there's a value in thinking about it I definitely need to

be thinking about what I'm gonna have for dinner it's 6:00 a.m. it's you're not even near dinnertime yet no but I'm looking forward to it you know it's it's like people think about all kinds of things you could be at a Sunday service a sacred service and be thinking about the temperature in the room it comes and goes you can be thinking about what you want to do this afternoon you know I want to attend here and then I'm going to go for a hike or here and now God only and we have to make God into a priority

until the day it becomes our only priority not or only like we were forced there but because it makes sense now for me personally I teeter-totter between still sometimes you know what what would God have me do and in a little bit of the overshadowing Spirit of God there's a little bit of that once in a while but generally speaking workbook lessons prayers quotes from this book you know spiritual like communion kinds of thoughts I'm not saying I walk around constantly in a own kind of state because what also starts to happen is it

becomes you there's not even an attempt to need to commune you're actually living in that this is one reason why I said you know what this coming year this next year 2020 from January first to the last of December I'm gonna do on an ongoing class every day every day I'm gonna do an online we're gonna do Course in Miracles workbook lessons we're gonna do spiritual teaching we're going to go in and immerse now you got to think you know oh Michaels doing of course no no I am going to be every single day leading

people in a group like this it's not like I go I'm gonna do that again didn't know I I've done every week of course free here we've done one on Christ consciousness I'm gonna do one on spiritual Christ consciousness and A Course in Miracles that means every day I'm gonna walk us through a workbook lesson every day we're gonna you know go here and there in spiritual studies so it's fantastic but it also means a commitment I too and making that commitment you guys can at least watch

it whenever you want if you miss it I've got to be there all the time so it's like you know and then my team's going so Michael what are the logistics what do you mean well what how you gonna film it when I have no idea I only know priority and it's like anything else we do these poor folks that work for me you know they try to get answers you know Michael what's the topic today I don't know you know it's like whatever it's gonna be so to me it's we learn to walk in the light of God and then become the

light of God and it doesn't mean you need to act holier or wear certain clothing or it's not like that at all it's just more of an internal experience and you just you know so those of you who are thinking well I'm really on the spiritual path I'm really dedicating the spiritual path I'm watching Michaels programs or I'm doing this I meditate I do yoga all of that is fantastic you have one other option sleeping meaning being part of the problem sleeping living in addiction and problems that's one option

thank God we are starting to dream of being awake that's being on the spiritual path what I'm saying however is those on the spiritual path start becoming complacent on the spiritual path because the ego wants us to be just okay with that being enough because it knows there's only one more step and that's home and in home there is no ego so the ego has to work tenaciously to keep you distracted and dysfunction then you start getting on the path and it's like oh I don't like that at all you

went from being way down here this direction down here or way over here the extreme end of the pole of being asleep and all just messed up and not believing in anything not trusting not healing not loving not forgiving that's one extreme you just made a violent move it looks to the ego like it's a violent move you decided to start waking up the ego as of course in miracles' puts it goes from suspicious to vicious so you start getting your act together getting on the spiritual path the ego then closes in on

you and he comes your experience called the dark night of the soul which is really just the dark night of my former self my ego self might wounds my hurts and it just shoves them all upon me in a condensed form because almost nobody can survive that it's almost impossible to survive going through the dark night of the soul but with God all things are possible this is why I've said to people god first it's why I I have a free download on my website under downloads it's daily communion exercise it's a beautiful

simple very effective exercise you think that that eight billion people would have printed it out by now and got it together but people don't want to provide a conference they won't be you necessarily be the right of book and those of you who have written songs and books from your heart you felt inspired it isn't you that it didn't sell you're trying to get something across to a eco centered world that doesn't want it it makes heroes out of crazies it makes heroes out of dysfunction it make people

are worshipping reality stars it's just really really messed up and I'm not getting like it may sound like I'm being really passionate about that ultimately if you ask me and you know me you'll know I actually don't care in a sense spiritually speaking stay in your center I think it's totally absurd and dysfunctional cuz it is however am I going to get out and stand you know out there in the world try to change everybody stop watching reality star stop believing in politics I'm not gonna

really do that I tell you already what I believe in weave it into my talks don't get too religious about any of these things God first you could be connected with God and be a Mormon or a Baptist or even agnostic believe it or not but God first what does that look like you'd be more loving and forgiving for the most part but God first making God a priority so if I were summarizing everything I'm saying one piece it would simply be this try thinking about God more often per day just remember that I asked you to

measure how often you think about everything else how often do you think about other people and I'm swearing to you for almost every human being on the planet it is lots of other thoughts about things besides God now am I saying you have to walk around in constant mantra no just just at least start and end the day with God that's all just start and end I I don't want to interrupt your your you know waffles and your tea and what you think is important in the mark I'm not gonna try to end interrupt your bagel time

okay just start and end your day with God and then if if it's not too inconvenient any other time during the day that you can remember to plug in again that's all that's all I'm suggesting begin and end five minutes justify it Course in Miracles workbook lessons every so often he'll throw that in there and say things like it is is devoting a minute this morning to God too much to ask for if it's gonna give you eternity in return he'll throw that in there sometimes he's being a little

more tactful about it than I'm being today but you know that's what he's saying where's your priorities he doesn't want to over explain the opposite but he does mention it at time the value we put on things that aren't even real and it's all just idolatry all it is is worshipping false idols this isn't like a fundamental religious talk today where I'm saying you know abstain from all those evils in not saying that at all I'm saying to you those things actually are not real and they actually

don't have power over you they can serve you no function in reality at all so really I'm just asking a rational question why why so much time towards everything but God when only God is real why think about think about the people who wronged you I mean he'll that work on that he'll that but why focus on what isn't happy what people didn't give you more than what will give you so many thoughts and it's a very deep concept if you think about it just be honest enough to say like when people talk about you

know let's close our minds and get prepared for meditation you're already starting to meditate how do I know that because as soon as you close your eyes and you thought about anything except oneness you're already seeing things that are in between you and God it's a great exercise close your eyes still your mind for a moment and then as a facilitator of that simple exercise you can say let it go say 60 second hold your mind still for 60 second let's prepare for meditation you act like it's

preparing prepare okay hold your mind still then at the end of 60 seconds now how many things did you think about in the last 60 seconds those are in between you and God well that's not fair because I was thinking about my kitty cat and even God would want me to think about no no your cat doesn't even want you obsessing on it as much as you do your cat wants you to go home to God where it'll meet you okay it doesn't need you obsessing McDonald's does not need you thinking of it's an illusion he has no power it

doesn't want you to be thinking about your next Mick burger whatever they call those things I've never had one and I never will but you know all right so it's what are my priorities oh I can't wait to find my twin soul it's an idol I can't wait - even if you're obsessing on positives I got to stop drinking it's still obsessing on something not God so I've said this many times God first seek first the kingdom you want to get in recovery get in recovery don't get in recovery to fix yourself get in recover

that's fine but connect with God and let it help you through recovery don't get a recovery to find God don't meditate to find God just believe in one second one split second I am and then meditate connect in one split second then your meditations will change if you go into meditation to try to find God you're gonna actually drag out your meditation practice you're gonna make it like lifetime's to be able to learn this go to God first and if you're gonna be essential with someone we're gonna do

Tantra so we can find God no connect with God and then don't even talk to me until you connect connects in some way no as soon as we're making love well no don't touch me back off breathe find God then talk to me like get to God first before you have a meal I can't wait to have this meal cuz it's going to give me nutrition you are the being that created the entire universe worse soup doesn't fix you it can't fix you oh no this one Ken's got Ken because I put a special herbal something that that Whole Foods sold me

yesterday for $100 a pill you know or I did a special blessing Oh money yummy Oh money yummy and now it's gonna be help guys I'm swearing to you we co-created the entire universe we forgot who we are we belittled ourselves and then thought soup fixes us we thought 25 cents more at work per hour will make my life different those are supposed to be just symptomatic of our consciousness plug in God first nothing on this planet can give us anything God first and I'm saying to you there are people that

seemingly are lost but we can get get lost as well and addicted as well in our spirituality and that's what's happened to a lot of spiritual teachers it became their thing you know and and I understand how that happens and why that happens I do understand it it's just that I knew and I know that it's not enough in the sense that there's one more step and that's God not not believing in God not believing and talking about God but connecting with God becoming part of that how do I know

I'm doing that mainly love and forgiveness it's not going to be how many times you twirl right or left in your spinning technique it's not gonna be how many hours of meditation believe it or not because you can spend hours a day on meditation and get nowhere it's true and you can also spend one minute in communion and completely unlock the secrets of the universe so it's not an accident that the spiritual teachers were leading from the broken lives to a new life and then stalled and that's

what they did they stalled and then the students are catching up now and I'm not making you better than the teachers I'm saying anybody can say I know when I was messed up I know I got on the path but I need to now know that I've stalled just because I'm still talking stuff doesn't mean I didn't stall worst it's just a new addiction just one more fancy thing where do I go now there's a third step and I can only get that step through communion having my way of connecting with God and I'll do the

connecting until I become the connection and that's that's our walk that's our it's where our talk becomes our walk we become this thing we start making a difference we see through this stuff you know we're not we're not life students for life we start to realize men I got it the the student is becoming the teacher not comparing to others but I think I now know I'm waking up that means now I'm the teacher I kind of know something but then they got stuck in knowing things and talking I need I know

stuff so I'm gonna run it another book and another two to make more money about knowing stuff but you still only know this much what about this other piece and it's an amazing thing this this concept I'm talking about communion with God it's an amazing thing in seconds talks can come to you songs can come through you the downside is it's lonely at the top because you'll be the the student that doesn't buy into the the horizontal garbage anymore you're like no no I want to go further

you'll be the student who's ostracized you'll be the one who's part of a religion and that religion says you got to leave because you don't believe like us anymore it'll happen you'll be the family member because it's lonely at the top because you're saying the Emperor is naked there's something wrong with this picture now I do know that there are spiritual teachers and I'm talking a few in all the hundreds I've known and met and so on who really just absolutely walked it and you know

they just blow my mind I love many who have struggled I love them too it's fine but my heart really feels for those who also walked it because I know it's lonely at the top so I know that it was a in their way probably a struggle or a challenge to sort of hold to their prince bowls and you sort of emerge from the pack and that's what I meant by it's lonely at the top and I've shared the stories before about some of these but just quick examples one that I've shared at least a half dozen times in all my

years Dan Millman I don't know what his personal spiritual beliefs are and I don't care I know he's a spiritual teacher but he teaches an integration into the body kind of a spirituality what I know is what I've experienced and that impressed me I know he's a spiritual teacher or not but I'm saying you know I I was sitting with a somebody wants and I think it was my daughter we were having lunch and her boyfriend showed up at her boyfriend at the time and he came in and you know he was kind

of always I'm honored to meet you and you know nice to meet you whatever and then he said I heard that you've actually that you know Dan moment I said yeah you know I know Dan he's like he goes he saved my life I was completely completely messed up in addiction and I was going to take my own life and then I found way of the Peaceful Warrior and it changed my life saved my life and changed my life I'm like wow cool so the kid went over to get something to drink and he came back and my phone rang and I said hello what

he doesn't know is that while he was getting a soda I was calling dan dan call me back there's somebody would like to talk to you he gets the cue calls me back I hand him the phone I go it's for you he's like oh god they found me he thought it was a bill collector or the government that's how messed up his past was I swear to God it was so funny and I'm no no no no answer it heels hello and then the voice hi this is Dan Millman and this kid's face that that man do you understand what that does to a human being you gave

them value all you did was dial some others you can't drag them into doing something decent he he just knows this is the right thing and he trusts me now this is important because for us to actually go into this third stage the third phase of consciousness not sleeping not waking but awake it takes surrender and to have surrender you have to trust oh you don't know what I've experienced I'm not trusting anyone and you're not surrendering and you'll not find God so am i advising the opposite and I evilly

jump off the cliff and trust foolishly not at all but I am saying that as we learn to commune with God God is going to gift you with more trustworthy people Dan trusted me to use that funk type of phone call that those kinds of moments he trusted somehow he knew this is okay it's an amazing guy and he answers his own phone you know that impresses me he answers his own emails even I can't do that all the time he's personable he wants to be there with you hi how are you tell me about yourself one of those kinds of guys you know and

I've met celebrities and all kinds of people and most of them don't do that so somebody that's been a part a staple he's one of those few that have been teaching like me 40 years he's not a three year person or a best seller from five years ago he's been around for a long time and Alan Cohen not once have I called Alan and said hey Alan you want to write the foreword to a book hey Alan you you you ought to go didn't to get into this conference and be a speaker not once have I heard him saying no I

don't hang out with the guy we've only met and you know a couple conferences and spoke but I feel I can trust him he feels he can trust me which means when you trust you can surrender when you can surrender there you go God because true surrender for people to ever surrender they have to feel safe and how can anyone or anything ever ever truly feel safe if God's not involved because you're not safe if God's not involved if God's not there clearly the egos in charge so when you felt safe and

reached out hey I don't care what it even taking someone's hand but you're hesitant about touch and you took someone's hand or they took yours who let them take care Z the way you had to have experienced a miracle because something in you today reached out which means you felt safe enough and you trusted and in the trust that one simple act of hand hold became a state of surrender and it all became ATS symbolic movement of you back to God by trusting you I must have felt God so there's two ways

to get to that third stage with God one is direct communion the other is us being the bridge keep talking about God doing it and it's gonna take much longer people human beings have been doing what we're doing for hundreds of thousands of years so we did this group down here for hundreds of thousands of years sleeping and violence and so on now some of you say well look at the spiritual path because now there's spiritual movies and so I get that so let's pretend that instead of it only being 2% of the world

that's on this spiritual kick let's pretend it's everyone starting today it's still it took us hundreds of thousands in the sleeping State it's still gonna take some time in the waking State for it to ever kick into the third I don't have that kind of time I'm not like going okay I can't wait just a few hundred thousand years more and we're gonna get it so fortunately when you start to wake things happen much faster and more progressively than when you're asleep so when we start to wake up yes

many want to push the snooze button but when we start to wake up it's just one of those things oh can I sleep longer no your mind knows you are awake oh I'm just gonna pretend you know we sometimes do that let me just yeah you know and then it's like and you know you're awake you know and it's it's like when you get inspiration or something or in the middle of the night you wake up with a ha ha you know you it's not easy to go back to sleep you're like you're awake and the

metaphor of I'm awake it's like I got an epiphany I got some guidance oh my god a song came through you should be excited it is Christmas Day because you woke up and there's a gift under the tree and you're the tree and the gift came from God so it's got to be good so I'm gonna bring this forward this is gonna be great that's part of the perk of living in the light of God walking in the light of God but how do I bring that to others how can I be a safe vessel a safe pillar of light now not another obsessive way

because we slip but how can I at least do my best I surrender to God because there's two ways getting on God and us so I surrender to God that all is in your hands and God's gonna move the big gears to get us home and make the second stage fast in comparison to the first the first was designed to be slow to keep everybody in the illusion the second is disheartening that's why some of us are like we're on the spiritual path but why you'd look at this man there's still war there's still

politics there's still all of us and it is disheartening unless you know the secret which is it's gonna go much faster if this was a hundred thousand years this will be a thousand oh my god a thousand still a long time and a thousand can become a hundred and a hundred believe in rock can become one day how more of us direct communion more of us becoming an example and a bridge to that communion so we have a job to do what's my soul's purpose it's not you know just external things I want to meet

my soul mate you haven't even met yourself so you're gonna introduce some soul mate to a hollow person no like let's let's start here and be that example I'm going to commune and I'm going to do my best to be a living example of that communion now when you hear someone blame and shame you when you ask yourself I'm not growing fast enough I'm not healing fast enough all the things that could make you feel bad about yourself I do still smoke I do still drink stop for a second are

you thinking about God more often becoming in a state of communion as best you can and are you being an example of that that's all you need to tell me if so you're doing great when Jesus talked to Helen about Edgar Cayce he never said and you know I really liked him but he was a chain smoker he never said that the only time he addressed challenges was and I wish Casey would have loved himself more so the only you know heavy note to it all just wish he would have loved himself more because he said subconsciously Casey had very deep

religious roots and it caused him to beat himself up a bit too much true and Jesus would have been able to fine tune you and I just as well you know your little this you be careful of that that's fine but he didn't pick on any external things of Casey's he did not because here's all that matters what's in your heart so more and more a communion with God am i selling you my version of communion heck no do any version just do something they asked the great Edgar Cayce what's the greatest

form of Prayer what's the greatest form of meditation what's the greatest form of spiritual path he said the one you use I mean that's just great the one you use it doesn't matter if it's own money or if it's something else are you using it are you doing it your path could be about prosperity and abundance and it could be about planting more trees for the earth but are you doing those things with God or to try to repair the non God we've cut down too many trees let's plant more you're

trying to repair the non-gun you're still in reactive mode but plug into God and become Johnny Appleseed by all means okay God first in all things it's not complicated but start and end the day with God start with a sense of breathing that presence in that's how easy it can be see it feel it hear it God is a feeling peace happiness joy breathe it in just imagine breathing it in and let it wash over you i am i that deserving absolutely because it's who I actually am I'm just doing this to

remember so I don't need to earn it I am this so breathe it in and breathe it in and breathe in great ahh I'm communing with God but you also have to bring it to others show others an example how and again one form by being safe in all the times I've taught counseling sessions I've done how many thousands it's been now how many thousands of clients have I had and almost every single one of them was able to tell me about things that they don't like talking about her never did talk about how could that happen I mean it

happens like in five minutes and they're telling me well here it comes how and this is interesting some of you you know you think what did I smudge the room and I don't have time sometimes my sessions are happening on an airplane spontaneously I can't start smudging in the jet you know so I had to learn to become that thing called safety I'm not claiming to be perfect I'm just saying that my life made me have to become this thing I had to learn to be the presence because I would be in one town and it

would be like the minister of a church would say you can do sessions in my office another would be you can use the bookstore another would be a hotel lobby or whatever it is it's I had to be able to bring it every if I would have said oh well I can't possibly help other human beings unless I do for sure 20 minutes of sage between each session and I got to do rituals of this and that no just Center and go is what I learned to do and to do that I had to become that safety and that's not a boast without

God that could not have happened so I had to learn to just hold that vibe and say well what happened oh I've never talked about this before yeah that's a nice but what happened and and they can just go there I didn't use technique I didn't go and you will now tell me all of your deepest secrets I didn't brainwash them I didn't hypnotize him it's the presence and I can I can go into talks like this and know that one in every so many would be challenged by any comment I might make but at least that person if they're

open would know that's not what's in my heart is to cause them confusion so a lot of people might say well I don't believe in it because I'm gonna fundamental this or that religion but but something I liked about your service but I don't I don't agree with what you taught and it's still they can feel on some level that I'm a good person you see what I'm saying and I went out for years and taught you know things like reading relationships and sacred six rock trying to bring God to all things

and had to deal with all that comes from that people get in trippy about topics but at least I know my intention was to be able to say the presence of God in all places in all ways in all forms in all walks of life and do my best to anchor it there and the good news is people I think generally even if they didn't agree on some level generally they agree but if they didn't they at least feel something one of the greatest compliments I ever have heard there was an elderly gentleman this was in Houston

Texas in 1992 and he walked up to me and he said you know I've seen a lot of teachers and you know the teachers are teachers or so so he said I met Yogananda and I knew Yogananda and sat with him several times he said and after that you know I'm kind of spoiled for that you know I other teachers can't really do anything for me he said you're the closest thing I've ever seen to Yogananda and I thought because I know the spirit of Yogananda I went wow that's pretty cool it's not because I

feel like it's a boast for me that that human being could see something that he loved that much that meant a lot to me that you can see that kind of goodness is a blessing for you that's why Jesus said to Peter to his apostles who do you think I am what do you guys think this is about if they would have said oh well I think you know kind of a so-so teacher another one might have said you a nice guy whatever their feedback is gonna be whatever they were gonna answer he knew was reflecting their state of mind

so when Peter said the others are kind of well you know you know some are saying like they didn't even want to own their own opinions well you know some are saying you're a prophet come back you know move on move on Peter says you know I think you are I think you're the Christ that's why Jesus said Wow Wow Peter because you owned that you will receive special blessings which I won't go into the significance of all that but because he owned what he saw this guy that says you remind me of yoga not he

was owning not just for me he was owning it in himself so you and I have to learn to see more good the more good we bring the more good we're gonna see and it's gonna reflect us keep only focusing on what you need what you think in an ego kind of sense the stuff of this world or what you don't like about certain people and you're reflecting yourself those are all excuses for you not to come out set them aside at some point and say what if God is all that matters and the challenging part is that's easy to say

what if the criteria to proving that God is all that matters the criteria is you starting to see more of God in more people okay I guess I'll try and if that's all you can do it's better than nothing it's a good thing come out come out wherever you are if I die tomorrow I'm absolutely wholeheartedly certain that if I stood before God God would say Michael you annoyed a few people but there are hundreds of thousands that you brought out a little more that would be everything I would need to hear all you

and I need to do certainly commune ourselves but be that example be that truth be that that light for others get them to come out a little more how let them know they're safe to be around you to talk to cry to scream to feel I don't care what they say they can say I hate oh really okay what happened come from a place of a spiritual healer be the presence of the mother honey what happened you see would that kind of a vibe not that you call them all honey but it's the feeling sweetheart what happened and you let them their soul say

I have been hurt in so many different ways I'm sorry to hear that take their hand take their heart into your heart be this presence and you'll be shifting the world towards the Ascension more than if you keep talking about an ascension being that presence the true ascension can only happen with God I only want things to happen if they're with God if I have a decision to make at any time I asked myself does this align with what I know to be the presence of God see I don't really want to make decisions from

my head and that's what we have to do commune with God every day in the way that works for you mm-hmm so beautifully and applicable that even the decisions you have to make every day do your best guys don't don't get too pressured in your head over it just ask what is God peace and happiness love joy whatever it is to you then ask do these decisions I'm making resonate with that nobody could later no the answer's no you're teaming up with somebody in business or romantically who doesn't resonate with

peace and happiness and you're like I can change them no just just don't do that because you're gonna hurt yourself you're gonna try and then you're gonna be heartbroken when it doesn't work then you're gonna crash and potentially revert back to that first group again of hurt and hate and doubt and fear stay awake stay alive and nurture yourself like you're a spiritual inner child and you need to care for that child protect that child keep it going in the direction of hope and hopefulness in peace and joy

let's take a few centering breaths let's slowly and gently become aware of our day-to-day life issues challenges accomplishments just an overview looking at our day to day life and as we're viewing the things we like

and not so much like in our lives let's also become aware of all the ways we try and sometimes seem to succeed even to fix our life the supplements we take to make up for the foods that don't give it to us give us what we need seemingly the rays we're trying to get so that we can be compensated dealing with laws and stuff that go on in this world trying to vote one direction to fix another election all the things we do to try to fix it all just become aware all the stuff that happens and all that we do to fix these things even the

most sublime things we do meditation spiritual counseling sessions hands-on healing all these beautiful things all the things we do to fix from the ego sense fear sense and also the ones we do from our spiritual self picture yourself standing just vulnerably standing in this vast world all the laws of the world health gravity all the laws and all the things we do to try to stay alive all the things we do to fix ourselves exercise so that we don't take or gain weight do things to stay young look young all the things we

do standing arms outstretched and then hear the words can you just surrender God asking us will you surrender well some things yes and some things no that's worth noting because that shows the limit that I'm putting on my relationship with God will you surrender can you do it can you just let go and surrender well if that depends see and that tells us something well sure I will as long as you tell me what I'm surrendering to that's control creek trip again can you just surrender watch all the

waves of thoughts that come up interpretation of the word conditions we put on the word can you just surrender will you let go and let God if you feel any hesitation or that you can't that's great just own that and that's where you are and your path today maybe tomorrow you'll do better do more whatever that's fine oh where you're at but if you're willing to then just say I'm not even gonna think about it Here I am and feel your body falling backwards into the unknown falling falling backwards slowly falling watch

all the various sensations watch all the thoughts falling and falling and falling grounds getting closer falling and falling and falling you know you're gonna hit any moment trust trust and surrender trust and surrender and then you fall not onto a hard ground but onto something that's perfectly temperature water pool it's fun a mattress something padded just something safe land watch your thoughts again and if I've trusted and fallen into the arms of God what might I expect to see as a result and commune for a moment let

God show you let God teach you let yourself feel the effects of having trusted I need do nothing is an affirmation in the course I need do nothing do nothing means you don't do anything it means nothing of my own accord I need not react I need not fix I need not try to hold up the world in any way instead I await God's guidance what would you have me do today and not do

say and not say think and not think after today let me now become dedicated to thinking and acting from a state of God consciousness guide me guide me from morning till evening evening till morning again all of my thoughts words deeds and I can see this and still remain humble knowing that the chances are good that wherever I go wherever I go wherever I am right now the chances are really good that at the end of any given day I will have made a change for others I will have been an example I will have brought something of hope to people

whether I literally pick someone up who's fallen whether I pay something forward someone's life is going to be affected today positively through my presence even if I don't leave my bed today in my consciousness I will still do the work in mind I refuse to waste a single day on this planet ever again getting by and thinking about stuff it's making a difference and a few centering closing breaths of gratitude really feel like you're committed to this and when you're ready slowly stretch out

surrender is an amazing concept it's usually a negative concept to human beings I'm not letting go I'm not trusting I'm not serenity because there's somewhat synonymous but slightly different why is that because the ego knows if you surrender you're likely to find God on the other side of that I say likely because you can still hesitate if you like but if you surrender you find trust you find love you find God so the the ego is what's programmed us to think if you surrender you're being vulnerable

you're susceptible watch out but you know some of the doctors in the Dark Ages when the plague was spreading and people were dying if you don't know this the command that you hear about named Nostradamus who was an amazing psychic clairvoyant he was also a physician and he's the one that came up with rose petals being the the sort of a energy cleanser of places and they started using rose petals you know it's all tied into these stories you know the ring around the rosey and you all fall dead that's the song about the plague

killing people so the children would dance around singing that but this concept of the rose petals was Nostradamus but more importantly knowing he could get sick he went on the road and walked into people's homes with the plague he walked into people's homes and helped them meaning the plague is not my fear I'm into the love so sincerely so thoroughly there is nothing else and he never got sick from it it's a consciousness so this thing this trust and surrender is not what the ego puts it out to be be scared to be afraid

someone's gonna get you and I I do this I trust I surrender and every so often get my hand slapped get burned and that's just a test to get you to refuse trust and surrender again so I have to heal I have to work on it breathe because I took a step backwards and then take three more forward I refuse to let it change my direction a 180 the other direction I might have to step back and breathe and wipe the wounds a bit for a moment but I'm still going to come back and go forward okay alright thank you folks
