Dealing with Fear

so I greatly appreciate you folks and so many people are calling even right now you know how do i watch online because a lot of folks are choosing to watch online and that's brilliant because in humans a lot of times out of sight out of mind you know they find all kinds of reasons to to distract themselves and not really take you get their priorities straight but one thing that's come to me this week is what I'm hearing people saying you know are they're still going to be services and because own only

important things are allowed to stay open you know and they think it important and it's true important you know banks and certain systems we want the electric company to still give us power and water company I I agree with all that I just don't agree with surgically removing spiritual gatherings or centers from being in existence because that would just be a really bad metaphor listen Lord we're gonna put you on pause here because we have problems so we'll get back to you after we solve our problems now more than ever right now

more than ever you know and and there are spiritual centers that have closed and that's their prerogative I just think it's it's wonderful also to have a God of love rather than a God of fear you know and I mean that I mean if for some reason people watching online of course - but put people coming together and gathering it's it's Jesus says or the Bible says who of you by worrying can add a single day to your life so worrying meaning obsessing fearing etc so who of you by worrying so when you say I'm gonna

protect myself by not being around other people well we've done that in relationships I'm okay if it's just other people that messes with me up in my life you know if only if only if only if oh and that's all we're doing when we try to surgically remove spirituality from ourselves and so to me if you were to pass tomorrow because you trusted in a gathering now I'm not saying what you should do I'm saying if you do something that is - you do your life - the only thing that matters

God being the presence of God being serviced in service to others and it were some for some reason were to take your life in some way there's not a better way to go if you holed up in your house terrified with you know an arsenal of guns to protect your toilet paper from people stealing stealing your toilet paper do you know that there's a special rung of hell for people like that like you know there's a special like place no it's called the sewer system No so you you all everybody needs to do what they need to do for

themselves and and forgiving those who are choosing fear we do have to forgive those who are in fear because they're just a reflection of us learning on that level - now today I'm going to share something unusual and a read it it'll sound like a poem it's actually song lyrics and I'm going to share that as we get to towards the end of the service but for now it's important just to remind everybody about fear I've talked about that for a week or so 1 or 2 talks or whatever but what you know the most

damaging thing in the world is fear it really is everything else is a symptom of that so in A Course in Miracles there's workbook lessons that are related to there's actually not many problems and you have many you seem to have many they're all symptoms and that's what people don't realize they talk holistic health but they don't live it so there's really only one problem only one problem I believe I'm separate name a problem you know I'm noticing I'm getting some fevers chills right now that's a symptom

well I know because I have this other thing know that other things a symptom and then you know my marriage ended my child passed away my parents don't like me they're all symptoms of one thing none of those can exist if we're plugged in with God and that doesn't mean I'm saying we're wrong or bad for not being plugged in to err is human but forgive this is what restores the mind forgiveness is what takes us home and it helps us say you know despite the way things look I'm choosing not to believe

it now things like what's going on in the world right now it's going to test us it could be 100 times worse and it's still a test because if you were looking at a child of yours in a hospital bed passing away which is a terrible thing to imagine or experience if you're looking at a child of yours in a hospital bed passing away you're being told to do the same thing I'm talking about right now which is even if this happens it's not true my child cannot actually die if its body is too far gone

to jump back that's that's I'm sad about that but I refuse to believe that I'm losing my child I'll have to experience it on a higher level that's a bit inconvenient because I only get to experience it on a higher level but what humans haven't realized is that other level is the only real level the one you think you see the child you want to keep alive is actually not the real them so Jesus at the crucifixion in one of the last books of the Bible there's a part part where John looks up and he he's

seeing Jesus his friend and teacher and John's one of the only apostles who really got it at a deep level and you know some apostles were like recording historic Jesus others it was a friend gee others it was a teacher John understood this man on a mystic level which is why he wrote the revelation later but he's looking at Jesus all of a sudden he sees the Spirit of Jesus over here instead of on the cross and Jesus said to him John what are you looking at I'm not over there what do you think he was saying right

now the world is being crucified and it's supposed to be telling us hey folks what are you looking at well lack of toilet paper is that as deep as you are what what are you supposed to be looking at well you know this and that and you know and people and you're supposed to be saying I do not believe this I'm not saying ignore that it's happening I've told you many times somebody Falls you helped pick him up you don't say that didn't happen you help pick them up you go ahead and use your antiseptics you do

use it play the game just don't believe it on a some level and here's the good news there's already a part of you that knows the truth which is that you and I we're all immortal beings made in God's image that's the good news we're all immortal beings made in God's image some of us make it easier to see that so we go I like them what you're really saying is there's something nice about them that reminds me of my own goodness and the goodness and us all that could be Jesus or you or

me or whomever then there's other people no they can't be part of that these are these people are annoying squared they're like wow exponentially annoying you know there's the people like that and your job my only function on earth is forgiveness because the world will disappear and we will find oneness and love and peace and happiness again if we can pull that off so all of us you know all of us that believe in this sort of thing still think this is something that's supposed to happen someday it's

already here guys it's already happening you already had test runs when you were sick last year or a child passed away five years ago or you lost your job or whether those were always tests and so if you can remember it's not about what I think I see what I think I see are many many many many many written problems in the world but there's only one we think we're separate and so it refracts into many things what do you think separation is it looks like this split now after one separation it just

kept continuing it kept splitting off so we could say if we could say we have a trillion problems in the world it's still one that just kept refracting exponential you know exponentially it's just like some sort of fractal geometry and you just kept splitting off but there's still illusions you can say in fractal geometry look look at how things keep like the Mandelbrot set it just keeps multiplying itself automatically mathematically it just keeps reproducing wait or was I talking about the virus

they're talking about so if the highest form of math and geometry is a geometry that can keep multiplying itself and that's a statement a test of illusion then what about a virus that can keep morphing and mend and manifesting itself all it is is a viral version of that original belief that this will never end this is going to keep perpetuating itself almost like a free energy device this is not good we think in our heads it's actually very perfect this virus comes from our higher self ultimately to

say it's time to end this so bring it on and this is not this is the tip of the iceberg of what can happen on planet Earth I mean if you want to really depress yourself just read Nostradamus but he said I'm writing this down so you guys can change it he wasn't trying to be like he was being a good prophet because a good prophet is to say I hope this changes things so he has this really bleak outlook about how horrible things could get and how long the duration of that horribleness could be but at the end of the day he says and

still the light comes over the horizon because no matter how horrible things get who horrible to who us the I am do you think the I M could be snuffed out it cannot so it's all about learning lessons the easier way than the hard way and you and I can change that right now we absolutely can and we must I am the light of the world that's it and my function here is forgiveness it doesn't just mean forgiving people that have annoyed you it also means forgiving what you think you see practice ho'oponopono the

Hawaiian prayer of forgiveness to the world hey world I'd like to share something with you we're experiencing this thing and I know I played a part now you ego you think it's your God self that says but I didn't play a part I'm not a bad person that's your ego trying to separate you from the people that are having sickness or creating sickness I'm not one of those people that did this such-and-such in the lab you are we're all one if you can't hold the oneness of our screwed up admit if you can't hold

the oneness of our screwed up in this how are you going to own the oneness of our holiness we messed up we thought we separated from God not only did we not we cannot you can't leave all that is but the sad and bad news is you can think you did and that's all we're doing is living the results of that as soon as I say take a moment and say I feel like we separated but it wasn't me you kept it perpetuated that's why you know Adam blamed Eve Eve blamed the serpent everybody's going to blame somebody else

one of the worst things I see happening even now it's like there's this wave of potential death coming to the world and and some people are still having personal arguments with each other and blaming each other for it there's I know people that are like attacking other people but not telling them what's wrong that's not saying you know look this is not a time for me to be holding on to my petty ego garbage I'm sorry about that ho oponopono is to say hey folks even things I don't know I've contributed to

on some level we're all in this together so whatever level it was that I contribute I don't have to know I don't care I just own I'm part of you if you're sick you're still part of me so let me just say this on behalf of both all of us I'm sorry please forgive me in truth I love you I love everything and everybody how do I know is that just me hoping no the God in me cannot not love everything I'm talking about plugging into a power that's really great it's not like I'm gonna try the

God in me can't do anything but that so the Spirit is willing upper three shockers but the flesh is weak lower three chakras and I'm in my heart conflicted between these two I'm trying to believe that you know God and all that is and and yet man viruses and gossip and terror and this is a great test and and it cannot be an accident it's created and agreed upon in our higher selves to take us to another level and it seems it's just hard for people to understand that but we have practical things to worry about

your worry who of you by worrying can add a single day to your life but we have to you know be practical beep as practical as you think you need to be but at the end of the day on a 0 to 10 scale if I say I'm gonna maintain just just 60 percent of my fear at the end of my day that's my grade 60 percent loss so I only scored a a 40 percent on my exam let's call it how much fear do you want to hold on to I can see 20 percent still there that's not bad it's like a B you know it's not so bad be plus or whatever

that's how I might look at this myself how much did I or am I still choosing to believe in this and it's really kind of weird sometimes when you're when you're doing your proper prayer and plugging in and connecting sometimes even for me to it's like wow I better not tell people how blissful I feel because because they're gonna they're gonna not be happy about that you know we have some of you folks have called in and how dare you still have services get off our mailing list and don't call us again

that way you can be happily miserable and we can be happily happy I mean it's why hate us just stop calling I mean it's really simple math in that sense just move on oh no no no no I have to be heard first is that God no but that's how some people have been some of the you know staff here have been like oh you know it's hard to you know hear this stuff from from these people and so on we we called the mayor's office and they told us it's fine it's fine so you can tell them the government says yes because

telling them God said yes was not enough so you tell them the government they're still like no there's got to be something wrong with that you know the only thing you're worried is you want to stay hateful you want to stay fearful you want to stay worried our jobs still to love and forgive even those people even though they're making it challenging for our staff here you don't think they have other things to think about and do you know they have jobs but no you know you got to make sure you try

to make their day miserable and and once in a while you know there's only a few of those going on but when they happen once in a while they'll call me and say what should we do you know I said get their address in their number and get their name you cut them off the mailing list you know I'm not gonna tell them like so you should you should take this personally let your stomach be anxious about these phone calls you get no try goodbye click you know just let it be gone the things that are not helping you

thrive are helping you die and you have to choose that when you're worrying about viruses and so forth or or anything else in life because this thing if it passes over there's one really negative thing about that people are gonna start to forget that it happened and that they were on a proper track to start putting more hours of the day into God and stop hoarding garbage you know like you didn't need five boats I might have a virus but I got five vote you know boats how did that help you give things away sell things share things

keep it all opened up all of it the mind the cells of your body everything keep it cleaned I don't mean sterile just flow and open fear causes constriction love brings expansion so if it blows over too soon some people are going to go right back to complacency because that's ego human nature but you and I must not get caught in the ego human nature we have to recognize and go you know see I'm the type that'll go ah no no no I'm not forgetting this what did I need to learn from this let me continue getting it and

moving forward with that in mind because if you don't then even bigger harder lessons are coming how we respond to this if more people could say God is behind this things could turn around honestly if I could say my Higher Self is doing this so I can get closer to God this is a calling for me to get closer to God oh my god the whole world will change spiritually drastically and then Nostradamus will get his his hopes and desires will come true which is none of this has to happen it'll pass it'll move on and a different world will

come that is possible if but only if we allow the God self to come through otherwise yeah people tend to like to learn the hard way so how much worrying do you want to do well here's an interesting thing the Buddhists say let's say there's a problem and no matter what you do no amount of worrying or fixing is going to solve it so the buddhists say then why worry about it if nothing you can do can fix it why worry about it because the worrying is just going to destroy you anyway then they say but yet if there is a solution then

there's no sense in worrying about it do you see the the rationale to that it's it's where the world wants to say lose-lose this is called win-win and it sounds almost irresponsible you know or almost fatalistic in some sense no it's just truth nothing needs to grip us Jesus himself in the Garden of Gethsemane saying you know this is not easy the Spirit is willing but the flesh is weak just say that you don't have to pretend you're beyond it because that'll cause you more hurt you don't have to get you

know absorbed in it either cuz that'll cause you hurt just own this spirit is well isn't this interesting wow I totally get it spiritually but I still find myself worrying people are like oh you know now you know in the grocery stores and you can only take so much and I need to have extra instead of just so much I have to have extra so I can live one extra day in case everything goes kaput I all get to live one more miserable day it'd be better just to give your food up and die sooner and you're good I mean I know some of this

doesn't make sense to people and then people are having to now choose a change you know they're having to like they go to the stores and you can only get so much of this and that you can only find so much of this and that and you know they're encouraging you know maybe grab some more frozen items and you know frozen thing and you're freezing then that way you can have things you know available to you and basically the world is now telling you you need to get on Michael Moore dad's Diet Rosen food only

you should see Matt this was great timing by the way cuz I told you just a few weeks ago I stocked up by great guidance from God on my Girl Scout cookies this was like you know that came directly from the heavens Michael and mint I got cases of them so I just yeah they're in my frozen section of my home and every day I got you know it's kind of fun but it could be just a coincidence but it almost seems like God saying you folks shoulda listened am one of the interesting lessons is if you don't succumb to the worrying some

people are going to accuse you of being insensitive have you heard that one yet but but few people on the planet realize why is it not also insensitive of them to not choose love or God white why is that in it considered insensitive I'm insensitive if I don't have fear but you're not insensitive if you don't choose love that doesn't make sense to me I'll you know let live and let live and your job and my job is to not convert people and and you know whatever's gonna happen in this world

guys you know if things turned around tomorrow a miracle happened the Buddhist is or they're gonna say it's because we were doing you know the the the the Buddhist chants and the Christians are gonna say you know this is all the wrath of God and you know and everybody's got their different viewpoints of this you cannot you know economic people they're gonna say this is about learning economic balance we should you know everybody's got their slant politics humanitarian concepts depending on

what's in your mind that's gonna be the way you're gonna see this and it's true that even I are you you know we that are into spirituality you're gonna see it through our eyes but it's the best of the eyes because the spiritual view is I'm going home starting right this second and then you bring something to me and say worry worry worry and I say I hear that how can I help and I'm going home in this moment every test I'm going home the going is just a figure of speech I'm choosing to be there now and you

know and there's stuff of this world that's going to try you and call you to go a different direction but the spiritual path is an absolute necessity it's not just banks it's the spiritual path is necessity and it's sad that some people don't get it yet but do you think after one week of challenging whatever going on in the world that's gonna change no is it gonna take weeks at least months at least according to prophecies man this takes years of purging this place but times an illusion

so Christ says it could just take seconds and you and I get to decide that so what are you gonna do to get them all to learn faster no no no what am I gonna do to get myself to get this now just go to town on it when people are caught up in their egos when they're caught up in fear they're caught up in their egos in case that's not obvious but Christ teaches just because you see that people are caught up in their fears and egos doesn't mean you're supposed to tell them that you people are just in your egos that's not

gonna help instead just be the best person you can be you know I was helping at one of our folks here that does the estate sales I went and helped at that this last weekend so just one simple example and I'm not trying to boast I'm just giving what comes to mind but at that there was an example where it was over and it went really well everything was great but someone showed up at the end and said I've got this heavy furniture to pick up and something inside caused me to look at the giant truck remembering all that because I

volunteer at this but at this sale thinking of all the well the the furniture in that house and he's one guy where's your crew well it's just me but if you'd be willing I could pay you to help me and who's gonna unload your truck well see that's the thing would you be willing to come over to my place and help me unload - they might even be in this room the person because they come here apparently and I didn't recognize them but what I did recognize is there's still something that needs

done I took a breath for half a second which is factually true I shouldn't be leaving the gal out there's only one or two gals it left it running the rest of it for the rest of the day and I probably shouldn't be leaving that's factually true but it was also convenient you know because I'm thinking wow how far are we driving how much furniture and - you out there thank you for that because it's beautiful that they trust it to say can you help and I trusted to say well of course didn't

know that they knew me but this is you and I you the souls of your brothers and sisters know you when they're asking for your trust in them your help remember they know you if you say no and I know there's something such a thing as boundaries I get that I'm talking about when you say no from a place of and worry you're affirming their ego self doesn't deserve you and you're affirming it there's in you there's nothing that can help them no goodness so in that split-second that all

happened in a matter of two seconds and immediately I said I did say where do you live well I live close by ok then I won't be gone too long so to the folks there you know I'll be back in a minute we drove over unloaded these heavy you know two couches and a loveseat or whatever it was and inside we go and you know out through the doors you know and you know navigating the two of us navigating a couch you know and to the truck and then to the truck over to the house and unloading and so on and so on

I'm going out the door I just assumed this person I think I've seen at the some of the sales before but I said see you and they said I just moved here you know recently from the Northeast that's pretty cool and congrats and you know you great view Congrats on a good house and so I was leaving just going out the door and I stopped and I go hold on and I pushed myself back in the door and I looked behind the door above the doorway something along the lines that says you know Christ be with me throughout the

day I go oh that's cool he said I got that from watching you online I'm like oh okay and they're like you so you know in that cool I'm like you have no idea how many layers of coolness that is it's confirmation it's reaffirm ation it's you see miracles and here I'm inside you know inside myself reminded too I mean this person is creating someone to help them someone that even taught them about that concept of putting a little plaque on your door whatever that I go out the door today with Christ you know at my

side within myself and so wow what an amazing message our job is to be here for each other and really nothing more if you try to be there for each other from your own self you run out of fuel and there's lots of people that run out of steam they run out of fuel they can call it fatigue they can call it emotional they can call it whatever clinical term a adrenals or thyroid or menopause or this or that or all kinds of names that talk about I'm not what I was years ago but too often we're running on our own

energy our own juice and you do run out faster which means you're not going to be able to say yes when someone needs a hand we're taught that by remembering this of myself I am nothing okay so Nostradamus during the Black Plague went into people's houses without worrying about it and he lived through it mother to race who worked with lepers and lived through it it's fine and you get something's gonna kill you eventually anyway what are you gonna say but but in this case I can control that from

happening no you can't who of you by worrying can add a single day to your life relax now personally I believe that when you center and center center you're going to be guided probably more and more most people are going to be guided to a more and more healthy relationship you don't have to force it and and you know healthy relations calm try to hire one you don't have to force but it'll happen organically and I personally believe your diet kind of goes more organic and because there's just

something about you that it just becomes cleaner and cleaner doesn't mean you should judge others for different ideas but it just becomes cleaner and that's beautiful that you start to realize this is this is amazing that my life force chooses life force foods life force relations life force communications it's true and people need to go to that place I wasn't joking when I told you I / we should create a place called Eden Shire and a place where where we can create where people can live and thrive in a

more healthy kind of environment mentally physically emotionally and all that and some people oh you know they know that'd be great but you know there's not a big push for that on this planet as many people as we have in as much money we have collectively nobody thinks about other than survivalists and then all the foods in cans and behind the guns you know so I'm stacked behind their guns what about life man what why isn't that the first priority and when do you start talking about the world do-don't I don't

want to hear it tell me first about your relations you're going to have some annoyance at somebody and not explain to them why you have that annoyance do you know why these are irresponsible people pseudo spiritual sometimes but they're actually very low on the on the scale of spirituality when you can't push through the reason you don't want to talk about the issues with that you have triggers with people is because you know you're off you know that when you're triggered or hating someone calling us oh you guys

shouldn't be doing services you're very mean okay the reason you're you're trying to hide from your stuff now these people are at least communicating it but they're not doing it with love and responsible behavior they're venting so this isn't about just save the world I'm let's go back to saving you first if we can't even get you to act responsibly I don't want to hear you tell me about the world don't tell me about how many people have died I want to know how many

relations of yours have died don't don't try to resurrect and save the world you start with you and so you've got people even pseudo spiritual but even the people that are just lay people out there but especially the pseudo spiritual people that say oh I'm all spiritual but then you have some trigger you don't know how to lovingly convey that yet what have you been listening to and reading oh I read this person in that bro and that's I mean I have all their books for what purpose you're

gonna need to light them soon when there's no electricity because you need to stay warm because you still haven't learned to live the spiritual life so read the books and for what purpose what did you integrate so in a relationship if you can't talk responsibly and lovingly that's not very good guys but there's no accident to that you're hiding you're hiding your ego no you're off your sole suspects it but your egos going we don't want them to realize they're off because then they

might want to get back on track and find God so you want to blame others but not talk to them about the issue because if you talk to them you might resolve it you might end up taking responsibility and and and that could end it so the ego wants people first and foremost stuffing their grievances holding them in so they can in their head justify them and when they're going to talk they only want to talk to the people that can support their hatreds and that includes the people that want to talk about worrying

on the planet are you a worrier or a lover I'm a worrier oh okay then let's talk about all the things we should worry about you don't want to hear solutions and when you do accidentally bump up against someone that chooses not to be in fear they're annoying to you and you will be tempted to vent on them because the Course in Miracles explains the psychology of spirituality and the ego which is you will try to stuff things as long as you can and then you will vent them when it stuffs too much

eventually projection so keep this in mind this last part of what I was saying was just to say it starts here and one symptom of that you can use a sign that you could like a like a medical test you get to see if you're doing okay inside you call this a spiritual test how am i doing except this test isn't an MRI this test is a relationships test how am i doing see now I personally don't know anybody that I would not talk to if they said Michael is there anything that you know has gone on and I'm happy to look

at my part if there is a part I know and if I don't know there's a part I don't care I'm still gonna own I'm here to help I can't think of if I turn somebody away from talking now I'm not interested in them venting that's not going to do much good because that's enabling their ego but I can't picture saying no to communication and I can't picture saying no to this person who's by themselves trying to furniture and that wouldn't go well and there was nobody else so here I am how

can I help and if whatever you know if you're called to help others try to help where you can how you can when you can asking for guidance because you're not asked to be a martyr you're not asked to go beyond what you can handle you're asked just to be the presence in the way you can within your affordability financially emotionally energetically etc so just keep this in mind there's I remember somebody said to me once it was a person that worked for me and they they said you know that could tell

there's something going on and I just wait and kind of watch I already know what's happening you know and I wait and tease a little bit so how's everything you know good oh good but even though I know something's going so eventually I can coax the person so yeah so uh you know whatever wording I used to finally after you know 1,500 communicated conversations waiting for them to and then finally I say so tell me what's going on and and there's this worry and the shaking and the voice and all that

say it say it well you might be mad at me and then what would happen and then you might reject me and then what would happen well you might you might you might always worried so get it out say it you can even scream it if you want well I think you're the okay thank you now is there anything I could do to help with that and by the way you said you were afraid I might get mad do I sound mad no so that's what what point will you be able to say I projected not only my hurts and hatreds I expected it to come back as shame and guilt and

there's nobody fighting you Oh now when you do that for others like the guy saying could you help me move I could have said what are you kidding and then they offered to pay me what what how you gonna pay me you know seriously how you gonna pay me to help this is help there's not a dollar amount that I could figure it out to pay and they're saying let me pay no no thanks and it's not like I'm just being kind I literally could not have a fit could not have figured out a dollar amount that would

have made sense I'm not saying don't you charge and don't you pay for people to help you I'm saying in that moment it didn't make sense so when we do kindness to people that did not end the situation that's just kindness offered what else has to happen is they have to breathe it in I've had it happen where I've done something for somebody they go god that's so amazing it's wait what's amazing you Michael you and oh my goal my and you you practice what you preach and you're so wonderful and I say

I'm not hearing you say that you also deserve it well you know no no no no you see you're gonna say it or I'll never help you again okay I guess I deserve it do you really believe you deserve it yes okay breathe it in breathe it in make it about you not me breathe it in Bri and say thank you thank you all right you're welcome and it also is a statement about you growing to a new level today who would have thought that my receiving a gift in some way from somebody you know beyond the gift in mine maybe I'm asking

too much I already received some help could I expect more poor humans man it never has to end if today all I got was somebody paid my bill you know five extra dollars at the check stand or whatever it's not just oh no you don't have to oh thank you don't brush it off when you get in your car ask yourself what was that about what was that about Wow you know they paid and some of you are gonna go in the mirror do I look that bad like do I need like do I look like I really needed the extra five yeah

that's all the ego head stuff again to be able to sit that that was symbolic it's not five dollars it's a gift period from what it's all about consciousness god this is a this is a spiritual message to me what is the message that I deserve why because I'm entitled little human and wanting to get more from life no I am as God created me and God was whispering in that person's ear today do me a favor and gift them something I want to test them to see if they'll integrate it and own that they deserve

that's how I would see that thing it's five bucks and yet I turn it into something that's worth a billion do the same thing and when you gift things to people I'm not saying you have to make every one of them okay I'm gonna give you this $5.00 but I want a spiritual awakening right here at the check stand I'm not saying you you force it you watch and you be stealthy miracle-workers learning to hear and know when it's time to push it a little bit pullback a look you know the fishing

and somebody's trying to get something off the wall and you know they owe and that you know they can't get up the ladder because they're 155 and they have back problems and knee problems and so it's dangerous for them to try so I go I'll do it you know take this thing down it's like 300 pounds you lower it down and then the person's going now could you you know the customer can you help me put it my car okay I put it in their car oh here's here's a quarter you know or whatever and they think I'm an

employee they I don't tell them different but I think it's funny because often they'll find out wait a minute he doesn't work here no then why is he doing it you tell me first of all because I love but now why did it happen for you I can tell you why I do it but why did you create it and if you're just gonna oh they have a such a nice little man you know is that it you better make it about you I'm taking to those kinds of people in those situations and if ever somebody does kindness - you make it about your deserve ability

you know as I lay me down - it's so evident even if people put a romantic twist to it it's just this beautiful thing and in the background there's those who know the song there's this odd little background vocal it's just kind of hidden in the background you can barely hear it and nobody knows what it says but it's a chant and the chant is from an old culture and the chant that nobody knows is actually its and when translated it means something to the effect of I wash my feet before I sleep or something to

that effect and your feet are your understanding symbolically so even that little background odd chant that nobody knows what it means people are thinking they make up words to try to figure out like it's English it's not the reason you can't figure it out because it's not English and it's an it's an old like four syllable chant and and it's saying you know to wash my feet before I sleep which is consistent with the song so god there's just such beauty to it and it's a little dangerous to read things like

that because of the emotions they come with it you know and but it is what it is this is the state of mind we have to get into as I lay me down to sleep as I deal with this stuff in the world as this happens that God be with me God to my right God to my left God with the foods I eat and you know whatever that may be God in the relations guide me in every conversation you know give me courage give me the clarity to be able to to trust a conversation if it's a challenging one I've got to talk to mom about these challenge relations these

conversations mom we have to get a longer I can't do these talks then say it but she might not like me say it anyway be afraid clutch a pillow and hold the phone and say the words because God is all that matters because it's all you really are and if you let your fear of what mom might say what Michael might say what your next door neighbor might say you're already shut down and you're amongst the dead when people are afraid they're already dead when you let worry and get to you and control you you're

already dead so I'm not telling you necessarily what to do about your behaviors but just to get in the right state of mind and come from the right state of mind and God will guide in all the what seems to be practical deep so please take a few centering breaths and thank you for indulging that moment with me I'm going to share simply some concepts sometimes specific wording from A Course in Miracles let it be drawn in like a prayer let it be drawn in like a prayer be aware of your life your relations the world all the stuff of

life don't run from it I do not understand anything I see let these be your words from your soul provided they feel right for you if not then pause for a moment till you hear something that feels right but just try it the world condition my personal condition I look at it all and I stand in light and affirm say I don't understand anything I'm saying I'm afraid I'm concerned at times that I can't fix it all I don't know what to do I don't like not being in control

but everything I'm seeing I've ascribed meaning to it when I see life birth death I'm seeing it through my own lenses I'm pretty sure that's true and this means that I see nothing as it is right now I'm seeing every through thing through lenses of my past experiences I see nothing as it is right now which means it doesn't have accurate interpretation or meaning because it's veiled through my concepts a meaningless world and gender sphere when I see a world that I know that in

some way I made up that I've manufactured that adds to my fear above all else I want to see as God sees not out how I see I want to see as God sees I am part of God and I am very holy I am capable of seeing and experiencing everything as God sees it experiences it I am part of God and I am very holiness holy and that holiness in me blesses the world I am capable of blessing the whole world and it's already happening there is God inside of me already blessing the world I am the light of the world God has

determined that I'm the light of the world so I am the light of the world and my function on earth is to bring peace and forgiveness I believe that and it's already happening in the I am that I am even if my ego self is trying to do otherwise which do I want to put my attention on the one that's perpetuating fear and worry or the one that is God I am under no laws but God's no laws of physics illness biology psychology relations have power over me although I can ascribe them such power in reality I

am under no laws but gods and therefore I am entitled to miracles now just hear that and believe that I which means all of us am entitled to miracles despite the world's many apparent problems there's only one the belief in separation and for this one seeming problem there's only one solution forgiveness of all of our beliefs that we were separate and all the symptoms of separation that it brought about all the symptoms they were all answered and lastly this solution is not only only been given it was given when we were

created when I was created I was already given immunity to all the crazy things I could muster up from illness to whatever else when I was created I was already created in God's perfect image and God can't be sick God can't worry God can't be afraid God can't have financial challenge so I was given the solution as an immunity the day I was created which means I can return back to my innocence my power and my clarity I am now ready and determined to see this solution and to experience its results I am with you always said Christ

and the I am in me is now saying the same thing I am with you always because the I am is me always the I am that I am the glory of God is here and now simply awaiting my choice to return to it and the choice gets tested and proven before confirmed and allowed tested through forgiveness there is nothing in this world that I would choose to maintain as a fear a worry a resentment a grievance I am we are as God created us to be I am very holy I am very holy just as God created me to be and that means everyone is holy so in

this moment imagine every one you hear of know of whether it's politicians neighbors that is afraid people that you consciously can think of first brothers sister you are permitted to be afraid but guess what I have a secret that's not becoming a secret anymore we are as God created us to be I'm sorry we chose to learn the hard way but I love you so thank you thank you for joining me in this that persons being told thank you for joining me in this test you have become an expression of my forgiveness for you in

the position you were in condition you were in as well as forgiving myself take that and expand two countries that you hear of concern how can you possibly have financial issues worries fears how could there possibly be such a thing as death itself how could you be sick I am we are as God created us to be and even if you go through the motions of sick and worry I refuse to lose sight of who you really are so if you want to be sick be sick in the glory of God if you want to die die in the glory of God I will join with you in

a swan song that this world cannot deter my beliefs in who you really are I refuse it's not an option countries and the whole planet the whole planet but some of them don't want to hear Shh I know don't don't focus on what they don't want because the part of humans that don't want healing is the ego part that isn't the real them anyway just think of it as a bad mood in them all that can pass so let's talk to the I am presence in everyone the I am presence in everyone isn't it great to

truly live and we're only alive when we're in the Christ itself and last but not least even to future events that await our time for readiness for testing you need not show up here I'm celebrating Passover today which means I'm allowing all tests of the ego and fear and struggle to pass over this household which is us Passover because in this place there is no guilt nor shame where you can land no place where your velcro tentacles can find a place in me I'm just spiritual Teflon and it all just slips by there's nothing for

you here not the collective evils and egos and Greed's of the world how many people are joining us in this prayer right now it's not hundreds it's not thousands it's many thousands are hearing this and doing this how do you think that will make a difference in the world because exponentially it only took one of us and here we are not two or more gathered with one consciousness this is 2,000 or more 20,000 or more let this prayer be true but we're also going to accept the prayers of every Buddhist Christian and

even the worrying prayers of an atheist we're all in this together and we're all calling on something higher there's no more a religious person than an atheist there so spiritual that it scares them so they push God away well I understand that the I am in me do not be afraid Jesus told the waters and his apostles peace peace brother sister peace don't be afraid the academic who's too much in their head and not God the atheist it doesn't matter you don't need to be afraid God is here I can hear it singing

to me now so we give thanks for this glorious time we give thanks for this glorious prayer we give thanks that we're trusting each other that this is the truth of God there's a part of us that goes yes this is true because I hope it's true that's okay at least that gets a foot in the door this is actually the only truth that God is I am we are and we sing a song of praise from our hearts as I lay me down I know you're with me I cares come to my eyes laughter Wells up because we feel so alive so allow that

aliveness right now allow it in your glands your cells your lungs let it be tears of joy or even sadness of the past going away washing away but allow something to change even metabolism to find some level of excitement because it will the happiness the joy will change your metabolism which will change your whatever's happened in your endocrine system which will also change your immunity go to the world and know you are as God created you that doesn't mean you must go to the marketplaces to convert people it might

be go home and sleep and rest but make God a first priority and at any time remember you're not alone literally figuratively and so on your home quieter time maybe that's uncomfortable then sometimes reach out go on my if you're in my friends at Michael Amir dad Facebook group you're welcome to join that and say hello and I'm just reaching out because I'm scared or because I'm alone reach out go to other people's public pages anybody here reach out you know if you go to spiritual sources and

you don't get anything in response don't go to those sources again go somewhere where you feel inspired and uplifted not all teachers can answer every little post all the time granted that's why on my group's I asked us all to pitch in so do the same practice journaling and journal out your fears don't try to pretend your spiritual and you don't have worries just write about him and then burn them let them become the nothing that they are pray we'll all have moments of doubt for a moment here

and there awkwardness and you know when your spiritual teacher you hear it you know people worry worry and they want to bring it to you I'm not gonna shame any of you for having worries if you're only trying to vent and drag me into it you're probably not going to get that and that might tempt you to be annoyed by me he's not listening he's not if you want to think that way you were already determined to go that way anyway you understand and the same for people that take try to take you that way if you don't buy in sometimes
