Ascension: The Effects on our Cosmology and Biology

so weaving together some of the words you've shared and and let's be clear that some of the words you asked me to talk about some of the topics ascension um and forgiveness surrender there are talks free online on these particular topics so at the you know i don't want to be redundant and say too much about any one of them because most everything you asked about they they are on the uh playlist in youtube for you know these kinds of topics still weaving them together gives it a fresh you know view of fresh light

so one thing that that we will address first is what's happening right now right now all around the world the old world is dying but when illusion dies when ego based things die then they scream they be they make a scene you know i'm melting remember that movie when the wicked witch when the wickedness of the world the ego world including the one in here when it's being starved it makes noise it makes more noise when you're saying no more to ego evil hurtfulness it makes more noise when you say no

than when you allowed it so why well obviously because it doesn't want you us to stop feeding it so when people enable which is why sometimes governments enable hurtful behaviors hurtful systems worthless systems they enable they don't want to be called out because the ego doesn't want to be called out it's like it's it's the the most huge version of inconvenience that anyone could imagine when the ego is shown for what it is it's just like when you're in addiction addiction can be a real problem every

hangover can be a problem but if a person has to choose between saying no you know continuing their addiction and having hangovers or saying no and going through the complete withdrawals they'll stay stoned and have withdraw and have hangovers that seems more somehow more survivable so acceptable the whole world is going through that same thing even though it looks like everything's crazy some of us are actually ascending right now we're actually moving into ascension the more conscious we become of that the

more smooth the process will be but not easy it'll be smoother but not smooth because the world still has an ego basis behind it that's going to try to pound you for trying to say no to the old programs and patterns this world doesn't take kindly to change for the better the world is going through a global dark night of the soul which is not that common it's it's once every sometimes several generations between dark knights of the soul globally a person can have it personal person can have it a few times a year if they

really are set up for that on average a few times per lifetime then a group a center would be more rare than an individual a city would be even more rare a country even more rare and global even more rare to go through the dark night of the soul because it's a big wheel turning versus the little wheels of each of us going through our own little processes but it's for the big will to turn there's got to be some major shifting and yet you and i get to experience the dark night of the soul globally i kind of feel sad for children

at this time incarnating going i can't wait wait wait a second what you know after they went through the birth canal said somebody said by the way it's gonna be the dark knight the soul for everybody you know if they would have been informed a little more ahead of time they might have thought twice but it is going to be a challenge for children to be born into this world i was just talking on our program today the one devotional weekend and i was mentioning that you can be awake somewhat and come into this earth plane and still

find yourself feeling incongruent with the way this world is run that's normal you should feel a little awkward in this world if you kind of fit in you're really messed up [Music] you should feel a little like wait wait wait what what how is government run again how is business run none of it ever makes sense and people just don't think about it the time is going to come when and i i said you know in the mid late 90s elections are going to fall apart and there'll be no more as we knew it economy is going to soon fall apart it

did i've made several predictions without going back into that but but there are some key points that were made and yeah government finances and so on but one thing that's going to change guys is there'll come a time when money's not exchanged anymore that's not that far off money's not going to be exchanged it's just humanity people will just be humane how can i help you how can you help me great done but right now they're still even though we we thought in the 80s oh my god we're

entering the new age and everybody's going to wear purple and wear crystals it's going to be so love based you know in case you didn't notice that didn't happen but it made changes in several people because it's little wheels within a bigger wheel so don't discount that change was made a john lennon interview once you know about this because this was early in the 70s and they were like so what do you make of the whole 60s thing you know and they were sort of implying well that was a joke wasn't it it was a

complete failure and he said no it really wasn't if you stay attached to an agenda of yours the 60s failed to be the era of love he said but what's more important than our agenda of having you know let's let's the love children and the hippies and whatever he said was you know what i noticed was that our ability to be loving and be friendly to people to each other he said that went out the door in other words we were in the studio and next thing you knew we were all one thing we were all like oh you know the

beatles leading the way beads cool shirts everything kind of like a new renaissance and a very kind of it's where we got world music in case you we don't know that people didn't know what tablas were until the beatles created this open door to the east and west so suddenly now people are going world music it came from their opening that door so there's this whole beautiful movement but those people that made that movement possible also john says we'd be in the studio and and you'd start getting mad and slamming

doors well why are you so upset he didn't play the tambourine part right it's called projection because despite your intention to have this beautiful hippie love in movement you're still human you have an ego and it's going to find a way to sabotage everything you try to do to make life better the ego will infiltrate everything the perfect relationship the the attempts to be forgiving and practice techniques and exercises of forgiveness the the ego doesn't say ah jeez you went to unity of sedona didn't

you i might as well just pack up it goes oh really that's what it does it says i'm going to order a copy of michael's notes that he wrote on his hand so i can see what topics you covered today so i know just what to screw up in your life that's how the ego works the ego is malicious it has no intention of humanity waking up but that's okay because we don't care about its ramblings anymore because we are waking up it's going to push and it's going to push but the most damage it can do is scream on melting as

it disappears you're not killing your ego you're retiring it for lack of work i i have you know not really any interest here hi we have two opinions on a day-to-day basis hi i'm the voice of the god and i'm the voice of ego which would you like to hear today currently what people do is sorry man you know tell me what you've got well we've got this and that partying gifts you know like a game show we're gonna get you a new car we're gonna get you this we're gonna it doesn't tell you and all of them will

fall apart tomorrow because they're not real it's going to frustrate you what little you have in the bank you're going to need to fix the car that you now are asking us to create for you from an ego place what can you offer unknowns oh i don't like you but you didn't ask can you tell me about the unknowns you know what it's going to say how could it be anything but good how could it not be better than the life you're used to government will have to go so that spirit can come in law will have to go

so spirit can come in relationships will have to go so spirit can come in everything that used to be a structure has to go and if you doubt it structure is in terms of geometry symbolized by a block a square you know like this building block structure you cannot have ascension and structure at the same time ascension looks like this structure looks like this this has to fall apart because it means it's stuck it's limited in a box the box has to go now we don't have to get in our heads and try to steer the direction of the

ascension and it's not going to work to do that it'll in fact inhibit it it'll limit it our practice is to be as forgiving as possible forgive me my unbelief forgive me my judgments of people forgive me for the boxes i put people into i were married and you can never leave if you die i'm gonna chase you down on the other side and make sure you incarnate with me again because this is called a soul contract i've got a sole contract check the acacia records it's in there and you're like oh man

had i known that i'd have stayed single that's still a structure structure letting go is like saying i don't know what would you like marriage to be i don't know i only know that i really like you and spend time with you i would like to share this love with you what's that going to look like what do you mean well how many years now just now oh okay and and this can't survive in being in the moment structure was built in the past and then it's projected into the future i'm going to do this from the past

because i feel the connection with you from the past probably didn't like you then either but i'm going to pretend that we like each other and i'm going to project this as a future relationship too so don't you move and and it causes hurt which is why buddha said everything in this world will cause you pain he wasn't being pessimistic he was being honest everything in this world is going to lead you to pain why because it isn't there you're falling in love with people on the screen my soul mate no it's still a screen

look tap tap tap it's only two-dimensional oh i love them and they love me look at the way they just looked at me it's like a painting that the eyes look like they're following you don't be so obsessive and codependent it's just a screen this world is nothing but a hologram of what of our belief systems that's all so you can't take heaven by storm you can't rush ascension you can't make it happen and here's another thing you can't say i'm going to ascend and you're not as

soon as you think that or believe that you're not ascending because your ascension comes from your consciousness and when your consciousness thinks someone else doesn't deserve ascension you're done you're just back here here come the you know those those heavy lead boots to ground you back to the earth plane so something is happening in the world and it's a dying of the old and it it does feel awkward i know these things are happening i predicted them and it's still a drag there are moments

when i'm like can you slow it down just a tad i have in my thoughts i have had thoughts here and there just a few times but can you slow it down just a little give us just a little more time lot said the same thing when he heard sodom and gomorrah we're going to be destroyed wait wait give me a chance you see that's that's humanitarian it's fine most of the time our ideas to fix things doesn't work most of the time it doesn't work it's not it's impossible most of the time it

doesn't work what lot has to do is change his perception about the experience do his best change what you can and walk away his wife looks back she's destroyed in the story she's destroyed because you're not supposed to look back at the things you're saying goodbye to regret it's called and regret destroys you the story she gets destroyed in another way but it really was regret metaphorically it's regret that's destroying her don't look back and it's hard not to i mean come on we sometimes go god

remember the 70s you know that's the era of the best music i mean come on right the best music and things were easy they made a 70s show because everything seemed so just fun and casual except when you were doing it then you were going god i wonder if the 60s were better but we do this if only god if only if only i made the money i make today back when i was whatever 20 or 30 or you know if only i knew what i know about raising kids today if only if only it's the hard stuff of this life the reason you're saying those

things is because you're scared we're because we're hurting and scared so we're looking for some other answer people are ripping down statues and burning the cities and because they're hurting that's it everybody's hurting and they don't know what to do about it well i'm just offering this in a sense that why we're hurting is because the world we knew is dying it often hurts when things die i mean often at funerals people are sad we're watching the funeral of planet earth starting now and it will

happen in stages but fairly quick stages again i knew that i predicted it still i'm like oh you know sometimes in my thoughts and prayers i think i feel bad because people are getting scared lord people are getting scared and i know more is coming you know and god's like you've done what you can just chill that's all for all of us change what you can accept what you can lot had to deal with it jesus had to deal with it i have to deal with it you have to deal with it mother mary dealt with it peace pilgrim

dealt with it right mother teresa you change what you can so i would recommend that everybody really take some inventory about are there things in your life you would like to change don't don't talk to me yet about how you're going to change the world or what needs to change in politics and all we better really take a personal inventory and say goodbye to some things that aren't really feeling like ascension if you could put things on an ascension scale and ask do they weigh you know do they do they hold weight at

all god you know here's my ascension skill and when i put my relationship on it k-plunk oh but i'm not going to change that because you know i'm hoping it might change on its own no take it and say sweetheart you and i are gonna do some counseling no i don't believe in that okay next just you know like you know it's kind of like well i'm going to help you ascend there now go to the light you know and come back i need and i'm serious about this part i need to feel like i'm ascending or i'm

not what things do you put on the scale like the old egyptian mythology of the the judgment day of their every soul you pass away you go to the other side and i'm just simplifying the version of it but you go to the other side and they take the heart of the deceased they put it on a scale and they put a feather on the other side if you're you already get this one if your heart is heavier than the feather they take it and they throw it to a crocodile that munches it up or you know a creature that chews it up the

creature represents you're going back to earth and reincarnating again you were devoured your opportunity to ascend was devoured by boom back to earth and reincarnate well who can pass that test my heart has to be lighter than a feather or at least as light as but lighter than a feather really who can do that do you know what makes the heart heavy think about that feeling the weight hurt it's called unhealed wounds that's what is a weight in your heart unhealed wounds well that's not my fault it's your

responsibility but i didn't know no problem honey nobody hates you if you didn't know guess what you get another chance to know back you go and you get another shot at it but if that scale represents do you ascend or does the weight of having lived here overcome you still and we need to look at that as a day-to-day lesson now not when you die someday day to day what is heavier than a feather in your life now some of you are already getting depressed i can feel it you know like the word everything everything's

heavier than a feather i mean come on well i have some good news for you you're not needing to fix all of the heavy weights yourself you call on the mother you call on god and you say you know what i might feel like i don't deserve your help i might feel like it's overwhelming all kinds of human statements will be made if you're honest you'll you need to voice those and then say but i was mistaken to think that this is too much for me to deal with i was mistaken to think i don't deserve

i was mistaken even to feel ashamed for carrying this stuff i have wounds i don't even want to talk about punk be honest about them i have wounds i don't want to talk about but you already know about them you already love me anyway and you're me so all i need to do is start identifying with the you that is me the me that is you that is love it means i already know all this and i'm already okay forgiveness is already here the ego doesn't want you to think about forgiveness but if you're going to think

about forgiveness the ego wants you to think oh too much it's too heavy i don't think i can you know if i have to forgive that means i have to i have to go through this process of remembering all my hurts and it's overwhelming there you know that's not god talking practice greater honesty be honest about your wounds but also be honest about your deserve ability to be forgiven it's already done i heard that judgment day means that someday we're going to end up judged and then we go to hell according to some

to others you reincarnate well that's hell too when you're not in heaven you're in hell so if you're still incarnating you're not in heaven so you're in hell it's just another version of it so what are we going to do with this i'm not going to fight this resist not evil resist not going to hell instead plead insanity in the universal courtroom i must have been crazy to ever think i was flawed i must have been crazy to ever hate or judge any human being because if they ever did anything weird

to me or anybody else it's because they too forgot who they are i forgive you for having amnesia if they knew if anybody knows who they are knows who they are that capital knows and who capitalized they can't do hurtful things so the only real problem is amnesia most of us most of us would be forgiving if we encountered somebody who had amnesia and therefore they were doing things that were seemingly out of line but they were amnesic and that's how we have to look at the world that's where that phrase comes

from forgive them they know not what they do what do you think amnesia is forgive them they know not who they are does that mean i can just you know click my heels child abuse when i have clients come to me and tell me some of the horrid stories of things they've gone through oh it's just an illusion no no no it's sad in this realm it's still sad in this realm we can still cry in this realm you can still get hurt and angry about things but the difference is feel the feeling and give it to god as opposed to just

don't feel it or feel it and let it get the best of you no feel it and give it to god some people say well i don't believe in that that's because you don't want to give it to god you want to actually harbor it you're feeling so much hurt and hate and you want to project it for lifetimes i don't want to come back for lifetimes you do because if you don't surrender it to god you will come back and that's a choice you made not choosing forgiveness means you chose not to forgive no i just didn't choose

forgiveness that's a choice now you're bound and if you think you want to bind other people you're bound with them there's nobody you can hate and wish they have to pay for something in some way karmically or whatever and you're not bound into that karmic contract who wants to be messing with that the scales nothing nothing on that scale that's heavy so think about the things in life that feel heavy to you we have been doing this work for lifetimes if chances are if if you know you're watching a show

like this you're participating in a presentation like this chances are you've done this for lifetimes michael murdad doesn't typically get first-timers people that are like completely foreign hi i'm an absolute fundamental christian everybody's going to go to hell so i was drawn to come to hear you michael that wouldn't make sense because one of the first things you're going to hear me say is christians are all going to hell you know and i'm joking but you know you're going to hear me say something

that doesn't sit right because because you wouldn't if you're that serious about hating you wouldn't understand my sense of humor anyway you wouldn't get that i say forgive them they know not what they do that's amnesic oh no there are people that are absolutely going to hell and i'm one of the people that are going to decide who they are you know and i just laugh at that silly stuff and it is silly so if you watch if you participate in something like this if you're drawn to it if you're if you're drawn to it and it

clean clear so something is happening and it is a global awakening called ascension but believe it or not that's not the big picture even if human beings ascend because it has happened where indigenous tribes have been said to have ascended to have gone to higher dimensions on asazi for example there are peoples that have risen to higher dimensions in history it's happened and remaining groups like the hopi then talk about them they ascended sometimes they even say beings in ships from higher dimensions came down

and helped take them that's also called ascension there's ascension in terms of like rescuing people from tragedy that's one form of ascension and then there's also just simply shifting into higher dimensionality two types mainly so when that has happened and it has we have records of that but just because you go to a higher dimension doesn't mean you went home just because you went to a new planet doesn't mean you accepted the biggest picture story the biggest story of all which is christ consciousness don't just

go to a fourth dimension don't just go to fifth dimension i don't sit around saying you know just like my my focus is not ascension my focus is home ascension is only a stage in that direction i don't sit around and say hold on wait oh there's going to be a fourth dimensional being come through right now ooh if i'm lucky a fifth dimensional being i just go to god that's all i just do my best to here i am and let the divine mother the holy spirit i just let her decide what i'm going to talk about

what i'm going to do she just plugs me in if she decides to use a deceased mother to whisper in this ear an ascended master to whisper in that ear i don't care i give to her all the power to do what she will but i also don't end up in the trouble with with that some people end up in teachers and channels and authors which is they end up objectifying and making holy and worshipping beings of different dimensions because then you limit what you can teach but you also put yourself in danger of giving power

to beings that sometimes aren't all the way there yet so the big picture is the awakening of christ consciousness so i'm not i'm not interested in ascending to the fort you know four point second dimension the 5.3 dimension i'm just ascending into christ consciousness and it's happening every day for me i'm not saying i'm better than anybody it's happening for everybody but if you don't know it you slow it down if you don't choose it you slow down the process get on board ride the wave guess what

you get to shore quicker you sense something's happening and you start paddling and you ride the wave humans just have this propensity this insistence to just blah blah blah blah blah blah let the wet the wave hit them and roll them around on the bottom under you know the waves going i'm such a victim blah blah blah blah blah it's like get up well i didn't know it was coming why are you still not paddling another one's coming and now you're reincarnating again you've heard the good news of the lord

you've heard you've heard from me or somebody or your own mind conscious dreams consciousness and dreams you've heard it somewhere somehow guys time's an illusion one day we were going to ascend one day we're going to ascend but time's an illusion so guess what now we're ascending and then guess what it already happened because there's no time so it already happened we're already home on one particular wavelength or dimension we're already we're already home but sadly humans don't know it yet they

haven't accepted it so when i think god i got to do some work for forgiving somebody go back to the word forgiveness when you think oh shoot i've got some work to do i've got books to read i've got meditations to do i've got some more asanas to memorize there you can do it with effort or you can do this but i'm already there oh so now that creepy person that i needed to forgive and it was going to take some time because oh my god they're so creepy and they did so many hurtful things i knew

this was going to take a while but you know how to shorten the time forgiveness in its true understanding forgiveness means we were forgiven before and at the moment time began that's called grace i cannot leave a state of grace god created me in its image and god is a state of grace so am i so i can believe you've harmed me i can believe i'm going to eventually forgive you and i can believe it's going to take effort you know what i just did there i made a choice to put a time span between the inevitability of it being

done and where i am today but i can change that it still feels like it might take some effort but it'll be easier when i accept you know what brother sister whatever you did you know what's interesting brother sister on some dimension in some realm we're already done on this dimension it still feels like i have work to do but when i affirm that the goal has already been reached do you do you get what i'm saying there's a feeling that shifts all the effort becomes easier lighter the whole pressure becomes lighter

it's kind of like the difference between i've got to go to work this you know i'm trying to buy a house i've got to go to work you know this month i really got to try to earn more money great and then you heard hear that you won the lottery yeah i'm going to work it's kind of cool you see it doesn't if the pressure's gone yeah i'm still going to work but i won the lottery it's going to take him 30 days to pay me so i'll still go to work but all the pressure the have to all

that stuff is gone because the goal's already been reached i've said many times you can't take heaven or ascension by storm you have to be the change you want to see in your life you have to be it how live it but it's made easier to live when you live as though you're already there some people say michael do you mean fake it till you make it yes and no because it's not fake at all but i could say live it you know love it and live it live it and love it really get the wonderful good news to it

all that you get to be there you can still cry you can still say god i i know that on some level this is done but i'm still hurt i'm still angry but you've already made the hurt and anger easier to bear and it will go away quicker because in the back of your mind you're holding the intention that and i'm already there it's already done the lottery is already won the race is already complete it's just something to consider what's happening though is more than just an ascension that is happening and that could end

with just a light a slight uh adjustment in frequency where do you guys want to go some of you would go fifth dimension you know which is a good answer do you want to go to the fourth dimension well you're already there every night when you sleep and in between lifetimes you go quickly to the fourth dimension you know it's where dead people hang out so is that where you want to go fourth dimension yes fourth 4.1 4.

5 what would you like place your order will it be crucifixion no freedom today that's life of brian monty python but never mind okay so you know what would you like yeah one cross each so what would you like um okay what would you like 4.1 what seriously think about that if you want to order up ascension i mean isn't it nice to think what if you were told right now you can push a button and create the ascension happening right now would you be into it no i hope so right yes and if you were it's not a trick question okay and if you were open and ready for

ascension where do you want to go most people that know about the term ascension keep thinking we're moving into the fifth dimension and i say enjoy yourself i don't know i might stop there look to take a look at the view i'm not going to stop anywhere as i ascend i'm not done until i'm home and that's why some people can only make slight financial adjustments they don't believe in infinite prosperity just they just get a 25 raise that's what you're doing when you say i want ascension and i think it's about

here guys say ascension it's fine say fifth dimension it's fine but please affirm and call forth christ consciousness my complete awakening as ernest holm says the word christ the name christ means the name of god in you is christ the creator is called god the created is called god but the created is also known god in the created is called christ so it's appropriate to say we're part of god true but my name as i'm in god the real me is called christ jesus remembered he was christ it wasn't

his last name and they didn't just say christ because he frustrated them and they just said you know jesus christ you know it it's michael who remembered he was christ sally who remembered she was christ this is our goal guys this is our goal it's inevitable i'm saying this is inev it's going to happen we can only determine how long we take to get there and god in its infinite love and patience says knock yourselves out time is an illusion hon my beloveds time's an illusion would you would you like another million years no

problem because time's an illusion but what's funny is then god has to listen to where where where where for another million years why don't you answer our prayers i did i said come home and you didn't so hang out whatever you any time the door's open right that that so-called doorway that you know to the kingdom the gates of heaven that we think we're supposed to go to they're closed but they're not locked so it just takes a little ingenuity to say well they seem close so i guess i'm

not allowed in the only it's the metaphor of the kingdom of heaven the gates are closed is only so that you can contemplate your deservability and if you can just go far enough to say god created me in its image so i'm going to walk through the gate there aren't even any doors i'll just walk through them but it takes a little special something for somebody to think of that so we are going home we've done this for many lifetimes you and i have lived lifetimes as light workers in lemuria atlantis ancient greece

temples persian temples astrological temples egypt as israelites mayans rosicrucians knights templar arthurian knights the essenes all of these are civilizations that held light because always through history there were bearers of light every one of them had their bad days where they got corrupted here and there druids were bearers of light but they also lost sight sometimes the mayans they sometimes lost sight but for the most part absolutely beautiful absolutely beautiful there's a there's a saying it's

dim owned do it's a druid kind of a saying and then they also say it sort of backwards and it means god is limitless therefore things that are limited are not god it's brilliant very taoist-like but here they have this saying god is not limited therefore what's limited is not god so why cry about it if something is limited why let it destroy you you're not limited the part of you that thinks you are must not be god because god is not limited so we've lived lifetimes learning this so i'm going to advise as we're coming

to a close this you could think well i'm i'm part of this you know and and i never was involved with spirituality that's sad that's what we call ignorance or you can be one of the ones saying i think i've always on some level been interested in spirituality ascension mankind's awakening i'm so glad to be a person that made good decisions right so you can say i'm a part of the history of spirituality in this realm and it's very very cool to to think that you know wow what part did i play maybe i was

bringing astrology to a culture maybe i was bringing connections from culture to culture whatever it was maybe i was somebody who was speaking about freedom and equal rights and that was my way of bringing spirituality i'm so grateful that's good but don't leave it as a history lesson for yourself what are you going to do today with it all see it as not something you did but something you are see i did nothing i did lots i am that is another description of ascension not doing anything you're not ascending

doing you're sort of theorizing it the being is that you actually got it now so how beautiful is that every good you've ever done has already been done but it needs to be integrated and accepted as a part of who you are when somebody says to me even even years ago when somebody said to me you know oh michael i feel like you've done many lifetimes of course i never felt like to be surprised about it i felt it was very organic to just own yes i am i am a teacher not i teach that's a doing i really am and you and i

all if you're going to ascend you have to shift to i am not i'm trying to be a good partner i'm trying to be i'm doing and i'm doing and i'm doing better and i'm taking classes and i'm doing take the classes but become what you studied or else why did you do the class it doesn't make any sense to me so to me everything all studying channeling you know all this even channels will collapse if they think always that they're channeling some other thing you need to become what you're

channeling and even more otherwise you're thinking that this being from the fourth dimension is greater than you which is not a great empowering statement for you and you're deifying them and they're nothing but dead people that are on the other side it's like christ is what i am all that jesus has done i shall do and more not because i'm competing it's just to say i get it so you'll have a time i don't believe in jesus or christ or whatever to i believe i'm a believer jesus and my

savior you're still doing one is no the other is yes yes yes and the other is oh my god i so got it the christ and you're told this in the new testament put on the mind of christ it didn't say you don't deserve and yet tradition in fundamental christianity is you don't deserve you're a sinner you don't deserve how is that putting on the mind of christ i don't remember jesus going oh i really don't deserve this i really am not worthy of this consciousness that makes no sense

and yet he's saying all that i've done you'll do one more put on the mind of christ okay i will we learn to live it and be it and the more you do that ascension is not just the process of and it seems like the last couple weeks we ended up somehow in the topic of ascension so apparently we're in a series but the but what seems like an ascension to other realms planets or the ascension i said there's another which is the um ascension in consciousness that you're actually going to higher

dimensions there's another a biological ascension because as i grow to higher realms or to higher levels of consciousness this guy right here has to keep up or die because if i change enough the cells of my body are going to say dude i'm paraphrasing but dude you you know you like freaked us out like what's with this in consciousness we're still like you know we're like your family dna remember them and you're like ascending so the body sometimes will say we're going to have to pass away and

you'll if you're going to have a body you've got to come back and get a new one and let it be your ascended body the one that is the caliber of your new consciousness that's the type of death that has to happen for an ascension but some of us will take this body and spiritualize it the cells will start to vibrate higher and they can keep up because your belief systems allow yourself to own a new vibration instead of shocking yourself into oh my god too much it's like no no keep up people and the cells are like we don't know if

we can do it be still and know that i am god you say to those cells yes my lord the cells will say and they start catching up and the cells are start catching then the light moving through your meridian starts to [Music] come up the shockers start to like the the web that ties the right and left brain together the two hemispheres there's a network and they start to work whole brained that starts cranial fluid starts to pump more beautifully more effortlessly the joints in your body start to pulsate and open instead of

every movement stuck it's like you're like living yoga just like the whoa you know you're just like wow this is i feel alive i just will and you know everything's happening it's it would be like challenging to have things fall apart anymore you start to just feel so alive and so open the old school the body the density doesn't always make the translation and transition into ascension so it dies some of us will die but you're still going to ascend so it's okay it's just the body didn't keep up you're

going to see that happening why it's not a coincidence it's not just a plague in the world right now it's also part of those who need to go to be able to come back in a different body try to see it as part of a higher purpose but some of us are ramping things up and and and i'm really sorry that sometimes it's hard i'm sorry that sometimes you're like oh my god i'm growing spiritually but my nervous system is having a hard time with that i'm growing spiritually but my relationships

can't go with me it's like honey guess what i'm going fifth dimensional today i'm not interested you have keys to my truck you know yes here are the keys and your luggage is already in the back you know sometimes the relationship you know can you picture me as a you know relationship empowerment coach sometimes the relationship will not make the transition sometimes your body will not make the transition sometimes your own children will not make the transition mom you're just a kook and we we can't we can't go there with you

anymore by coincidence we're going to hang with dad who has the money you know and they they sometimes guys they will not make the transition sometimes there are skin cells that will wash off in the shower because they can't make the transition biology knows that medicine knows that well so too sometimes your stomach is a past life stomach and it can't make it with you so it fights with you in your ascension process and i know that that can be quite uncomfortable you know i'm sorry about the challenge and discomfort

especially since you have these people that won't know that cough take a deep breath yeah we still don't know what's going on with you you know it's they're not going to say oh this is ascension you know the the yep it's definitely signs of ascension and you know i i would love to see you more supported in knowing these things but this is the third dimensional world still we're getting from 33.1 3.2 3.

3 we're moving and we've made more movement in the three-point upward in just the last this generation than we have in history more movement all at once why because ascension's happening but we're moving three point as well as four point at the same time there's going to be a moment where humanity is going to make the leap into fifth dimension minimum fifth dimension five point something when we do the poles will have to shift because the planet as it is needs to sneeze and cleanse itself the poles will shift

things will keep happening which things are we're going to complain about we're going to of course complain about it but remember the relationship sometimes is ending because it can't keep up with the new frequency the earth itself as it's rotating in the old school point something is going to go kachoo and it'll shift its poles because it's going to say something new when it does move like that continents will move things will shake up toxins will be cleansed everything has to be shifted so that there's a new frequency

and that's another conversation please take a few centering breaths just a brief meditation today along these lines a few centering breaths first [Music] and then let's ask ourselves if you were in that egyptian mythology and you're standing before the scale and there's a feather on one side just be spontaneous don't resist don't defend just think of a few things that when you put them on the other side of the scale

it will not be lighter than that feather what would tip the scales into density a particular resentment a relationship finances is there a lack an illness anything whatever it is see it the objective is possible you can be sad but just see it and be honest come up with a few and you can do more at home when you have time but we name a few and we're just going to do a quick shift with it i recognize i will not minimize nor deny the fact that these things seem to be heavy in my heart these things seem to have power in some

way in my life these things seem to inhibit my ability to go into expansive consciousness i can start working on them and fixing them but instead i'm going to say to you divine mother i'm giving these to you you help empower me you show me what you would have me do and not do with these situations you guide my every thought about them you help me to bring forgiveness to them and one of you folks asked about that concept of surrender you teach me how to surrender these as effortlessly as possible so that i need not carry the weight of

these on my shoulders and in my heart even if it's the burden of other people that you caretake children that you try to help through addiction partners that are struggling in some way just love them all just love if they can't make the translation and transition to ascension they might have to have a different kind of an ending still we love them whatever the burden might be i don't think my car is going to make it down the road let alone into higher dimensions with me so i'm surrendering it to you

beloved mother holy spirit of god relations in all things this body my stomach or whatever it is i'm giving it all up to you [Music] and at the very least i feel lighter and in that statement the scales are already tipping a bit more in my favor we give thanks that we've taken a moment to do this we give thanks for the honesty we've chosen to participate in to see what's heavy on our hearts and we bid farewell god is limitless therefore what is limited is not god and so it is thank you centering into gratitude

no matter what you think of yourself and no matter what others think of you you remain as god created you perfect and whole that can never change and it will never change let's just start living as though we align with that truth the light of god surrounds us the love of god unfolds us [Music] the power of god protects us and the presence of god watches over us wherever we are god is i am we are and so it is god bless you all thank you for being with us today and every day we are joined by you're welcome bye-bye
