“Before getting the email about this retreat, I had only one intent . . . I wanted to go to sleep and start over in another dimension or life . . . sounds desperate and pathetic just to write it but it’s true. Everything seemed wrong in my life . . . none of the dots were connecting. My belief in God, myself, and my loved ones had been reduced to nothing. Nevertheless, when I heard about the workshop, I knew I had to attend. Then, after just one day of being with the group I knew I had made the right decision. “This was my first ‘intensive with Michael, and already I know it will NOT be my last. I will forever be grateful for being led to this workshop. I remember the day down by the stream and feeling the love of Mother Earth rising from the ground up through my entire body, the vision of love flowing up through each of my chakras. I remember the day we discussed I love you from the ‘I AM perspective. I  felt and knew what it means to truly say I love you. I remember after doing the breathwork, I went outside and spent time alone. I was looking at the beautiful mountains and then suddenly I began to cry as my entire life flashed before me. The life I saw contained the wonderful moments as well as the not so wonderful moments. But I was filled with appreciation beyond what I have ever felt, appreciation for it all, not just the pleasant moments. I knew that it all was for a reason and was all in Divine order. I then felt a peace come over me I have never felt. It was the peace that ‘passes all understanding.’ In that moment I knew/ felt with my whole being that all was okay.
I remember this experience every night and every morning when I give appreciation. The prayers/decrees were absolutely fantastic. With each new decree, I felt a closer and closer connection to my true Christ nature. During the closing ceremony, I truly felt baptized. I felt the wholeness of the love of God coming from above into me. The vision I saw was love connecting my chakras then entering the earth. Again, I am forever grateful for this experience.  As Spirit has led me to say ‘Teacher” Thank You!”

“Many years ago I attended one of Michael’s presentations at Unity Church on Maui. He asked us to rate the areas of our life on a scale of 1-10, ten being fantastic. Relationship, health, career, finance, etc. After everyone did the work he asked if anyone had a score of three or less in any category. He went on to say that if one had a low score in relationship, without the proper amount of work and correct application of mind, chances were that in five years it would most likely be the same (or worse).so one might as well stop suffering and complaining and get out now. I hated what he said. But Michael was right on. I didn’t leave my three or lower rated relationship for an additional six years, choosing instead to apply myself to my spiritual practice. I am very glad I did, however even with all the practice and work, my 27 year marriage didn’t work out. And the thing was.both Michael and myself saw it coming. So.points to take into consideration: TRUST your intuition however weak it may be. LOVE and forgive the one you’re with even though it’s painful. And practice developing confidence, love, and trust in yourself above all. In these ways all your hurts and anger will heal faster, you will have no regrets, and you will continue to grow in spirit and light for the rest of your days.”

“There were so many exercises that brought about such clarity and healing for me. The first being the bow and arrow. I finally realized what it feels like to fully be connected with the pulse of ‘God. I also realized just how manic my energy usually is and how much I prefer the feeling of peace and complete ‘Oneness. The rebirthing showed me that I sometimes use breath as a means to control my life, and when the breath was trying flow freely, I fought it every step of the way. “In the East, Buddhas are called the twice-born€”or dwija. The first gift of life is through the parents; the second gift we have to give to ourselves. Jesus said to Nicodemus that ‘Unless you are born again, you will not enter into the Kingdom of my God. “Before the retreat started, I was feeling a scary little girl, with insecurities and too much pain in my soul. But I knew that I had to be there. I even had a dream wherein God showed to me the place in a dream. He showed me that was far away from home, I saw the green of the pine trees, I saw the lake, I saw the water. In my dream I asked questions: How I am going there? What should I do? God showed to me that was so easy to get there. After this dream I met Michael and I decided to go to the retreat. Being there was a beautiful dream, the warmth of the house, the freshness of the air, the pureness of the water, and the most important thing, I was surrounded with love! In the workshop, I went back to my childhood, feeling the same pain that I had at that time. I felt the pain for the absence of my dad and I lived again the hell of being in a dark room. “Wow! That Mastery Workshop experience was amazing on so many levels. I really appreciated Michael’s passion and complete devotion to us and our process. The deep processing work has helped to clear what was muddy to me when viewing my internal landscape. “Every time I’ve attended a workshop at Avalon, I feel as if the entire time has been scripted especially for me, from the teaching/exercises, to the fellow attendees, even down to the weather and nature. What a beautiful blend of energy coming together to help me heal, to help me to grow, to help me see that God is all around me, not somewhere else waiting for me. This workshop was the best! The group seemed to blend so easily together. “I really enjoyed the Healing Workshop. I loved getting to know everyone there and it was great to have so many healing methods brought together in one place. It made so much sense to me and moved me along well in my understanding of healing arts. One highlight for me was doing the massage . . . to simply love the body. The rest follows. This morning I added a little breath-work to my ‘tracking exercise, thinking I would just take the top off some feelings and I found myself experiencing very deep emotions and profound healing. This workshop also taught me a great deal about emotional healing. “I always take something meaningful away from Michael’s lectures/workshops, etc. But I wanted to highlight one from last Thursday which really helped me. I recently made a big decision to begin taking prescription meds for my Anxiety and ADHD, which have both proved to be absolutely paralyzing in my life. It also caused deep self hatred and frustration for not being able to manage my thoughts, brain, and mood on my own. I’ve always been a naturally positive person, but it would just get so buried under psychology. Thus, the long awaited decision to stop trying to handle it myself and feeling miserable, to sucking it up and taking the pill. Then, in one of Michael’s talks, he spoke about ‘giving to Cesar what is Cesar’s, and ‘giving to God what is God’s. Michael said that if we have a headache, we can take a pill, but there’s more going on under it. Well, it clicked-in just the right way when he said that. I now have an immense weight lifted and feel 1000% more like my natural vibrant self again (but will still take my prescription). Now I have so MUCH MORE I can give to God! I have so MUCH MORE I can offer the world, and I am able to be that beautiful contribution to the world I believe I am meant to be. I always knew I have a lot to offer the world, but my head got in my way constantly, and took away from me being able to offer much of anything. The way Michael spoke about this seemed to give me the permission to take that pill without faulting myself. And to be grateful now that I have so much more to give to God.!!! And to know there are other things I can work on that are underlying those symptoms, but having the willpower and concentration now to carry out working on them. Many, many blessings.!!!”

“One of the most effective aspects of this workshop is how well Michael combines various learning tools.
